River pollution has become a severe problem in Indonesia. Industrial waste causes water pollution because the waste is not filtered before being discharged into the river. Illegal waste dumping cannot be prosecuted due to insufficient data and unknown disposal times. Therefore, a tool is needed to measure river water waste to measure polluted water waste data. Studies on river water monitoring devices have shown that there are no portable monitoring tools based on the internet of things for river water waste that follows regulatory standards from the Minister of Health. This study aims to produce a portable monitoring tool based on the internet of things for water waste. The system was developed using TDS sensors, turbidity, pH, MQ-135 sensors, and the system is equipped with a GPS module to indicate the location's latitude. The monitoring system is developed through the stages of system design, testing water samples, setting water quality standards and required hardware and components, setting river water quality parameters, and conducting system testing. The test results show that the system can send the data obtained to dashboard things via an internet connection, the TDS sensor error rate is 2.17%, the pH sensor error rate is 1.87%, the turbidity sensor error rate is 1.66%, the MQ135 sensor value is at the quality limit. The internet of things-based portable river waste monitoring system produced through this research helps related parties to identify and handle polluted rivers. Water according to the standards of the Ministry of Health, and the GPS module shows location measurements and information according to the location's latitude on google maps. © 2022 IEEE.

Flood is one of the disasters that have a big impact in Indonesia. Flooding can affect social, economic, agricultural aspects, etc. Flood disaster is a difficult thing to avoid, the best approach is to reduce the impact caused. Research on flood mitigation began to move to an artificial intelligence approach to providing information on early warning systems (EWS). EWS is a series of systems that function to inform of the occurrence of natural events in the form of floods that will notify the disaster-related floods that will occur. This research will build an intelligent system for building the EWS system. A smart AWS certainly requires various sensors to collect data for later analysis. One of the most important sensors to the construction of the EWS system is the automatic water level recorder (AWLR) sensor. In this paper will specifically discuss the design stages of the AWLR in conducting water level monitoring at the water-gate dam. The function of AWLR sensor is for monitoring and recording in a database with real-time sensing. The results of this research show that the low-cost AWLR sensor has reduced processing time by 92.7% compared to conventional data processing.

The village head is the leader of the village in Indonesia. The village head is the leader of the village government. The tenure of the village head is six years, and can be extended for another one term is expected to run the government with a good performance in providing services to the community. So if the government officials at the village level show good performance in organizing the government. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can help decision making in determining the performance index of the village head. This research is conduct by looking for the performance of positive and negative ideal solutions. Applications with the highest V value will occupy the top size in this system. Then the criteria for determining the performance index of the head of the village are timeliness, discipline, responsibility, leadership, presence, value. The results of the decision-making system resulted in 6 alternatives suggested performance indexes of village heads, with the highest score of Sendang Agung Village. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, it is necessary to carry out reforms and innovations related to national education. Reforms and innovations in the implementation of components of the education system involve changes in curriculum, graduate competencies and assessments, teacher qualifications, funding, facilities and infrastructure, decentralization and educational autonomy. Bali as a world tourist destination must be maintained and passed on to the younger generation. The younger generation can use information technology to help promote Balinese culture. Bali has a lot of local wisdom that can be implemented in the tourism sector. Therefore to promote those local wisdoms, a module that can be accessed through e-learning is developed to help students develop a cultural tourism package based on local wisdom to be promoted online. The modules developed have been tested by content and media experts, which can be used independently by students. Modules can be accessed online at e-learning and they are ready to use instructions for students so they can work on assignments and projects independently. Modules containing this theory and practice are for making brochures, tour packages, videos, and websites, all of which are connected to promote tourism based on local Balinese wisdom. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. Artificial intelligence was recently implemented in various fields. One of these applied artificial intelligence systems was the Performance Monitoring System “SiMoniK” for MSMEs. This system was designed through the C4.5 algorithm and the Porat-Rank method. The C4.5 algorithm was applied to classify the MSMEs into three classifications, e.g. the micro enterprise classification, the small enterprise classification, and the medium enterprise classification. Moreover, the Porat-Rank method was also applied to distribute the solving-problem recommendations and to improve the independence of MSMEs. The result of this study was that the C4.5 algorithm could classify the MSME data correctly in the form of an accuracy value of 99.2%. Besides, the Porat-Rank method could also provide recommendations in the form of outstanding quality with an NDCG mean value of 0.87.

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural Science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The scoreboard is designed and made for a universal use that can be used in matches in some sports such as basketball, futsal, ping pong, badminton, and others. The scoreboard is designed and made based on the needs of several sports in the Student Activity Unit at HKBP Nommensen University which can be easily moved. Scores displayed on the scoreboard is not only the result of the game but also displayed time in the countdown. This scoreboard can be operated by using a cable and can also without using a cable by using a mobile phone through communication using bluetooth. This scoreboard is based on a microcontroller and uses backup power through rechargeable batteries that can be automatically charged. In trials in several games, this tool works well with a few drawbacks in case of a match that takes more than 100 minutes because the time display can only display a maximum time of 99 minutes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Cancer is viewed as the most harmful disease in the world. One of the most deadly cancer diseases attacking the women is breast cancer. In this paper, used Naïve Bayes classifier Kernel Density Estimation in breast cancer Wisconsin dataset take from UCI data repository. Naïve Bayes with Kernel Density Estimation was used as it could enable the Naïve Bayes to process the quantitative data. However, the performance of KDE (kernel density estimation) highly depends upon the size of the bandwidth parameter used to control the curve. The problem an accurate choice of parameter bandwidth (h) using trial and error technique requires a long process. A large bandwidth (h) will over-smooth the density and mask the structure in the data, a small bandwidth (h) will yield a density estimate that is spiky and very hard to interpret. The aim of this research is to compare the optimization of grid search parameter with the genetic algorithm to determine the bandwidth parameter (h) on the Naïve Bayes Kernel Density Estimator algorithm. The parameters used to compare the two optimization methods included accuracy, AUC (Area under Curve), and computation time. The experiment results on the test of the significance value on the comparison of grid search and algorithm in determination of the bandwidth parameter (h) naïve Bayes kernel density used Mann-Whitney Test. The result of the significance ranking showed that mean rank of the genetic algorithm accuracy was 489.95 better than the mean value of the rank of grid search accuracy at only 189.05, mean rank of AUC genetic algorithm was 491.82 better than mean rank of AUC grid search only at 187.18. The mean rank of computation time grid search was 243.37 faster than mean rank of computation time genetic algorithm at 435.63.

Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to Primary Teacher Education Students, 96% of students said that Physics is difficult to understand because the material is very complex, many formulas, especially the learning process is done online. This study aims to describe the influence of providing feedback on the motivation of Primary Teacher Education Students in primary school physics courses. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the instrument used was a questionnaire which was distributed to 115 elementary school education students. The result of the research shows that giving feedback consistently is able to motivate students. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaires distributed, each indicator is of very good value. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.
