Artificial Intelligence (AI) seems to be a disruptive technology that defines and reshapes the economy, more efficient industrial processes, new business models, and the service sector, becoming the development of different practices than before. The literature shows that it will be included in all fields and people's lives, as is the case in the digital economy. Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy has not been studied significantly. This study uses bibliometric analysis to graphically map scientific publications and research trends in the Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy sector around the world in the last ten years. The Scopus database was used to collect metadata information for this study, and VOSViewer was used to demonstrate bibliometric network mapping. We use an article selection procedure starting with the searched keywords and year constraints and then exporting the database to a RIS file format. Over the last ten years, we retrieved 540 scientific publications published between 2012 and 2021 from the Scopus database. From the data obtained, researchers at the Russian Federation have the most published papers indexed by Scopus among the most productive countries (N=131), the most productive authors are Petrenko, S.A. (N=4), and the most subject area is computer Science (N=246). We also use VOSViewer to map the Network Theme. This study recommends incorporating research subjects Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy: Thing, education, Platform, Global Economy, abbreviated as TEPGE research theme. © 2022 IEEE.

Enterprise governance basically is a framework, principles and policies, structures, processes and practices, information, skills, culture, ethics, and behavior to determine direction and monitoring related to compliance and performance that align with enterprise goals. COBIT 5 provides guidance that enterprise governance is influenced by individual and collective factors. The existence of this factor will influence process ini scope of governance enterprise either for governance and management area. University governance is a behavior, manner or method used by the college to utilize full potential and optimization elements, in order to achieve the vision and mission that has been set. Model of Vocational University Governance are built based on governance university components and principles of good university governance with reference models that exist within ISO 38500 framework. Enablers that exist within COBIT 5 framework will be used as a determining factor in the preparation of the proposed model of governance and measurement model of vocational university governance.

This study examines the decline in the usage of the Javanese language, which has experienced a decrease in the number of speakers from approximately 82 million in 2007 to 68.2 million in 2015. The convergence of the Javanese script and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is proposed as a solution, allowing for the preservation and accessibility of the Javanese script in the digital age. The integration of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in Javanese script classification achieved a high accuracy rate of 92.95% in identifying positive and negative cases. The dataset used for training consisted of 8440 sample images, which were divided into 20 subfolders for training and testing. The results presented in Table IV demonstrate the successful implementation of the classification model, achieving a 98.87% sensitivity, 100% precision, and 98.88% specificity. This research contributes to the preservation and understanding of the culturally significant Javanese script while addressing the decline in its usage.

This study aims to develop a product such as "Digital storytelling of Physics (DiS-Phy)" that can be used as a physics’ educational media for distance learning (PJJ) on magnetic field material. DiS-Phy developed as a digital storytelling media which is able to combine several learning media such as writing, pictures and learning videos in one medium. The developed DiS-Phy also equipped with scientific literacy questions. DiS-Phy can be accessed on all types of distance learning devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets that are connected to the internet. DiS-Phy including the type of research and development (Research & Development) which refers to the ASSURE model. The result of validation test shows the percentages of 91,07%, according to subject-matter expert, 93,16%, according to media expert and 87,50% according to learning expert. DiS-Phy also tested by 4 physics teachers at senior high school in Jakarta that achieved 92,57% points that make this product has been qualified as a worthy physics’ distance learning device. Also of 35 as respondents in this study shows the percentages of 87,48% points that make this product worthy to use as an educational media. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the DiS-Phy has been qualified as a worthy physics’ distance learning device for teachers and students. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The use of technology in the classroom has been a driving force behind developing a technically literate society. Reform documents such as Science for All Americans: Project 2061[1], Benchmarks for Scientific Literacy[2]and the National Science education Standards [NSES][3]include sections titled, Science and Technology and The Nature of Technology, as a means to foster technical literacy for students in grades K-12. In NSES, the goal of the Science and Technology content standard is for all students to develop "abilities of technological design and understanding about science and technology." These reform documents have been the framework to foster science, technical and engineering literacy for students in grades K-12 across the United States as guided by their state science frameworks, however are states achieving this goal? Although these documents promote the need for understanding technology as it applies to science, how have states incorporated these principles into their own science curriculum standards? This investigation is part 2 of a multi-series project to understanding how public schools are training students to become technically literate. In part 1 presented at the 2005 ASEE Conference, we defined technical literacy to be "the ability of an individual to make informed decisions based upon an evolving understanding of the fundamentals of modern technologies." To accomplish this goal, we proposed the engineering education Frameworks[5](EEF), which defined a pathway toward technical literacy for high school students. It was our intent to develop this set of guidelines to address technical literacy for secondary public schools. These Frameworks were designed to facilitate and promote the simultaneous teaching of multiple science disciplines in concert with mathematics while incorporating engineering concepts and designs. In part 2 of this project, we explore how various states in the United States include aspects of EEF in their science state frameworks

