Fintech companies should prioritize assessing customer satisfaction and focus on specific market segments to attract and retain customers effectively. This study investigates customer satisfaction levels within the *** application, utilizing the PIECES framework and machine learning techniques. Among various models, the Random Forest classification emerges as the superior performer. With an 80% training data and 20% testing data split, the model achieves impressive metrics: accuracy of 92.7%, F1 score of 91.9%, precision of 91.8%, and recall of 92.7%. Detailed analysis using the Confusion Matrix reveals that 134 instances labeled as “Satisfied” were correctly classified, five instances labeled as “Uncertain” were accurately categorized, and one instance labeled as “Very Satisfied” was correctly identified. In conclusion, machine learning plays a significant role in analyzing and classifying customer satisfaction levels, with Random Forest outperforming other machine learning models.

The unbalanced dataset dramatically impacted the effectiveness of classification techniques, often leading to classifiers that were biased towards the majority class. Researchers had proposed deep learning along with random undersampling and oversampling to address this issue. This study conducted a comparative analysis between undersampling and oversampling methods for handling imbalanced class data. In addition, a deep learning approach was employed, specifically utilizing bidirectional LSTM and attention mechanisms. The method was assessed using a confusion matrix. The findings of this study demonstrated that oversampling surpassed undersampling, achieving an impressive F1 score of 79.87%.

The allure of gaming often leads to excessive engagement, which can result in addictive and problematic behaviors, negatively impacting academic performance and school achievements. While gaming becomes increasingly prevalent, concerns about game addiction have grown, particularly among students. The excessive and obsessive usage of video games that characterizes game addiction can have detrimental effects like academic deterioration, social isolation, and mental health problems. This study seeks to elucidate the complex patterns of game addiction among digital-native students by utilizing advanced machine learning techniques. We employed Random Forest, SVM, Decision Tree, and Naïve Bayes algorithms to classify game addiction data from students. To address the class imbalance, we applied Borderline-SMOTE. Our results demonstrate that decision tree and random forest outperformed other machine learning approaches, achieving an accuracy of $\mathbf{9 5 \%}$ in classifying game addiction. These findings contribute to the expanding body of knowledge on game addiction. Furthermore, in order to provide real-time monitoring and intervention for students who are at risk of developing a game addiction, future research may investigate incorporating these findings into educational platforms or applications.

Poverty is considered a serious global issue that must be immediately eradicated by Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, namely ending poverty anywhere and in any form. As a developing country, poverty is a complex issue faced by Indonesia. Tackling poverty in Indonesia has become a key focus of the government’s strategic priorities. This issue of poverty is experienced by all provinces in Indonesia, including Central Java. The poverty rate in Central Java stands at 10.77% or 3.79 million people. The causes of poverty are explained by several factors. Using these various factors, a mapping model can be conducted to determine the number of poor populations in Central Java. This research employs Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Mixed Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) approaches to compare the effectiveness of these models in analyzing the number of poor populations in Central Java in 2023. The kernel function weighting used in this study is Fixed Gaussian. The results showed that the MGWR model outperformed both the OLS regression and GWR models, achieving an Akaike information Criterion (AIC) of 62.766, an R2 of 82.3%, and a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.177. Consequently, it can be inferred that the MGWR model was more suitable for explaining the poverty levels in Central Java. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). All Rights Reserved.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia has entered a period of demographic bonus. Human resources must be optimized. The number of children who do not in employment, education or training (NEET) in each province needs attention. Several factors that could contribute to the decline in the NEET percentage are literacy rates and the number of adolescents with computer skills. Increasing these two factors is believed to be able to reduce the percentage of NEET in every province in Indonesia. To find out the relationship between these two factors and how much influence they have on the percentage of NEET, this research is modeled by Cauchy regression and includes spatial effects. The results of the analysis show that the best model is when the spatial effect is modeled by Fernandez Steel Skew Normal conditionally autoregressive (FSSN CAR). This result is seen from the smallest value of the Watanabe Akaike information Criterion (WAIC) in this model, which is 190.5. The parameter estimated shows that the higher the literacy rate and the number of adolescents with computer skills, the lower the percentage of NEET in each province in Indonesia. The results of this research can be useful for the Indonesian government to increase the number of educational facilities related to these two factors. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012-2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9%), Conference Paper (4.2%), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social Sciences (7.8%), Engineering (3.9%), Computer Science (2.6%), Environmental Science (2.6%), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector. © 2022 IEEE.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a type of dementia that leads to memory loss and impairment, which affects patients' lives badly. It is not curable yet, but its progression can be slowed down if detected at earlier stages. In this research study, we propose a transfer learning-based convolutional neural network (CNN) model to classify magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) into one of four stages of Alzheimer's disease. One of the major limitations of the deep learning-based classification model is the non-availability of healthcare datasets related to AD. The widely used Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset has a major class imbalance issue. We propose a generative adversarial network (GAN) based data augmentation technique to overcome the data imbalance. This promotes the investigation of applying GANs to generate synthetic samples for minority classes in Alzheimer's disease datasets to enhance classification performance. The results show the progression in the overall classification process of AD. © 2024 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

One of the significant indicators in the Education field is having a good experience from outside the campus. The student experience is reflected in three main factors: thoughts, feelings, and skills. Students Creativity program (PKM) is a form of the implementation of the Threefold Mission of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). PKM has an effort to grow, accommodate, and realize students' creative and innovative ideas. The use of information technology that is said to be a supporting factor in running business processes can improve effective and efficient performance, one of which is the use of computerized websites in PKM activities at telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. The use of a website that is new still needs a lot of development. There are still some functions that have not run as they should be, such as the assessment process on the website that is still semi-manual. Based on these problems, so that the website can run optimally, it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility of the PKM system used by end users at telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. The test was conducted using the system Usability Scale (SUS) method consisting of 10 statement items in the form of questionnaires with the main focus on measuring the feasibility level of the website involving respondents as end-users. The results showed that the validity test is said to be valid. Meanwhile, the reliability test is said to be reliable with a score of 63,308. This result can be categorized OK with grade scale D. The result shows that the research can be developed by updating the content or interface of the system to be more consistent and conducting demonstrations or socialization on how to use the system before users access the system.
