Phishing and spam emails are evolving threats in today's digital landscape, posing significant risks to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Despite the growing demand for email security solutions, SMBs often face barriers such as high costs and complexity. To address this gap, this study introduces a cost-effective, multi-layered email security solution leveraging machine learning. The proposed system comprises four core components: (1) spam detection using natural language processing (NLP) to analyze email content, (2) phishing URL and QR code detection by identifying malicious patterns and attributes, (3) attachment security analysis to detect malware and harmful scripts, and (4) suspicious URL detection focusing on JavaScript obfuscation. The model was trained and validated on publicly available datasets, achieving an overall accuracy of 85% and demonstrating effectiveness in identifying diverse email threats. This study aims to analyze the impact of user interface (UI) design on customer satisfaction and loyalty in SaaS e-commerce applications, using a quantitative approach to measure the perceptions of SaaS e-commerce application users and determine how visual aspects and interface functionality contribute to the user experience, with data analysis conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, indicating that an intuitive and responsive interface design significantly influences increased customer satisfaction, which in turn strengthens their loyalty to the application; the study seeks to provide insights that developing an effective user interface is crucial for building long-term relationships with customers and reaffirms the importance of integrating good interface design in e-commerce application development strategies, and further suggests that incorporating user-centered design principles and continuously collecting user feedback can enhance the user experience, thereby allowing developers to create interfaces that not only attract users but also retain them, essential for e-commerce businesses aiming to improve user engagement and loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Contrast is very important in analyzing medical images, and some contrast enhances the methods that could be very helpful when the image contrast is not good. The enhancement of Deep Super-Resolution (EDSR) is the deep learning (DL) technique that improves the quality and resolution of low-resolution images. Within this study, a transfer learning method grounded in a convolutional neural network (EDSR-Modified) is leveraged for enhancing contrast in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR). The study conducts experiments at the S7 ISP and ACDC datasets, utilizing the S7 ISP dataset for training and the ACDC dataset for testing the assessment enhancement. This study aims to combine EDSR-Modified with transfer learning to improve CMR image quality, which is used to diagnose cardiovascular diseases. Qualitative comparisons are performed using mean squared error (MSE), peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), and SSIM evaluation metrics. It is observed that the proposed technique outperforms the other techniques.

In this paper, multiple relay selection (MRS) schemes for untrusted unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-enabled networks are proposed. In this context, various machine learning (ML) models are employed to improve secrecy performance by optimally selecting multiple aerial relays from the available ones, all of which are regarded as untrusted. Notably, these ML models can cope with the quickly changing and random positioning of the aerial relays, effectively decoupling the intricate coupling relationship between the secrecy rate, channel coefficients, and inter-node distances. The results indicate that the ML-based MRS schemes obtain sufficient accuracy and better decoupling than a respective exhaustive searching (ES) approach, while also maintaining a lower computational complexity.

While Software Engineering practice in the industry had matured well over the second half of the twentieth century, the first two decades of this millennium have witnessed disruptive growth of the field arising out of the evolution of new problem domains (e.g., intelligent applications and data management) as well as diverse deployment patterns (e.g., cloud, mobile and embedded devices). More subtle and impactful for practitioners is the change in perspective and approach-from a project-driven lifecycle to a product-driven lifecycle of software. Academic programs have kept up with the former set of changes as evidenced in curricular aspects or components such as DevOps, Mobile Application Development, Cloud-Native Application Development, Data Engineering, Big Data systems, Software Engineering for AI, etc. But there is a distinct lack of representation of the product perspective or approach and the emerging role of Product Management in typical University-level Software Engineering programs and curricula. We propose to address this gap by identifying-and then incorporating into a curriculum-the following:(i)requirements and features of a Software Product Life Cycle,(ii)practices of a product-driven approach to Software Engineering, and(iii)competencies of a Software Product *** show how these aspects can be addressed by a graduate level Software Engineering program with an optional specialization in Software Product Management targeted at practicing Software Engineers. We present the design of such a program in sufficient detail along with validation from industry and comparison with other programs.

We propose a new display method for visualizing flower models using a pseudo-holographic technique known as the Pepper's ghost illusion. This classic optical illusion technique creates the appearance of floating objects by reflecting them off a transparent panel, thereby producing a convincing visual effect that simulates three-dimensionality. In our approach, we utilized this illusion to display six distinct flower models obtained from a comprehensive photogrammetry archive of various plant species. These models were rendered to overlay onto a transparent glass vase, enhancing the realism of quality. To facilitate user interaction with the displayed models, we incorporated a dept. sensor (Intel D415) to track the user's hand position. A user study revealed that participants were notably attracted to the display, indicating successful capture of their attention. Feedback, however, suggested that the system requires enhancements in usability and dept. perception to improve the overall user experience. Our future work includes addressing these limitations by developing a larger display setup that could accommodate more complex interactions and by integrating motion-parallax techniques to enhance the three-dimensional view. This could be implemented using head-tracking technology, further advancing the effectiveness of the pseudo-holographic display.
