The Online food delivery services (OFDS) have been extensively utilized, especially in developing nations like Indonesia on new normal Covid-19 situation. The present research aimed to utilize the “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-2” (UTAUT2) in affecting the customer satisfaction and loyalty (CSL) in OFDS in Indonesia post-COVID-19 pandemic. The 253 data was taken to answer the 65 indicators. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates that hedonic motivation exerts the most significant influence on CSL, succeeded by price. This study unexpectedly found that usability factors, including performance expectation habit, did not influence customer happiness and CSL in OFDS. This research strongly provides a theoretical framework for OFDS practitioners, IT developers, and scholars. The present research can be modified and expanded to different nations to examine the determinants of customer CSL in OFDS.

The projects categorisation is a crucial step in the project portfolio management (PPM). Categorising projects allows the organisation to identify categories with a lack or excess of projects, according to its strategic objectives. In this work, we present a new method for project portfolio management based on hierarchical clustering (PPM-HC) to organise the projects at several levels of abstraction. In the PPM-HC, similar projects are allocated to the same clusters and subclusters. PPM-HC automatically learns an understandable topic hierarchy from the project portfolio dataset, thereby facilitating the (human) task of exploring, analysing and prioritising the projects of the organisation. We also proposed a card sorting-based technique which allows the evaluation of the projects categorisation using an intuitive visual map. We carried out an experimental evaluation based on a benchmark dataset and we also presented a real-world case study. The results show that the proposed PPM-HC method is promising. © 2021 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

This paper proposed Scalability in Autoencoder-based Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) communication system. In the previous research, only the comparison between IEEE802.11a and Autoencoder by the conventional OFDM communication system was performed, and it was proved that the communication system created by Autoencoder exceeded the performance of the conventional system. Therefore, in this paper, it uses IEEE802.11n and compare whether it can be improved by expanding the bandwidth and using ***802.11n standard has an FFT length of 128, a subcarrier number of 114 (108 for data), and modulation schemes of Quadrature Phase Shift Keying(QPSK), 16 Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (16QAM). The GI length is 800ns and the symbol length is 4000ns. In the simulation, a computer simulation was performed using a conventional OFDM communication system and a communication system generated by Autoencoder. Assuming that the simulation environment had an Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 0 to 30 and an amplitude r of 0.0 to 1.0, the Symbol Error Rate (SER) status for each SNR was output. As a result of computer simulation, QPSK converged at SNR 27 ㏈ at IEEE 802.11a, but was able to reduce SER overwhelmingly to SNR 12 ㏈ at IEEE 802.11n. Also, in 16QAM the convergence at r=0.0 is the same as for SNR22 ㏈, but in IEEE 802.11a it does not converge after r=0.6, but in IEEE 802.11n it does not converge only at r=0.9 and r=1.0 . As a future task, it will use IEEE802.11ac, which enables communication speeds several times faster than IEEE802.11n, examine whether it is possible to further improve accuracy. And it will continue our research to correspond MIMO communication.

This paper proposes a Complex-Valued Neural Network (CVNN) for glucose sensing in milli-meter wave (mmWave). Based on the propagation characteristics of millimeter wave in glucose medium, we obtain the S21 parameter of glucose with the concentration range of 0-300mg/dL in the 60-80 GHz frequency band by High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) simulations. Then we combine the sensing model with a neural network to detect and predict the glucose concentration relying on the learning ability of the neural network. In the prediction of the concentration of unknown samples, the absolute error between the predicted value and the true value is within 5mg/dL, which confirms the ability of the proposed CVNN model. © 2023 ACM.

This paper discusses intelligent constellation generation based on autoencoder communication system. In previous studies, the amplitude was set to fluctuate between r=0.0 and 1.0. However, when checking the generated constellation, distortion was confirmed instead of the conventional symbol arrangement. Therefore, in this paper, it compares the case where the amplitude is constant, the case where the average amplitude within a Minibatch is 1, and the case where the average amplitude is 1 for Interval time. The communication standard used in this research is IEEE 802.11a, assuming wireless Local Area Network (LAN) specifications. The IEEE 802.11a standard has an Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) length of 64, a subcarrier number of 52, and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) and 16 Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM), modulation methods. A guard interval of 800 ns is added and the symbol length is 4000 ns. First, a simulation was performed under the condition that the amplitude was kept constant. QPSK with 4 symbols, constant amplitude model is rounded more than previous research result. 16QAM with 16 symbols is arranged regularly like lined up on a line. Second, the simulation was performed under the condition that the average amplitude within the minibatch was set to 1. QPSK with 4 symbols, appears to rotate clockwise. 16QAM with 16 symbols has a more uniform symbol placement than previous research result. Third, a simulation was performed under the condition that the average amplitude within Interval time was set to 1. QPSK with 4 symbols, is the closest to square among QPSK output results so far. The direction is slightly tilted, but if it can be rotated a little more, it may be possible to reproduce the same symbol arrangement as before. 16QAM with 16 symbols, the symbol arrangement is biased as a whole. Welding is both as art and science and its common use is the jointing of points. Some of the welding procedures used for jointing metal pipes are Tungsten Inert Gas and Gas Metal Arc welding and in common practice plastic pipes are bonded with the use of butt-fusion welding procedure. Since 1970’s conjoint analysis was used as a way of finding out what the preference of consumers. The objective of this study is to determine the combination welding attributes that were most preferred using a conjoint analysis approach. With conjoint analysis, together with, the orthogonal design the preference for welding materials and procedures were analyzed. It showed that pipe material with 29.24% was the most preferred attribute and Non-destructive test as the least preferred with $\mathbf{2. 6 6 \%}$. The result of this study may be utilized in future related reviews and could be applicable in other related Mechanical systems requiring welding works.

