The fractional differential equation Lβu = f posed on a compact metric graph is considered, where β > 0 and L = κ2 − ∇(a∇) is a second-order elliptic operator equipped with certain vertex conditions and sufficiently smooth and positive coefficients κ, a. We demonstrate the existence of a unique solution for a general class of vertex conditions and derive the regularity of the solution in the specific case of Kirchhoff vertex conditions. These results are extended to the stochastic setting when f is replaced by Gaussian white noise. For the deterministic and stochastic settings under generalized Kirchhoff vertex conditions, we propose a numerical solution based on a finite element approximation combined with a rational approximation of the fractional power L−β. For the resulting approximation, the strong error is analyzed in the deterministic case, and the strong mean squared error as well as the L2(Γ×Γ)error of the covariance function of the solution are analyzed in the stochastic setting. Explicit rates of convergences are derived for all cases. The most adopted definition of landslide hazard combines spatial information about landslide location (susceptibility), threat (intensity), and frequency (return period). Only the first two elements are usually considered and estimated when working over vast areas. Even then, separate models constitute the standard, with frequency being rarely investigated. Frequency and intensity are dependent on each other because larger events occur less frequently and vice versa. However, due to the lack of multi-temporal inventories and joint statistical models, modeling such properties via a unified hazard model has always been challenging and has yet to be attempted. Here, we develop a unified model to estimate landslide hazard at the slope unit level to address such gaps. We employed deep learning, combined with extreme-value theory to analyze an inventory of 30 years of observed rainfall-triggered landslides in Nepal and assess landslide hazard for multiple return periods. We also use our model to further explore landslide hazard for the same return periods under different climate change scenarios up to the end of the century. Our model performs excellently (with an accuracy of 0.78 and an area under the curve of 0.86) and can be used to model landslide hazard in a unified manner. Geomorphologically, we find that under climate change scenarios (SSP245 and SSP585), landslide hazard is likely to increase up to two times on average in the lower Himalayan regions (Siwalik and lower Himalayas; ≈110–3,500 m) while remaining the same in the middle Himalayan region (≈3,500–5,000 m) whilst decreasing slightly in the upper Himalayan region (≳5,000 m) areas. Anaerobic fermentation for hydrogen production has many environmental factors that limit microbial activity, but machine learning has enormous potential in handling the complexity of biological processes. This study explores the potential of machine learning in predicting hydrogen production rates (HPR) from anaerobic fermentation of biomass energy. Grey relation analysis was conducted to determine the correlation between operational parameters and HPR. Five machine learning algorithms, such as decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), and K-nearest neighbor (KNN), were then paired with operating conditions and water quality performance as features and HPR as a label, with mean squared error (MSE) and R2 as evaluation indexes. Butyric acid, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), and volatile suspended solids (VSS) were found to play crucial roles in hydrogen production from sucrose anaerobic fermentation. XGBoost had the highest accuracy with R2 of 0.91 and MSE of 0.0052. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The objectives of the research article were: To making the online Historical map of the Pak Phraek road community, Kanchanaburi. Gurame Soang Latin name Osphronomus Labirynthici gouramy including fish, that as the fish have gills and breathing apparatus in the form of additional gills (Labyrinth). One important factor in fish farming Soang Gurame is holding elections. Superior brood has characteristics identical, to distinguish it needs to experience since it is quite difficult. Some of the assessment factors in selecting a superior brood that could be considered in the cultivation of the fish farmers Gurame Soang as ideal weight, physical disability, movement of fish, the shape of the head, and the body color. All of these factors combined to get an assessment that could help the decision making process fish Gurame Soang superior sires. This study used two methods that have selected the calculation accuracy of the decision-making process. The method used is the Weighted Product and Simple Additive weighting. The results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded the total number of alternative Gurame Soang superior sires data as many as 10 fish, and obtained the results of testing the level of accuracy by using the results of data from a breeder Gurame Soang superior sires, Method of Weighted Product got an accuracy of 80% and methods Simple Additive weighting got an accuracy of 60%. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2019.

