The graph coloring problem is one of the most well-known combinatorial optimization *** can be widely used in many ***,it is very difficult to find the global optimal solutions from exponential candidate *** this paper,a parallel discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm based on compute unified device architecture(CUDA) is proposed to solve the graph coloring *** millions of CUDA-enabled GPUs,the algorithm can calculate the fitness function and update particles velocities and positions in *** order to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm,some computational experiments are conducted on DIMACS benchmark *** experiments results show that our algorithm provides competitive results and running time when compared with existing techniques on DIMACS instances.

Collaborative representation based classifier (CRC) and its probabilistic improvement ProCRC have achieved satisfactory performance in many image classification applications. They, however, do not comprehensively take account of the structure characteristics of the training samples. In this paper, we present an extended probabilistic collaborative representation based classifier (EProCRC) for image classification. Compared with CRC and ProCRC, the proposed EProCRC further considers a prior information that describes the distribution of each class in the training data. This prior information enlarges the margin between different classes to enhance the discriminative capacity of EProCRC. Experiments on two challenging databases, namely CUB200-2011 and Caltech-256, are conducted to evaluate EProCRC, and comparison results demonstrate that it outperforms several state-of-the-art classifiers.

A new generation of home healthcare monitoring system strives to have such characteristics as low-cost, low-power and low-volume etc., and furthermore, it needs to quickly adapt to the development of national medical information based Cloud computing in China. In response to this trend, a Cloud-assisted home health monitoring system was designed in this paper. Sensors can be selectively configured to monitor the respective physiological signal depending on the diagnostic demands of a patient's disease. This system uses smart phones to receive physiological signals and cloud platforms (such as Xiamen Health Cloud) to storage physiological monitoring data. Combined with these data, health cloud provides risk assessment of chronic disease. Clinical application of the system shows that it has positive significance for patients with hypertension and diabetes who can enjoy health monitoring and the services of health could at home.

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy serves as an indispensable tool in chemistry and biology but often suffers from long experimental times. We present a proof‐of‐concept of the application of deep learning and neural networks for high‐quality, reliable, and very fast NMR spectra reconstruction from limited experimental data. We show that the neural network training can be achieved using solely synthetic NMR signals, which lifts the prohibiting demand for a large volume of realistic training data usually required for a deep learning approach.

Green network uses sleep mechanism for energy-saving design, achieving sleep mechanism needs to consider that the mechanism may cause data loss, network performance degradation and other situations. In the traditional network, sleep mechanism requires protocol and equipment support, it is complex and low economic benefit. Due to the use of hierarchical and centralized control, software-defined network(SDN) can easily achieve a variety of network applications. The paper realizes the smooth transition process of sleep mechanism of link based on SDN framework. The results show that the design ensures the performance and normal operation of the network while realizing dormancy.
