Raspberry Pi is a mini-computer that is provided to carry out activities quickly and precisely, but Raspberry Pi was created to not be able to do the real-time system with the support of Windows 10 IoT operating system, so the real-time system can be done on Raspberry Pi. The real-time applied in the application needs to be tested with the Nyquist theory. The purpose of this study was to get real-time system measurements available on Windows 10 IoT. This test is done using the Nyquist theory by calculating the results of measurements on mp3 streaming performed on Windows 10 IoT. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Determination of the best path or often called the shortest path finding is a method that has many benefits and can be applied in various cases and fields of science. In previous studies, authors have developed the shortest path finding program using various algorithms, such as held-karp, iterative deepening search, bidirectional depth first search and depth limited search. In this research author implements shortest path finding on information system for determining fire disaster evacuation route using Dijkstra and bidirectional Dijkstra. The program was developed based on web using *** framework. Both algorithms were tested on several datasets and the results will be compared to find out the strengths and weaknesses. Based on the research, the algorithm was successfully developed based on the web using the *** framework and successfully tested on several datasets, it is known that 40% of the test results show that bidirectional Dijkstra is better than Dijkstra, 10% vice versa and 50% get the same results from both algorithms. From this comparison it can be concluded that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm is better than Dijkstra. This research succeeded in proving that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm can produce a better route than the standard or classic Dijkstra algorithm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This research focuses on Sanur Harbor, an inter-island ferry port located in southern Bali. The majority of visitors to Sanur Harbor are tourists who want to travel to Nusa Penida Island. At this port, facilities are available in the form of a Public Address System (PAS) and information officers whose job is to provide information regarding the arrival and departure of ships. However, the effectiveness of this facility is limited for deaf people. Deaf people often have difficulty getting this information independently and often have to rely on manual assistance from officers. This research aims to develop software based on sign language video integration which aims to increase the accessibility of departure and arrival information at Sanur Harbor for deaf people in Bali. The software development method uses a user-centered design development approach which involves the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. Sign language videos will be integrated into the software as a medium to convey important information about ship departure and arrival schedules, travel routes, pier names, fast boat names, and other important information to deaf users. Evaluation is carried out through user testing and collecting feedback from users regarding understandability, usability, and user satisfaction with the software being developed. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to increasing information accessibility for deaf people in Sanur Harbor and can become a basis for developing similar technology in other locations. © 2024 IEEE.

Learning to write in children requires the child's habit of using a pencil to write on paper. The manual method has drawbacks such as the use of a lot of paper when children have to study harder to keep repeating the exercises and also cannot be done online remotely. In addition to this, writing exercises on the touchscreen can also train children to be more skilled at using the touchscreen. To overcome these problems, the author will discuss the use of handwriting recognition technology to practice writing capital letters (A-H), where the technology will be built on a web-based basis. The recognition algorithm used is K-NN. Testing the use of the website was carried out at Tunas Mekar Sari Kindergarten, Denpasar. The identification number and result will be stored on the web server. Based on the experiment, it was found that from 80 image data, the K-NN algorithm succeeded in providing accurate recognition results on 60 image data, and obtained an accuracy of 78.75%. © 2022 IEEE.

The pandemic has brought many negative impacts on human life. One of the negative impacts is economic downturn of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Bangka Belitung Province. To solve this problem, a website-based marketplace platform called Yobagi was created. As we know, a new software product must have a good user experience. By having a good user experience means that the product has met the needs of its users. For this reason, an evaluation of the user experience is necessary. This study aims to measure the user experience of using Yobagi. The evaluation uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tool, which consists of six scales: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. There were 40 respondents who were taken from the top of MSME actors. As the UX evaluation results, it is known that the final score of the six scales is above 0.8 and at the excellent level. This means that Yobagi users have a very good user experience in using Yobagi. In addition, Yobagi has met the criteria for good software by having an excellent user experience value. © 2022 IEEE.