Handling Problems of Credit Data for Imbalanced Classes using SMOTEXGBoost

Some researchers find data with imbalanced class conditions, where there are data with a number of minorities and a majority. SMOTE is a data approach for an imbalanced classes and XGBoost is one algorithm for an imbalanced data problems. This research uses SMOTE and XGBoost or abbreviated as SMOTEXGBoost for handling data with an imbalanced classes. The results showed almost the same accuracy value between SMOTE and SMOTEXGBoost at 99%. While the value of AUC SMOTEXBoost has a more stable value than SMOTE that is equal to 99.89% for training and 98.51% for testing.

The measurement property of the six-particle maximally entangled state was used by Sun [Mod. Phys. Lett. A 37, 2250149 (2022)] to design a quantum private comparison (QPC) protocol. However, this study points out that the entanglement property of the six-particle maximally entangled state is inconsequential as a security measure;that is, participants waste resources to store the entanglement state and perform the Bell measurement without obtaining any additional security advantage. Although a third party (TP) cannot obtain information regarding the participants' secret messages through an attack, an attack renders the six-particle entanglement redundant. Accordingly, this study proposed an improved QPC protocol to prevent third-party attacks. © 2023 World Scientific Publishing Company.

While machine learning (ML) models for crop recommendation have demonstrated high predictive accuracy, a critical gap persists in their practical reliability: the omission of uncertainty quantification. Existing studies predominantly deliver deterministic recommendations, neglecting inherent uncertainties arising from data noise. This raises concerns about the reliability of the decision support systems for crop recommendation. To address this, we propose an ensemble ML framework incorporating entropy-based uncertainty quantification. Trained on a publicly available Indian agricultural dataset with 2200 samples across seven agro-climatic features (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, temperature, humidity, pH, and rainfall) and 22 crop classes, the model achieves a predictive accuracy of 99.54 %. By estimating prediction confidence using entropy, the framework offers probabilistic recommendations that support environmentally informed decision-making under uncertainty. These findings suggest that integrating uncertainty measures into ML-driven crop recommendation systems can enhance reliability and promote sustainable agricultural practices. © 2025

New quantum circuit architecture for classifying big data

This research is motivated by the incomplete use of quantum in existing learning algorithms, so that the proposed learning algorithm is not optimal. Research (Fahri & Neven, 2018) shows that the proposed method of architectural form still uses classical architecture but inputs, weights and targets already use a quantum approach. Based on the results of previous studies, it shows that quantum computing is better than classical computation. Many researchers use quantum computing in the proposed learning algorithm. The model proposed is a quantum circuit architecture with the quantum perceptron method consisting of a quantum bit gate that uses a quantum computational approach as the architecture of the quantum perceptron learning algorithm. Then the authors conduct training and testing of the proposed quantum circuit architecture to test the quantum circuit model that the author proposes. The result of this research is a quantum circuit model with the quantum perceptron method which can be used to solve the learning optimization problem by using a quantum circuit architecture with 5 measurement measurements to show error training and testing = 0, with 9 measurements showing an error training of 1.13%, error testing 2.06%.

Bayesian multinomial logistic-normal (MLN) models are popular for the analysis of sequence count data (e.g., microbiome or gene expression data) due to their ability to model multivariate count data with complex covariance structure. However, existing implementations of MLN models are limited to small datasets due to the non-conjugacy of the multinomial and logistic-normal distributions. Motivated by the need to develop efficient inference for Bayesian MLN models, we develop two key ideas. First, we develop the class of Marginally Latent Matrix-T Process (Marginally LTP) models. We demonstrate that many popular MLN models, including those with latent linear, non-linear, and dynamic linear structure are special cases of this class. Second, we develop an efficient inference scheme for Marginally LTP models with specific accelerations for the MLN subclass. Through application to MLN models, we demonstrate that our inference scheme are both highly accurate and often 4-5 orders of magnitude faster than MCMC.
