Modeling the Percentage of NEET in Indonesia with Spatial Cauchy Regression through the Bayesian Analysis Approach

Indonesia has entered a period of demographic bonus. Human resources must be optimized. The number of children who do not in employment, education or training (NEET) in each province needs attention. Several factors that could contribute to the decline in the NEET percentage are literacy rates and the number of adolescents with computer skills. Increasing these two factors is believed to be able to reduce the percentage of NEET in every province in Indonesia. To find out the relationship between these two factors and how much influence they have on the percentage of NEET, this research is modeled by Cauchy regression and includes spatial effects. The results of the analysis show that the best model is when the spatial effect is modeled by Fernandez Steel Skew Normal conditionally autoregressive (FSSN CAR). This result is seen from the smallest value of the Watanabe Akaike information Criterion (WAIC) in this model, which is 190.5. The parameter estimated shows that the higher the literacy rate and the number of adolescents with computer skills, the lower the percentage of NEET in each province in Indonesia. The results of this research can be useful for the Indonesian government to increase the number of educational facilities related to these two factors. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). With the advancement of technology in the digital age, blockchain technology has evolved into a technology critical to delivering secure and reliable decentralized applications. An application that has brought blockchain technology is elections to close the gap in traditional elections for transparency and credibility However, in COVID-19, bringing this technology to change elections allows access to all citizens to be able to vote. This research uses a structural equation model (SEM) questionnaire to explore the success factors of election implementation using blockchain technology was analysed from 400 voters who responded to the questionnaire using Mplus Version 7. This research has prepared a conceptual model supporting the effecting factors in implementing an election system using blockchain technology with voters The researcher has created an electoral system using blockchain technology that is readily available. technology acceptance factor and credibility were utilized from the voters’ point of view in 9 Factors. Those interested in applying the model to improve elections using blockchain technology can study to improve elections. In addition, Conceptual model ideas were used to develop a model for acceptance and trust in elections using blockchain technology. © 2024 River Publishers.

The findings emphasize the transformative power of digital technologies and highlight the potential benefits and challenges associated with their implementation of digital application and mobile application in each sector. Poverty is considered a serious global issue that must be immediately eradicated by Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, namely ending poverty anywhere and in any form. As a developing country, poverty is a complex issue faced by Indonesia. Tackling poverty in Indonesia has become a key focus of the government’s strategic priorities. This issue of poverty is experienced by all provinces in Indonesia, including Central Java. The poverty rate in Central Java stands at 10.77% or 3.79 million people. The causes of poverty are explained by several factors. Using these various factors, a mapping model can be conducted to determine the number of poor populations in Central Java. This research employs Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Mixed Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) approaches to compare the effectiveness of these models in analyzing the number of poor populations in Central Java in 2023. The kernel function weighting used in this study is Fixed Gaussian. The results showed that the MGWR model outperformed both the OLS regression and GWR models, achieving an Akaike information Criterion (AIC) of 62.766, an R2 of 82.3%, and a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.177. Consequently, it can be inferred that the MGWR model was more suitable for explaining the poverty levels in Central Java. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). All Rights Reserved.

The utilization of the reference process model (RPM) and reference architecture (RA) as disruptive information and communication technologies (ICT) in the pharmaceutical cold chain (PCC) industry has enabled the management of tasks through a model-architecture-based approach. This research presents an innovative method for competency development in the cold chain sector, leveraging RPM and RA. By introducing a comprehensive conceptual framework encompassing RPM and RA design and workflow into cold chain competency development, this study outlines the key areas for incorporating RPM and RA into the PCC field. The framework elucidates the functioning of RPM and RA concerning occupational standards (OS) and units of competencies (UOC) within the industry. The study generates a research framework for the PCC industry by systematically implementing RPM and RA using a proposed method. The primary outcomes and empirical evidence are UOC and OS derived from RPM and RA implementation and integration, substantiating the conceptual framework's validity. The research highlights the evolutionary aspects and the significance of the conceptual framework in guiding the research framework and proposes a method for competency development. Furthermore, recommendations are provided for future research endeavors. © Authors retain all copyrights.

The road construction industry aims to contribute to the protection of already compromised *** mix asphalt(CMA)is a measure initiated by the road industry to protect the environment and preserve *** having additional benefits,CMA has attracted little attention due to its inferior ***'s performance is enhanced using a sustainable binder bio-modifier,natural cup lump rubber(CLR)is one of *** study evaluated the tensile properties,rutting,moisture susceptibility,and adhesion properties of CLR-modified CMA(CMA-CR).The tensile property was enhanced by 26%due to CLR ***-CR had excellent rutting resistance of less than 2 mm rut depth at 10,000 load cycles,showing 70%improvement compared with conventional *** susceptibility evaluation indicated that CMA-CR had tensile strength ratio(TSR)value of 104%,satisfying the minimum 80%requirement of AASHTO *** also retained more than 96%bitumen *** moisture damage resistance was improved by 12%and 10%in terms of TSR and stripping,*** durability results revealed that the CMA-CR mixture prevented higher mass loss,representing 14%improvement compared with conventional CMA.

In today’s production environment, it is essential to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waiting time, which allows companies to improve efficiency, especially for wooden furniture companies. The wooden furniture production process is complex, involving multiple stages and uncertainties in processing times. In order to make products such as chairs, they require different multiple part types to complete the product assembly. In this paper, a simulation model is developed using Arena simulation software to identify appropriate resources for the process, taking into account different part types, process sequences, queues, and transportation operations. This model is then applied to a real case study in a furniture company in Binh Duong City, Vietnam. The results show that the proposed simulation model is a valuable tool for production managers seeking to enhance process efficiency and productivity. Individuals’ running styles define trail running. Diverse motivational strategies for running emerge because of diverse running behaviors. Customizable design for motivation: when it comes to environmental considerations during a product’s or service’s use stage, the design process has become increasingly focused on behavior. Virtual reality enables the creation and integration of a variety of environments, as well as the redesign, retesting, and enhancement of these environments within a virtual computing structure. These benefits exist because players’ perspectives and behaviors in virtual environments are more comparable to those in their physical environments. The purpose of this study is to create a model for the relationship between persuasive strategy, user personal factors and target behavior that is effective based on the Social Cognitive Model, two hypotheses are tested using structural equation modelling (SEM). According to the findings, persuasive strategies have a significant positive influence on user personal factors. Second, user personal factors were able to influence target behaviors. To increase intrinsic motivation, virtual reality application designers should support persuasive tactics such as goal setting and self-monitoring in a target context. These results may guide designers in selecting effective persuasion strategies for various user groups. © 2023 River Publishers.
