Virtual Enterprise (VE) brings not only opportunities but also more uncertainties and risks for the enterprises. To deal with the uncertainty of the cost for risk control in virtual enterprise, this paper focuses on the method of VE multi-strategies multi-selections risk programming problem considering robustness. The risk programming model to minimize the global risk level with the constraint of risk control budget is established. To reduce the influences of the uncertainty of the cost for risk control on the solution of the problem, Robust Optimization (RO) method is presented to deal with the uncertainty of the cost for risk control and the multi-strategies multi-selections robust risk programming model is established. ILOG optimization software is used to solve the problem. Numerical experiments suggested the effectiveness of the proposed method which eliminates the impact of uncertainty with a negligible increase in risk level.

This study was carried out to explore the model, exponential stability and controller design of dynamical output feedback networked control systems (NCS) with time-varying delays and multiple-packet transmission. Considering the existence of time-delay and packet dropout in sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator, a model of NCS with multiple-packet transmission and dynamical output feedback is constructed, which is an asynchronous dynamical system (ADS) constrained by event rates. Based on the theory of ADS, Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality method, the semi-negative definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the dynamical output feedback controller design method for the NCS with multiple-packet transmission and dynamical output feedback are presented. Numerical examples show that the semi-negative definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the controller design method are feasible.

This study deals with the exponential stability of singular networked control system (NCS) with time-delay and data packet dropout. Two new control methods of dynamical state feedback control and dynamical state feedback proportional-integral (PI) control for the singular NCS are addressed. The singular NCS with time-delay and data packet dropout is modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system (ADS) constrained by event rates. Furthermore, based on the ADS theory, principle of Lyapunov stability and method of linear matrix inequality, the semi-negative definite matrix conditions of exponential stability, the dynamical state feedback controller and the dynamical state feedback PI controller design for the NCS are given. Finally, numerical examples illustrate the feasibility of the proposed control methods of dynamical state feedback control and dynamical state feedback PI control, semi-negative definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the controller design.

This paper investigates the absolute stability problem for Lur'e singularly perturbed systems with multiple nonlinearities. The objective is to determine if the system is absolutely stable for any epsilon E (0, (epsilon)_(0)], where epsilon denotes the perturbation parameter and (epsilon)_(0) is a pre-defined positive scalar. Firstly, an epsilon-dependent Lyapunov function of Lur'e-postnikov form is constructed. Then, a stability criterion expressed in terms of epsilon-independent linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is derived. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the obtained method.
