IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit/Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical. © 2019 IEEE.

The palm oil business employs almost 20 million people, generates USD 21 billion in revenue, and plays a vital role in Indonesia’s social economy. The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to Palm Oil Mills (POM) distribution system is one important aspect of fruit quality. Three steps are involved in getting Oil Palm FFB from the plantation to the POM. The first part of the procedure involves cutting FFB from the tree, the second stage involves gathering the fruit at a fruit collection point (FCP), and the third stage involves transporting the fruit to the palm oil mill (POM). As of now, the cost of the FFB transportation is still considerable, accounting for roughly 15% to 20% of the FFB pricing. The use of the Business Intelligence (BI) idea in the oil palm harvesting system is presented in this study as a foundation for creating web-based applications.

New quantum circuit architecture for classifying big data

This research is motivated by the incomplete use of quantum in existing learning algorithms, so that the proposed learning algorithm is not optimal. Research (Fahri & Neven, 2018) shows that the proposed method of architectural form still uses classical architecture but inputs, weights and targets already use a quantum approach. Based on the results of previous studies, it shows that quantum computing is better than classical computation. Many researchers use quantum computing in the proposed learning algorithm. The model proposed is a quantum circuit architecture with the quantum perceptron method consisting of a quantum bit gate that uses a quantum computational approach as the architecture of the quantum perceptron learning algorithm. Then the authors conduct training and testing of the proposed quantum circuit architecture to test the quantum circuit model that the author proposes. The result of this research is a quantum circuit model with the quantum perceptron method which can be used to solve the learning optimization problem by using a quantum circuit architecture with 5 measurement measurements to show error training and testing = 0, with 9 measurements showing an error training of 1.13%, error testing 2.06%.

The precise diagnosis of urinary stones is crucial for devising effective treatment strategies. The diagnostic process, however, is often complicated by the low contrast between stones and surrounding tissues, as well as the variability in stone locations across different patients. To address this issue, we propose a novel location embedding based pairwise distance learning network (LEPD-Net) that leverages low-dose abdominal X-ray imaging combined with location information for the fine-grained diagnosis of urinary stones. LEPD-Net enhances the representation of stone-related features through context-aware region enhancement, incorporates critical location knowledge via stone location embedding, and achieves recognition of fine-grained objects with our innovative fine-grained pairwise distance learning. Additionally, we have established an in-house dataset on urinary tract stones to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach. Gurame Soang Latin name Osphronomus Labirynthici gouramy including fish, that as the fish have gills and breathing apparatus in the form of additional gills (Labyrinth). One important factor in fish farming Soang Gurame is holding elections. Superior brood has characteristics identical, to distinguish it needs to experience since it is quite difficult. Some of the assessment factors in selecting a superior brood that could be considered in the cultivation of the fish farmers Gurame Soang as ideal weight, physical disability, movement of fish, the shape of the head, and the body color. All of these factors combined to get an assessment that could help the decision making process fish Gurame Soang superior sires. This study used two methods that have selected the calculation accuracy of the decision-making process. The method used is the Weighted Product and Simple Additive weighting. The results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded the total number of alternative Gurame Soang superior sires data as many as 10 fish, and obtained the results of testing the level of accuracy by using the results of data from a breeder Gurame Soang superior sires, Method of Weighted Product got an accuracy of 80% and methods Simple Additive weighting got an accuracy of 60%. © The Authors, published by EDP sciences, 2019.

Cognitive diagnosis plays a crucial role in Intelligent Tutor Systems, which aims to diagnose learners' cognitive states according to learners' observable records, such as exercise records. However, this paper observes that the existing cognitive diagnosis models still have rooms for performance improvements: (1) they ignore the interaction between knowledge concepts;(2) they ignore the quantitative relation between exercises and concepts. In order to solve the aforementioned problems, this paper proposes a new interpretable cognitive diagnosis model named ICD based on a novel neural network designed by us, which can conduct answer records with different lengths. The neural network can fully utilize the interaction among concepts, the quantitative relation between exercises and concepts, and considers bias replacement by slip and guess, which makes the ICD more interpretable. The paper has conducted extensive experiments on four real publicity datasets, and the results show that both the performances and the interpretability of ICD are better than the latest state-of-the-art CDMs such as RCD, NCDM, and CDGK, and the classical CDMs such as DINA and MIRT. © 2022, The Authors. The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has emerged as a potent catalyst for transformation across many industries as a part of Industry 4.0. This review thoroughly examines IIoT applications, demonstrating how it enhances operational efficiency, informed decision-making, cost optimization, innovation, and workplace safety. While prior research has often concentrated on technical dimensions such as fog and edge computing, network protocols, or big data integration, several emerging and high-impact application areas remain underexplored. This study addresses that gap by systematically reviewing IIoT implementations in critical yet often overlooked domains, including environmental monitoring, agriculture, construction, healthcare, robotics, smart grids, and predictive maintenance. It offers fresh insights into how IIoT is being adapted to meet real-world challenges in these sectors. In addition to outlining the current landscape, the review identifies core barriers such as data security, interoperability, and system scalability. It underscores the importance of cross-sector collaboration and strategic alignment to fully leverage the transformative potential of IIoT. The paper concludes by outlining key research gaps and future opportunities to guide continued innovation and scholarly investigation.

The fractional differential equation Lβu = f posed on a compact metric graph is considered, where β > 0 and L = κ2 − ∇(a∇) is a second-order elliptic operator equipped with certain vertex conditions and sufficiently smooth and positive coefficients κ, a. We demonstrate the existence of a unique solution for a general class of vertex conditions and derive the regularity of the solution in the specific case of Kirchhoff vertex conditions. These results are extended to the stochastic setting when f is replaced by Gaussian white noise. For the deterministic and stochastic settings under generalized Kirchhoff vertex conditions, we propose a numerical solution based on a finite element approximation combined with a rational approximation of the fractional power L−β. For the resulting approximation, the strong error is analyzed in the deterministic case, and the strong mean squared error as well as the L2(Γ×Γ)error of the covariance function of the solution are analyzed in the stochastic setting. Explicit rates of convergences are derived for all cases. Find the Best Rule of Time Series Data Mining with Cluster Analysis

Data mining is an analytical process of knowledge discovery in large and complex data sets. Many studies wish to explore data, to find information so that knowledge can be obtained through the grouping process, classification, rules discovery, associations and data mining visualization which shows similarity. Periodic data often occurs in business applications and sciences that has big size, high dimension and continuously updated. The similarity in periodic data is based on several approaches. One of common approaches is to transform periodic series into other domains so that dimensions are reduced, followed by index mechanism. Many studies of time series do not give optimal result because limited to extracting data not able to represent time series and its pattern which is then change into rules. Rules can be found in time series data, but they are still constrained by over fitting and difficult to present. It causes time series data and non linier function of data mining decision can't be optimal. The basic idea in the method proposed is to do periodic discretization for sub-sequential formation. These sub-sequences are grouped through a measure of similarity. The simple rule-finding technique is applied to obtain hidden rules in the temporal pattern. The optimal time series data expected to generate the uncertainty trend, previously unknown and can be used to make decisions or forecasting in the future.
