The advancement of biomedical named entity recognition (BNER) and biomedical relation extraction (BRE) researches promotes the development of text mining in biological domains. As a cornerstone of BRE, robust BNER system is required to identify the mentioned NEs in plain texts for further relation extraction stage. However, the current BNER corpora, which play important roles in these tasks, paid less attention to achieve the criteria for BRE task. In this study, we present Revised JNLPBA corpus, the revision of JNLPBA corpus, to broaden the applicability of a NER corpus from BNER to BRE task. We preserve the original entity types including protein, DNA, RNA, cell line and cell type while all the abstracts in JNLPBA corpus are manually curated by domain experts again basis on the new annotation guideline focusing on the specific NEs instead of general terms. Simultaneously, several imperfection issues in JNLPBA are pointed out and made up in the new corpus. To compare the adaptability of different NER systems in Revised JNLPBA and JNLPBA corpora, the F1-measure was measured in three open sources NER systems including BANNER, Gimli and NERSuite. In the same circumstance, all the systems perform average 10% better in Revised JNLPBA than in JNLPBA. Moreover, the cross-validation test is carried out which we train the NER systems on JNLPBA/Revised JNLPBA corpora and access the performance in both protein-protein interaction extraction (PPIE) and biomedical event extraction (BEE) corpora to confirm that the newly refined Revised JNLPBA is a competent NER corpus in biomedical relation application. Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3. © 2019 IEEE.

The development of the smartphones that rapidly increasing, and high smartphone Users as a tool to make a lot of information, make emergence of instant messaging applications with a variety of options for use. Telegram, as one of the instant messaging application that is fairly new, offering in its various features compared to other instant messaging applications, so it can grow rapidly and much in demand in only 2 years. One of the interesting features is the Bot telegram, a special account without number that can handle Command from the User and gives answers appropriate to Command functionality. The account serves as the interface of the running system that communicate via Telegram Bot API. This study seeks to build a Bot telegram with database to built The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0. In each lecture meeting, a Lecturer can make a short test in the form of multiple choices to review the material at the previous meeting and get information about what percentage of students understand the material that has been taught before. We can use the application to send realtime messages to facilitate the test. Of course, which supports the creation of bots easily to add features that did not yet exist. Of the many we chose Telegram to be an online test environment by utilizing the Bot creation facilities provided by Telegram. This article will be a guide that makes it easier for lecturers to give a simple test at the beginning of the meeting, so that they can attract students' daily grades. And in order to be more interactive there are features of student value progress reports that can also be accessed individually so that students can know the progress of their learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to find the influence factors of blockchain technology adoption of payments system in Indonesia banking industry. Moreover, the researchers proposed new model of payment system by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. All this time, the researchers of blockchain in payment systems were done in major countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Scotland, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, and China. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) used as a method in this study and there were five databases that taken as references, such as IEEE, Science direct, AIS electronic, ACM and Google Scholar. The researchers were found 26 references Studies Included in Quantitative Synthesis and 9 variables (Easy to use, Usefulness, Transaction fees, Risk perception, Behaviour intention of use, Attitude toward, Cognitive style, Subjective Norm, Effectiveness). Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, there were two conclusions in this study, the first, the researchers found nine factors that expected tobe used as a reference if Indonesia banking industry wants to adopt blockchain technology for payment system;and second, the researchers had to propose payment system model by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. © 2018 IEEE.

Although research activity plays a big role in institutional ranking and provides a great benefit for university lecturer, the process of managing all research activity is tedious and exhausting. In most university, management must be able to collect all hundreds of proposals and reports;not to mention they must be able to accommodate the process of reviewing every single proposal. They also need to monitor all research output in final report and make sure that all of the outputs are correctly achieved from proposed target. In addition to the problems stated, previous activities are done manually, leaving a lot of opportunity to improve and automate the process. All of the addressable opportunity for improvement are explained and explored, thus a model of the web application is created. This paper presents the design of web application used to solve persistent problem in research management, specifically in Binus University. The design methodology is divided into two phases: requirement engineering phase, and system design. Upon finishing the requirement engineering phase, system model is depicted using Unified Modeling Language, specifically: Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, and Conceptual Class Diagram. © 2018 IEEE.

This study explores the influence of trust and risk in the use of FinTech in Indonesian society. This exploration is based on findings from previous studies that suggest that trust and risk are important aspects in considering the use of FinTech. The focus of this research is to develop and validate the research instruments that will be used next. The basic theory of model development uses the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis. The models and instruments developed will be through pilot studies involving 133 communities as respondents. This Study is quantitative research and data obtained were analyzed using smart pls v3.0. This analysis is conducted to ensure the level of reliability and validity of the instrument. The results of this analysis find 31 instruments that are stated reliable and validity. So it can be used for collecting data from a survey in accordance with the research.

For damage detection, this research article discusses an easy-to-compute damage index derived from the governing dynamic of the structure that has potential practical application in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). The research uses simplified structural models to explore the sensitivity of the index to damages, to compare the index performance with a traditional but popular damage detection method, and to understand the local/global predictive capability of the index. The research uses two simple models, namely, single- and two-degree-of-freedom systems. The results suggest that the damage index is local, that can only monitor damages occurring near the points of measurements, but it is sensitive to damages, unlike the natural frequency, which is global but less sensitive.
