In this paper, we show how to fully automatically infer semantic interfaces of data structures on the basis of systematic testing. Our semantic interfaces are a generalized form of Register Automata (RA), comprising parameterized input and output, allowing to model control- and data-flow in component interfaces concisely. Algorithmic key to the automated synthesis of these semantic interfaces is the extension of an active learning algorithm for Register Automata to explicitly deal with output. We evaluated our algorithm on a complex data structure, a "stack of stacks", the largest of which we could learn in merely 20 seconds with less than 4000 membership queries, resulting in a model with rougly 800 nodes. In contrast, even when restricting the data domain to just four values, the corresponding plain Mealy machine would have more than 109 states and presumably require billions of membership queries. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Advances in technology have produced smaller and more powerful computing devices. For example, there are currently a variety of portable personal computing devices, including wireless computing devices, such as portable wireless phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and paging devices. These devices are small, light, and easy to carry by users. More specifically, portable wireless phones (e.g., cellular phones and Internet Protocol (IP) phones) can transmit voice and data packets via wireless networks. Further, many of these wireless telephones include other types of devices incorporated therein. For example, wireless phones can also contain digital still cameras, digital video cameras, digital recorders, and audio file players. Moreover, such wireless phones can process executable instructions, including software applications, such as web browser applications that can be used to access the Internet. In this way, these wireless phones can contain significant computing power. The audio processing system in the wireless phone may use a multi-microphone system that improves audio quality based on a multi-channel digital processing algorithm. For example, compared to a single microphone system, a multi-microphone system can provide enhanced noise suppression and can allow the audio processing system to implement spatially related audio features, such as position related noise. In order achieving a better result of extracting the target speaker, the author proposed a method, which based on dual-microphone system, uses post-filtering technology to eliminate diffuse noise and unwanted speech. Experiments have presented the effectiveness and robust of the proposed method. © 2022 IEEE.

Algorithms, which used in the microphone array, are currently widely popular, especially the GSC algorithm. Compared with the single-channel algorithm model, GSC uses information of direction of arrival (DOA) of the original speech signal to increase the efficiency of noise suppression. However, in practical applications, there are many restrictions, such as the error of the actual direction, the error of sensitivity between microphones, which affects the output signal, causes speech distortion and performance degradation. In this paper, the author proposed a method, that uses a priori SNR to reduce the speech leakage in the reference signal, to improve the implementation of GSC algorithm in diffuse noise field. The above method has been tested, and its effectiveness has been proven. In the future, the author will continue to study different noise environmental conditions to further improve the efficiency of the above method. © 2022 IEEE.

Array signal processing is an important branch in the field of signal processing. It has been widely used in many military and national economic fields such as radar, communications, sonar, navigation, voice signal processing, seismic monitoring, and biomedical engineering. Adaptive beamforming is an important research content in array signal processing. It is essential to perform spatial filtering through adaptive weighting of each array element to achieve the purpose of enhancing the desired signal, suppressing interference and reducing noise signals. Minimum variance distortion response (MVDR) is a commonly used algorithm. It restricts the array gain to 1 in the desired signal direction and minimizes the output power of the array to achieve the purpose of suppressing interference. However, in real-life environment, most processing speech system are affected by various types of noise, like coherence, incoherence, diffuse and ambient noise. These unwanted factors strong degrade performance of designed system. The quality and intelligibility, which one of the most important measurement of output signal, decreases when surrounding environment is too complex. In this paper, the author proposed an improved technology to enhance algorithm MVDR in diffuse noise field. The results illustrated that, the suggested algorithm allowed reducing speech distortion from 5.1÷15.5 (dB). The promising method can be further combined with many speech applications. © 2022 IEEE.

Issues related to the curriculum design of C programming language is analysed. Aspects and necessity of programming for engineers is discussed. In-Lab monitoring technique is developed successfully using client-server architecture which ensures learner live workshop progress. We present novel concepts, technologies and potentials of optical data communication, especially for future computer architectures. The WDM (wavelength division multiplexing) and the optical wiring technologies are explained in detail. Experimental results of tunable optical filters, which play a major role in WDM systems, are reported. New concepts for novel optical interconnectors and novel miniaturized lasers for direct generation of green light are proposed as examples for possible next generation components to improve the performance of optical communication based computer architecture. © 2007 IEEE.

This article discusses the use of fuzzy logic and a neural network to predict the demand for pharmaceutical products in a distributed network, in conditions of insufficient information, a large assortment and the influence of risk factors. A comprehensive approach to solving forecasting problems is proposed using: the theory of fuzzy logic - when forecasting emerging and unmet needs and a neural network - if there is a lot of retrospective information about the actual sale of drugs and drugs. Using this approach to solve the problems of forecasting demand allows you to get statistics and experience. Morphological synthesis is a key aspect of natural language processing that focuses on the generation of word forms from their base components - roots, stems, prefixes, affixes, and inflectional morphemes. It plays a crucial role in understanding and generating various grammatical forms of words in different languages. This process is essential for tasks such as machine translation, speech synthesis, text generation, and information retrieval. In agglutinative languages, words are formed by stringing together affixes that each represent a single grammatical function. Each morpheme retains its distinct meaning and function, making synthesis relatively predictable. In this article, using Kyrgyz as an example, we have examined the rules governing the attachment of affixes to words and assessed whether these affixes are correctly attached or if there are issues with morphological synthesis. This is, of course, a very topical issue. Because the first step in the problems of artificial intelligence is to pay attention to the features and ways of language creation. © 2024 IEEE.

We present an active learning algorithm for inferring extended finite state machines (EFSM)s, combining data flow and control behavior. Key to our learning technique is a novel learning model based on so-called tree queries. The learning algorithm uses the tree queries to infer symbolic data constraints on parameters, e.g., sequence numbers, time stamps, identifiers, or even simple arithmetic. We describe sufficient conditions for the properties that the symbolic constraints provided by a tree query in general must have to be usable in our learning model. We have evaluated our algorithm in a black-box scenario, where tree queries are realized through (black-box) testing. Our case studies include connection establishment in TCP and a priority queue from the Java Class Library. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.
