The way you move and sleep, interact with people around you, depression change everything. This even looks at the way you talk and express yourself in writing. Sometimes this 'depression language' can have a strong effect to others. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is one of the fields of computer science, artificial intelligence, and language (linguistics) related to the interaction between computers and natural human languages, such as Indonesian or English. The main objective of the NLP study is to make a machine that is able to know and understand the meaning of language, lexical analysis has the role of reading input characters and generating output tokens and making spaces, tabs, newlines and connecting rows of programs. However, the problems will occur when lexical analyzers where lexical is not able to determine when there are misspellings on tokens. Therefore, with the development of the backward-forward pointer algorithm, it is expected that in the future it will be easier to analyze both the words in front, in the middle and behind, so that the machine can quickly determine the individual depression level of speech tokens and speech tones.

Berkah Mart is one of the new minimarkets in Pekanbaru city which began to develop as a retail business to meet the needs of the community. In his operation, Berkah Mart still uses the traditional store management perception that the placement of product layout on sale shelves has not been through sales analysis. Existing products have not been reviewed from the consumer's point of view, whereas the marketing economics concept provides a variety of product and consumer management methods for business management in Berkah Mart, including market bucket analysis techniques and various itemset search algorithms. In this research, Market Basket Basket Analysis with FP-Growth algorithm is proposed to determine the layout and planning of goods availability. The application of FP-Growth algorithm proved to be useful in generating many and informative association rules to find out the consumer spending pattern at Berkah Mart in Pekanbaru. Moreover, from the rules of the customer association can be segmented separately to meet the specific needs of customers with cost-effective by using some special promotions for the general group. The experimental results show that FP-Growth algorithm can analyze quickly and efficiently informing consumer shopping pattern at Berkah Mart and can increase Berkah Mart revenue. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

PC computer is a flexible electronic device and can receive and process data quickly and accurately, and can also store data for a long time. There is a time when the PC hardware is damaged. So that it annoys the user. In connection with the problems that occur, the researchers aim to build an Expert System application to diagnose damage to PC computers using the Certainty Factor method by using Visual Studio 2010 applications and using Microsoft Access 2013 as a database. Applications that are built can be an alternative in knowing the type of damage and provide alternative solutions in handling damage to PC computer hardware.

Analysis of an individual's immunoglobulin or T cell receptor gene repertoire can provide important insights into immune function. High-quality analysis of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing data depends upon accurate and relatively complete germline sets, but current sets are known to be incomplete. Established processes for the review and systematic naming of receptor germline genes and alleles require specific evidence and data types, but the discovery landscape is rapidly changing. To exploit the potential of emerging data, and to provide the field with improved state-of-the-art germline sets, an intermediate approach is needed that will allow the rapid publication of consolidated sets derived from these emerging sources. These sets must use a consistent naming scheme and allow refinement and consolidation into genes as new information emerges. Name changes should be minimised, but, where changes occur, the naming history of a sequence must be traceable. Here we outline the current issues and opportunities for the curation of germline IG/TR genes and present a forward-looking data model for building out more robust germline sets that can dovetail with current established processes. We describe interoperability standards for germline sets, and an approach to transparency based on principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability.

This study aims to determine whether students’ increasing mathematical communication skills, who received the Problem-Based Learning assisted by GeoGebra 3D Augmented Reality based on Culture, was higher than the increase of mathematical communication skills students who did not receive the problem-based learning model assisted by culture-based Augmented Reality. The students’ mathematical communication skills included connecting natural objects, pictures, and diagrams into mathematical ideas, expressing mathematical ideas orally, writing and describing them to symbols or visuals, using language, notation, and mathematical structures to present and communicate ideas to conclude. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a population of all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Medan, Indonesia. Two classes were selected randomly from the available courses. The experimental class was treated with a culture-based Augmented Reality-assisted problem-based learning model. In contrast, the control class did not give any treatment. Data analysis was performed by t-test. The results showed that the increasing mathematical communication skills students taught through a culture-based Augmented Reality-assisted problem-based learning model was higher than the rising mathematical communication skills of students who did not receive a culture-based Augmented Reality-assisted problem-based learning model.

In the context of achieving Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in hospitals, among others, it is carried out with control and supervision, including in the case of hospital facility maintenance installations. Besides that, the hospital needs to improve its services. The asset reporting system is one of the high needs in this field, so it requires a solution that can deal with existing problems. Unfortunately, the current reporting system so far is more likely to be conventional, such as by telephone. This study proposes a new solution to the hospital facility maintenance reporting process, namely by utilising smartphone-based applications that directly connected to the server. So, the information distributed to the competent parties. This solution can speed up the reporting process and actions. Also, save the historical equipment that is available from each service room — the results of this study used as a hospital facility maintenance reporting system.

The purpose of this research is to know how influence of mixture of pertamax with Tuak Nias (Tuonifaro) to fuel consumption at 125 cc engine To prove that Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro can be used as fuel mixture on motorcycle and examine how big influence of mix between Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro with Pertamax, conducting research by literature study method or literature study. Many authors use various supporting / input factors and supporting books related to the titles discussed. because Tuak Nias or tuonifaro contain low 4-5% ethanonic elements and contain 90% alcoholic elements so that the fuel easily burns easily in the combustion chamber and produces great power. Digital Dictionary of computer and Network Engineering can be used in the learning process of computer and nerwork enginering students. Dictionaries are generally book-shaped is hard to carry because of their thick and heavy, now can be accessed anywhere by development of web technology. Digital dictionaries can be accessed through computers, laptops dan cellphones, this is make student easily in learning process. The digital dictionary can not only be used by students of computer and network engineering, but can also by general public, as long as you have an internet connection, anyone can be use this digital dictionaries. The main process in this digital dictionary is the search process. Binary search algorithm used in the search process of binary search algoritm. Binary search algoritm search is applied to word search in this digital dictionary, because this algoritm is intended for sequintal data. program language that will be used to build this digital dictionary is PHP and MySQL.
