The article describes a new method for malware classification,based on a Machine Learning(ML)model architecture specifically designed for malware detection,enabling real-time and accurate malware *** an innovative feature dimensionality reduction technique called the Interpolation-based Feature Dimensionality Reduction Technique(IFDRT),the authors have significantly reduced the feature space while retaining critical information necessary for malware *** technique optimizes the model’s performance and reduces computational *** proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the BODMAS malware dataset,which contains 57,293 malware samples and 77,142 benign samples,each with a 2381-feature *** the IFDRT method,the dataset is transformed,reducing the number of features while maintaining essential data for accurate *** evaluation results show outstanding performance,with an F1 score of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5%using only two reduced *** demonstrates the method’s ability to classify malware samples accurately while minimizing processing *** method allows for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature space,which decreases the memory and time requirements for training and *** new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the calculations,which indicate significant improvements in malware classification accuracy and *** research results enhance existing malware detection techniques and can be applied in various cybersecurity applications,including real-timemalware detection on resource-constrained *** and scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method,which provides a robust and efficient solution for feature reduction in ML-based malware classification,paving the way for more effective and scalable cybersecurity measures.

Background: Consumer skepticism affects trust between online shoppers and shop owners in digital commerce, necessitating effective distrust detection mechanisms. This study presents a conceptual model aimed at promoting the adoption of distrust detection and recognition technology among online shop owners, focusing on technologies powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The model builds on Taylor's Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior (DTPB) and incorporates factors relevant to online shop owners' perceptions of consumer distrust. Method: A quantitative research approach was used to survey 100 online shop owners to validate the model empirically. Results: The results indicate a significant effect of Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Social Influence (SI) on intention to adopt the technology. For small businesses such as online shops, PU (an internal factor) and SI (an external factor) can predict owners' intention to adopt distrust detection technology. Implications: This study highlights a simplified method for measuring small business owners' intention to adopt advanced information technologies and suggests business opportunities for e-commerce platforms to strategically position online shop owners.

eLearning has been utilized as a mode of instruction among medical students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The present study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of eLearning platforms in medical education during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines by employing the latent variables of UTAUT2, along with two additional latent variables gathered from various related literature. A sum of 360 medical students participated and answered an online survey that consists of 40 questions. A stepwise multiple linear regression was utilized and found that performance expectancy (PE), habit (HB), and instructor characteristics (IC), can successfully predict the actual use (AU) of medical students with a precision of 54.22%. A higher performance expectancy (PE), habit (HB), and instructor characteristics (IC) can enhance and promote the acceptance of medical eLearning platforms. This is the first study that has examined the acceptance of eLearning platforms among medical students in the Philippines during the COVID-19 pandemic. The outcomes of this research can serve as guidelines for the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines for the enhancement of eLearning platforms. Although this study only utilized the latent variables of UTAUT2 along with two additional variables: Learning Value and Instructor Characteristics;the findings of this study would still hold significant value for promoting open innovation in eLearning platforms in medical fields worldwide. © 2024 Copyright is held by the owner/author(s). Smart Home technology offers technological concepts that can be controlled through smart devices to make it easier for the community. Therefore, smart home technology is starting to seize the home electronics market in Indonesia, especially in the city of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the integration of conventional technology into smart home technology for people in Jakarta. The research model in this study uses UTAUT2 which analyzes nine variables, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Cost, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence, Perceived Compatibility, Trust, Perceived Pleasure, and Effort Expectations, Intention to Use Smart Home technology. After the responses were received, data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study show that there are many people who live in Jakarta who are helped by the presence of smart home technology. However, there are some people who don't really know how to use a smart home because of a lack of knowledge about this technology.

Determination of the best path or often called the shortest path finding is a method that has many benefits and can be applied in various cases and fields of science. In previous studies, authors have developed the shortest path finding program using various algorithms, such as held-karp, iterative deepening search, bidirectional depth first search and depth limited search. In this research author implements shortest path finding on information system for determining fire disaster evacuation route using Dijkstra and bidirectional Dijkstra. The program was developed based on web using *** framework. Both algorithms were tested on several datasets and the results will be compared to find out the strengths and weaknesses. Based on the research, the algorithm was successfully developed based on the web using the *** framework and successfully tested on several datasets, it is known that 40% of the test results show that bidirectional Dijkstra is better than Dijkstra, 10% vice versa and 50% get the same results from both algorithms. From this comparison it can be concluded that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm is better than Dijkstra. This research succeeded in proving that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm can produce a better route than the standard or classic Dijkstra algorithm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The revolution of technologies and communications pushed for smarter applications and services. The process of using ICT to provide services to the public is known as the Indonesian e-Government system, or Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). The e-Government initiative in Jakarta Provincial Health Office involves enhancing collaboration among public health entities for efficient data exchange and streamlined processes, especially between the Provincial and District Health Offices, public hospitals, government clinics, and primary health care centers (Puskesmas). Achieving interoperability requires standardized protocols and a well-defined architectural model to integrate data seamlessly. This study presents a provincial-level architectural model focused on improving electronic health records interoperability, aiming to promote the adoption of the national Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) health information exchange platform and enhance the integrity of health data in Jakarta. The study methodology involves conducting literature reviews, observations, and discussions with representatives from healthcare facilities to develop the e-Government architecture model and prototype of the infrastructure layer aiming to facilitate the interoperability of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) across 93 healthcare facilities, all of which are part of the SPBE users.

Defects in gastric progenitor cell differentiation are associated with various gastric disorders, including atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and gastric cancer. However, the mechanisms underlying the multilineage differentiation of gastric progenitor cells during healthy homeostasis remain poorly understood. Here, using a single-cell RNA sequencing method, Quartz-Seq2, we analyzed the gene expression dynamics of progenitor cell differentiation toward pit cell, neck cell, and parietal cell lineages in healthy adult mouse corpus tissues. Enrichment analysis of pseudotime-dependent genes and a gastric organoid assay revealed that EGFR-ERK signaling promotes pit cell differentiation, whereas NF-κB signaling maintains gastric progenitor cells in an undifferentiated state. In addition, pharmacological inhibition of EGFR in vivo resulted in a decreased number of pit cells. Although activation of EGFR signaling in gastric progenitor cells has been suggested as one of the major inducers of gastric cancers, our findings unexpectedly identified that EGFR signaling exerts a differentiation-promoting function, not a mitogenic function, in normal gastric homeostasis.
