Recently, deep learning has emerged as a powerful tool for automating various tasks in manufacturing industry. Deep learning has shown promise particularly in classifying food products, e.g., identifying sweet oranges in a factory setting. Traditionally, classification of oranges based on sweetness is a labor-intensive and time-consuming process, requiring manual inspection and tasting by trained personnel. However, by employing deep learning techniques, this process can be automated, giving rise to accurate and consistent results at a much faster rate. In this study, we propose a deep learning model, combined with computer vision, for classifying the sweetness of oranges in a factory setting. By training a deep neural network on a dataset of labeled images, we developed a simple Convolutional Neural Network (sCNN) model with few layers that can accurately predict the sweetness of new oranges based on their images. We evaluated the performance of the model and compare it with four CNN architecture-transfer learning models of orange classification. Upon comparison with four different CNN architecture-transfer learning models, namely, MobileNet-V2, Inception-V3, VGG-16, and ResNet-50, we found that while each of these models yields a satisfactory result, learning rates of 0.001 or 0.0001 yielded superior results in every model. Without the application of dropout and image augmentation, ResNet-50 yielded the best classification accuracy (81.43%) of the five models, and the model performance improved upon employment of these methods. However, the provided images were not suitable for Inception-V3 models. Nevertheless, Simple CNN shows that the augmentation method enables the model to learn, achieving an accuracy of 81.43% with a dropout of 0.3, which is close to the VGG-16's highest accuracy of 83.57% (dropout = 0.0) and MobileNet-V2’s 74.29% (dropout = 0.3). © 2023, The Authors. information systems and technology have an important role in building the Company's competitive advantage in facing the Industrial Era 4.0. Strategic information System Planning (SISP) helps companies formulate reliable information systems that are aligned with business strategies. The academic world should contribute in this regard, but currently, the amount of research related to SISP is very limited. This research is a systematic literature review, which aims to find out more about SISP research trends, research motivations and backgrounds, industries that have been handled, and the methods used in developing SISP. This research is expected to be a trigger for the emergence of new research to support the successful development of SISP in companies in various industries. The results of this research show that several topics are widely researched and need to be improved in the future, namely the alignment of IS strategies with business strategies, the development of specific SISPs in various industries, and the reliability of IS strategies by considering the application of the latest information technology, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, augmented reality, Internet of Things, and cloud computing. In addition, it is also necessary to develop a SISP framework that is more accommodating to changes in the business environment that is increasingly fast, agile, and collaborative, which includes aspects of business architecture, data/information architecture, technology architecture, information system security, governance, and human resources. © 2022 IEEE.

The article describes a new method for malware classification,based on a Machine Learning(ML)model architecture specifically designed for malware detection,enabling real-time and accurate malware *** an innovative feature dimensionality reduction technique called the Interpolation-based Feature Dimensionality Reduction Technique(IFDRT),the authors have significantly reduced the feature space while retaining critical information necessary for malware *** technique optimizes the model’s performance and reduces computational *** proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the BODMAS malware dataset,which contains 57,293 malware samples and 77,142 benign samples,each with a 2381-feature *** the IFDRT method,the dataset is transformed,reducing the number of features while maintaining essential data for accurate *** evaluation results show outstanding performance,with an F1 score of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5%using only two reduced *** demonstrates the method’s ability to classify malware samples accurately while minimizing processing *** method allows for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature space,which decreases the memory and time requirements for training and *** new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the calculations,which indicate significant improvements in malware classification accuracy and *** research results enhance existing malware detection techniques and can be applied in various cybersecurity applications,including real-timemalware detection on resource-constrained *** and scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method,which provides a robust and efficient solution for feature reduction in ML-based malware classification,paving the way for more effective and scalable cybersecurity measures.

Lampung Province is one of the regions with the highest cocoa production, but many factors can interfere with cocoa production. One of them is the factor of pests and diseases of cocoa that cannot be identified and prevented beforehand. An expert system is a system that adopts expert knowledge or experts in a particular field. However, the diagnosis usually contains uncertainty in the form of answers and statements used. Certainty Factor (CF) algorithm, is one of the algorithms that is able to overcome uncertainty by providing a value for the level of trust from experts and users. However, because the CF value is based on the level of confidence in the symptoms experienced by the user, it creates a problem, namely the consistency of the user's answers. So, it is necessary to make improvements to the CF algorithm, to overcome the inconsistency of user answers through the use of Consistency Ratio (CR). Through the use of CR, inconsistencies are overcome through comparisons between the consistency index and the random index. Based on the results of the accuracy test, the proposed model is able to produce an accuracy rate of 86.67% in the diagnosis of pests and diseases on cocoa plants. © 2022 IEEE.