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The advancement of today's learning technology makes the learning process no longer fully bases on face to face learning, but can achieve by online learning. Online learning is not only useful in overcoming deficiencies in conventional classroom learning, but also a means to meet the learning styles of students who are less fond of and/or dislike face-to-face learning. On the other hand, the main disadvantage of online learning is the lack of face-to-face interaction, while the strength of face-to-face learning is the intensity of student interaction with teachers, the ease of cooperative learning and the clarity of learning materials. In turn, the superiorities on face-to-face learning and online self-learning can be acquired by blended learning. However, blended learning is a learning solution by taking the best advantage of face-to-face classroom learning and online learning. Blended learning has been a learning solution of today's learning. In this study, two blended learning that has different learning content portions between the portion of face-to-face learning materials and online self-learning was conducted to find out which blended learning results produce better pedagogy between two blended learning, and how well the learning outcomes of blended learning are, especially for Algorithm and programming subject. The research results showed the blended learning with 60% face-to-face learning content and 40% online self-learning content delivers learning cognitive competency outcomes worse than 40% face-to-face learning content and 60% online self-learning content. The learning outcome of both blended learning is good, that is greater than 60% from the ideal number.

Farmers and agricultural newcomers often rely on intuition for plant nutrient management, leading to inaccuracies. This study presents a real-time soil nutrient monitoring and plant recommendation system using IoT and machine learning. The prototype integrates an ESP32 microcontroller, NPK sensor, soil pH sensor, and DHT11 with an application and a machine learning model. The model employs a hard voting method combining random forest, LightGBM, and support vector machine algorithms, deployed via Flask API and hosted on Vercel. Testing showed the system effectively monitors soil nutrients in real-time, with a pH sensor error margin of ±0.51 and NPK sensor readings displaying a non-linear increase in levels. The hard voting method achieved 98.5% accuracy, with recommendation processing taking less than one second (371.17ms) and CPU usage at 7%. System performance depends on internet speed, while recommendation accuracy is influenced by temperature and humidity. This system offers a practical solution for precision agriculture by optimizing nutrient application and plant recommendations.

The study of database analysis and design is typically a core in an informatics/computer science undergraduate/postgraduate study program. However, a survey conducted by Connolly in 2005 concluded that in Europe, companies considered the skill of database design is the most lacking skill in IT graduate recruits. To overcome the problem, Connolly and Begg in 2006 proposed the problem/project-based learning as an approach to study database design. This paper presents our work on a learning tool on the database analysis and design, focusing on the data requirement analysis and conceptual data modeling phase. The tool is designed based on the principles of problem/project-based learning by Connolly and Begg. The learning tool is developed on top of Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) by creating a new plug-in for data modeling called DBDesign. We conducted some interviews to a number of teachers and students of informatics/computer engineering study programs to obtain some opinions about the usefulness of the learning tool in improving the database analysis and design skills. All respondents agree that the tool will help students in learning database analysis and design. Nevertheless, some features are considered to be less important than others to be provided in such database learning tool; therefore, further study is required on the features.

RSA is an asymmetric encryption algorithm that uses two different keys, a public key to encrypt the plain text and a private key to decrypt the cipher text. Fernet is a symmetric encryption algorithm that uses a single key to encrypt and decrypt information. This study uses Fernet and RSA which is the combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption called hybrid encryption. In addition, the cipher text will be hidden inside an image using Stepic. Hybrid Encryption uses asymmetric encryption to encrypt the symmetric encryption secret key, it will secure the symmetric encryption. The result of this study is the lowest error that we got as the MSE is 0.00% and is inversely proportional with the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Avalanche (AVA) with 79.00% and 42.34% in order. Inversely proportional to the length of the text that is hidden in the image, the longest text that is hidden, the more changes that we get in the image with the highest Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI) and Number of Pixels Change Rate (NPCR) with the biggest image size with 46.48% for UACI and 99.86% for the NPCR.