The analysis of high-dimensional tensor data presents significant challenges for traditional methods such as CANDECOMP/PARAFAC (CP) decomposition and Higher-Order Singular Value Decomposition (HOSVD) due to the size, complexity, and noise inherent in the data. Recent studies have emphasized the critical need for noise-robust approaches capable of reducing dimensionality while preserving data integrity, particularly for matrix-form data, underscoring the necessity of theoretical advancements in noise reduction. In this study, we propose a novel method, Noise-Reduced Higher-Order Singular Value Decomposition (NR-HOSVD), which integrates noise reduction techniques into the HOSVD framework to enhance dimensionality reduction for matrix data. In comparative simulations with CP decomposition and HOSVD, NR-HOSVD consistently demonstrated lower relative errors as the rank increased, particularly for high-dimensional tensors, surpassing the performance of conventional methods beyond a certain rank threshold. Furthermore, NR-HOSVD exhibited superior stability and faster convergence on large-scale datasets compared to existing approaches. These findings suggest that NR-HOSVD provides a more accurate and efficient approach to high-dimensional tensor data analysis, making it particularly well-suited for applications in big data and machine learning. In the future, NR-HOSVD is expected to serve as a pivotal method for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of high-dimensional tensor data analysis, with broad applicability anticipated in fields such as large-scale data processing and precision medicine.

Forest fires have a significant impact on ecosystems and human life, especially in northern Thailand, where Chiang Mai is severely affected. Traditional methods for detecting forest fires have limitations, so there is a need for advanced simulation models. This research uses Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) to develop a forest fire simulation for Chiang Mai. The methodology involves collecting historical data, performing Multiple Regression Analysis, designing the simulation, and testing it. Data from 1998 to 2021, including temperature, relative humidity, wind speed/direction, burn area, and slope, were collected from various sources. Multiple regression analysis identified wind speed as the most significant factor affecting burn area. The forest fire simulation, designed using ZF Wang's spread model and tested with AnyLogic, showed that wind direction and speed are crucial in fire spread. The simulation accurately predicted high-risk areas, helping in proactive planning and response. This study confirms that wind is a critical factor in forest fire spread, providing a valuable tool for fire districts to improve preparedness and management. Future research should focus on refining the model with localized data and integrating real-time detection to improve its accuracy and applicability.

The urgency of climate change has highlighted the need for sustainable road construction materials, replacing the conventional asphalt that significantly contributes to global warming and the urban heat island effect. With that in mind, the construction of the world's first 30-meter plastic road in Zwolle, Netherlands, in 2018 opened the door for novel plastic applications as paving materials. However, the current application is still limited to sidewalks and light-loaded cycling lanes. This preliminary study investigated the feasibility of using 3D printing technology to provide the required structural design flexibility for manufacturing plastic pavement modules able to sustain heavy traffic and extreme weather conditions. The suitability of six plastic materials for 3D printing was evaluated. Polylactic Acid (PLA), and Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG) were identified as the most suitable materials for this study. Three small-scale structural systems, namely hollow modular with plastic columns, hollow modular with solid plastic cones, and hollow modular with X-bracing, were designed and successfully printed using the adopted materials and a 3D printer. The developed systems were then tested under compression to evaluate their structural performance under heavy traffic loads and prove the concept. The results showed that the PLA conic structural system was effective and exhibited the highest compression strength, while PETG conic system exhibited ductile behavior with superior thermal stability. The study suggested that the hybrid system of PLA and PETG materials may improve overall performance, combine flexibility and strength, and potentially improve resistance to extreme weather and heavy traffic. These findings proved that 3D printing technology has the potential to revolutionize the road construction industry and provide more sustainable solutions for infrastructure development. © 2023, The Authors. The rise of artificial intelligence agents and information technology platforms governed by data-driven algorithms has had profound impacts on the way knowledge work is managed and carried out. Concerning the novel uses of digital work platforms, the arising tensions might suggest that the socio-technical design frameworks adopted by major tech firms are becoming less viable and in some cases ineffective. We propose a conceptual architecture to support a socio-technical framework for exploring Personal Knowledge Ecologies in the context of the digital knowledge economy. This framework aims to increase the degree of individual freedom for the interoperation of these knowledge information infrastructures.