The advancement of information and communication technology requires teachers to create various innovative learning media based on information technology;one of those media is database learning. Database is a course which uses to discuss the framework in developing the application programs. Hence, the technology needs to be intensified in improving skills in the field of software engineering and as a source of learning for students in secondary schools. This research is designed to develop web based learning media and measure student interest in learning through media that have been developed. This media was developed by using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Questionnaire was used as the instrument in collecting data. Then, questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative. The feasibility of web based learning is assessed by media experts, material experts, and tested on students. The population of this research is the vocational high school students grade XI majoring in Software Engineering. The results show that web based learning media is declared very feasible with a percentage of 82.6%. Student learning interest is measured using three indicators;attention, feeling happy, and activity. Those all indicators are in high category because the design of web based learning media is fit to students needs and makes learning fun, moreover the students are able to access it outside the class. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This research aims to help the user monitor their heart’s condition and notify other people in case of an emergency due to an abnormal heartbeat (normal heartbeat around 60-100 beats per minute). From the heart rate graph, the user could do a consultation with an expert in the nearest hospital using a map feature that will show the nearest hospital with a 1 KM radius from the user’s current location. The heart is undeniably an essential part of the human body system. The heart's missions are to pump blood to the lungs to expel the waste carbon dioxide that resulted from the respiration and pump blood that will deliver oxygen throughout the human body's circulation system. While the blood that carries oxygen being pumped throughout the human body, the heart will provide the oxygen to all cells. Body cells need to use oxygen to get the energy from food through a process called cellular respiration. Monitoring our heartbeat and pulse rate can increase people’s awareness about their heart’s health, motivating, and encouraging people to maintain a healthy eating plan and exercise. This research will be implemented ECG Sensor. The sensor will then send the data to the android application via HC-06 Bluetooth module. Monitoring the heart rate and analyzing the user’s heartbeat will be done in the android with a microcontroller device's help. © 2020 IEEE.

The student should be a master for science comprehension concepts, especially in material styles found in everyday life. The research aims to know influence approaching Contextual Teaching and Learning on the improve ability to comprehend the science concept. The experiment was carried out for 3 weeks involving 50 grade V elementary school students based on equal ability levels. pre-test and post-test refers to the falling motion material of an object due to gravitational force, how to enlarge and minimize friction force, as well as factors that influence the magnetic breakthrough force. As for each meeting an observation was carried out on 50 elementary school students conducted by the observer. The results of this test are processed and analyzed further using a t-test. The result showed that there is a significant difference between the ability of understanding concept students of experimental class using Contextual Teaching and Learning with control class students using direct learning method with pre-test post-test ≤ 0,05. Other than that the T test and N-gain of both classes showed the result of 0.000. That is approach Contextual Teaching and Learning influencing to improve understanding ability students' concept science learning method in elementary school. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

information technology is one thing that is important in supporting the operational success of an organization. In an uncertain environment, information is needed primarily to support the performance of organization in decision-making. information Systems is an orderly combination of human, hardware, software and communication network of data resources, which collect, modify, and distribute information within an organization to support organizational decision-making and control. But before the IS/IT is implemented, it is worth considering the antecedent factors that may be used as reference to see the history before the IS/IT is implemented, whether antecedent factors of IS/IT implementation has correlation and influence on organizational performance. Antecedent factors consist of six aspects, which are social factors, attitudes, support conditions, system complexity, long-term consequences and habits. This study aims to find empirical evidence that there is correlation and influence between antecedent factors of IS/IT implementation and organizational performance. Using Pearson correlation analysis and Regression analysis for the testing, the results obtained showed that attitude, facilitating conditions and system complexity have correlation with organizational performance. Among these, only attitude and facilitating condition that influence organizational performance.

The increase in the production of municipal solid waste around the world will be expected to continue to increase. Even though developed countries already have recycling technology to convert waste into products that can be reused, such as generating electricity, heat energy, composting fertilizers, and biofuels, there are still many challenges created by waste because in developing countries the countermeasures themselves are still so things are difficult starting from the inadequate collection, transportation, and disposal of waste. This research will solve the problem of evaluate various waste-to-energy technologies that have been developed since the invention that was able to convert recycled waste into renewable energy until now. This research can be divided into four groups. Namely starting from waste treatment thermally, biologically, biorefinery, and utilization of landfill gas. The novelty of this research for waste-to-energy technology with an integrated waste management system, it has been safely understood and tested feasible for energy renewal which can already show several examples from around the world. The method used to solve the unresolved waste problem in this scientific paper is to use WTE and ISWM-S technology which can certainly be a brilliant solution in converting urban solid waste into renewable energy for a clean world from waste to waste and also provides a future. Where people no longer need to worry about the limitations of limited natural resources to be processed into energy. © 2022 IEEE.