At present, most of the domestic and foreign research on vehicle recognition focuses on real-time camera recognition in front of the vehicle while driving and real-time camera recognition over the road for overhead camera angles. For roads in mountainous areas or special terrain, due to the small hinterland on the left and right side of the road, it is not easy to set up overhead camera systems for the road. Therefore, this thesis proposes 'Yolo_v4-based road vehicle recognition' to solve the above problem. Unlike the overhead camera system, this side camera detachable temporary road vehicle recognition system only needs a very small road hinterland and can reduce the cost of space construction. The Yolo_V4 deep learning algorithm can accurately identify different vehicle types to ensure road safety and traffic monitoring. In this study, the accuracy of the vehicle recognition model for the side camera angle is 96%, which is comparable to the accuracy of the vehicle recognition model for the top camera angle. © 2022 IEEE.

computer vision has emerged as an important subject of study, with several practical applications in a wide range of domains. OpenCV, a widely used framework, has played an important role in allowing computer vision tasks. This study presents an AI-driven Python implementation of the OpenCV framework to expand its capabilities. Data collecting and pre-processing, feature extraction, model selection and training, and Python-based system implementation are all part of the proposed system. A thorough examination of system performance indicates its advantage over competing approaches. The system’s flexibility enables it to handle a variety of computer vision tasks, such as gesture recognition, face detection, and object recognition. This paper advances AI-powered computer vision systems by providing significant insights into the implementation of OpenCV with Python. information engineering strategies play a significant and transformative role in shaping the landscape of digital agriculture. It drives innovation and efficiency in modern farming practices, with a specific focus on enhancing the value of agricultural commodities, such as sugarcane. The application of mobile technology plays a crucial part in achieving increased sugarcane productivity. Mobile applications, equipped with advanced developer features, offer rapid and user-friendly access to vital information. Traditional methods of estimating sugarcane production relied on manual data recording on paper, followed by data transfer to computer systems, typically managed by sugar factory junior plant officers. This conventional approach presents several inherent weaknesses, including time and effort intensiveness during data recording and entry. Additionally, the potential for errors in calculation and data input is a concern. The storage capacity for paper-based documents is finite, and farmers are often unable to autonomously assess their production potential. The objective of this research is to confront these obstacles by creating a sugarcane production application for Android. This application functions as an information engineering approach focused on forecasting sugarcane yields for plantation owners and their assistants. The development procedure adhered to the systematic waterfall method, following the principles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. Data collection was carried out through observations, while interviews with junior plant officers provided valuable insights into sugarcane estimation techniques. Analysis involved the synthesis of observational and interview data to inform the design of the application's interface and algorithmic system. Attacks on web applications are constantly growing in both frequency and severity. Abundant data on the internet stimulates hackers to attempt different types of cyberattacks. Attack detection using conventional approaches and outdated data processing techniques has become outmoded as a result of this development. The purpose of this study is to investigate IoT attacks and discuss the efficient ML technique implementation strategies for restricting security risks. Among different security techniques, Machine learning (ML) systems demonstrated commendable feasibility in improving network and device security for the Internet of Things. The study with contextual research recognises and comprehends that modified 'Support Vector Machine (SVM)' as well as 'Random Forest (RF)' ML techniques showed optimal performance in IoT attack detection and prevention. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposed a novel landing platform with wireless power transfer (WPT) to charge multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) without restrictions on landing locations or alignment. A transmitter is designed using wires to charge a wide area. To overcome the disadvantages of system made by wires, a grid pattern transmitter and double power line are proposed. These structures provide multiple charging with free positioning of receivers and excite the transmitter lines in wide area properly. The optimized system is composed of 0.15m square cells, providing a 0.9 m by 0.9 m charging area. By experiment, it can efficiently charge four 0.1 m square receivers located anywhere in transmitter. The overall efficiency of four receivers is 37.5%. Also, the experimental results verify that it is unnecessary to align the receiver within the cell, as it has a 2.62% error due to rotation and a 2.94 % error due to position within the cell.

Data mining is an analytical process of knowledge discovery in large and complex data sets. Many studies wish to explore data, to find information so that knowledge can be obtained through the grouping process, classification, rules discovery, associations and data mining visualization which shows similarity. Periodic data often occurs in business applications and sciences that has big size, high dimension and continuously updated. The similarity in periodic data is based on several approaches. One of common approaches is to transform periodic series into other domains so that dimensions are reduced, followed by index mechanism. Many studies of time series do not give optimal result because limited to extracting data not able to represent time series and its pattern which is then change into rules. Rules can be found in time series data, but they are still constrained by over fitting and difficult to present. It causes time series data and non linier function of data mining decision can't be optimal. The basic idea in the method proposed is to do periodic discretization for sub-sequential formation. These sub-sequences are grouped through a measure of similarity. The simple rule-finding technique is applied to obtain hidden rules in the temporal pattern. The optimal time series data expected to generate the uncertainty trend, previously unknown and can be used to make decisions or forecasting in the future. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
