The purchasing fashion products online often causes problems with inappropriate sizes or models. This can happen because buyers cannot confirm the size of clothes correctly before buying them. As a result, buyers may have to experience disappointment and difficulty when it comes to exchanging or requesting a refund for items that do not fit their size. To overcome the problem of inappropriate clothing sizes, the “Wear It” design was carried out, which is a responsive web-based e-commerce by implementing 3D clothing model visualization. The waterfall system development methodology and user-centered design were used in this research. In this study, 3D assets were created for a Marketplace that implements 3D visualization that can depict various body sizes. This allows the user to view different types of clothing and visualize how the clothing looks on the body according to their preferences. This system was tested using black box testing with 63 test scenarios and achieved 100% success. Tests were also carried out on usability with the system usability scale, achieving a final score of 82,875 in the category acceptable, grade A, and rating excellence. The result is an e-commerce platform that can display 3D visualization of the buyers’ body regarding the selected item.

The phenomenon of urbanization in Indonesia is inevitable. The new residential and economic centers in suburban areas is also a problem in city development. The gradual planning and development of smart cities in a living lab require consideration of the right location for a living lab. This study wants to show that suburban areas as city buffer zones can become living laboratories for smart city development. The diversity of situations in cities and regencies across Indonesia, the potential for resources, and the problems faced are the challenges of developing a living lab - Garuda Smart City Framework. This research uses the method of reviewing the literature of research publications for the last five years (2019–2023) to obtain information on Smart City development in Indonesia. We collected selected articles from databases in Google Scholar, IEEE, and Scopus using the Publish and Perish 8. The search keywords used were garuda AND Smart city AND Framework. The findings show the potential and dynamics of buffer zones to become appropriate living laboratories. Smart city regional planning can more holistically involve neighborhoods and address urban issues.

Gene relation prediction is crucial for understanding cancer pathways and developing targeted treatments. This study proposes a novel Graph Transformer Network to predict gene relations by integrating DNA sequences, amino acids sequences, and gene descriptions. Utilizing the KEGG pathway database, our model aggregates diverse gene information to enhance gene regulatory pathway predictions. We encoded DNA sequences using DNA-BERT2, protein sequences using ESM2, and generated gene descriptions using ChatGPT, subsequently encoded by Bio-BERT. These embeddings were integrated and processed through a graph transformer with multi-head and single-head attention layers. Our results demonstrate that incorporating protein and description embeddings significantly improves predictive performance, while including DNA sequences shows marginal impact. The proposed model outperforms traditional machine learning and graph neural network-based methods, achieving an F-1 score of 0.893 on identifying whether two genes interact. This study highlights the potential of integrating multi-faceted genomic data to advance gene relation prediction, offering valuable insights for precision medicine and bioinformatics.
