Graph Structure Learning (GSL) has recently garnered considerable attention due to its ability to optimize both the parameters of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and the computation graph structure simultaneously. Despite the proliferation of GSL methods developed in recent years, there is no standard experimental setting or fair comparison for performance evaluation, which creates a great obstacle to understanding the progress in this field. To fill this gap, we systematically analyze the performance of GSL in different scenarios and develop a comprehensive Graph Structure Learning Benchmark (GSLB) curated from 20 diverse graph datasets and 16 distinct GSL algorithms. Specifically, GSLB systematically investigates the characteristics of GSL in terms of three dimensions: effectiveness, robustness, and complexity. We comprehensively evaluate state-of-the-art GSL algorithms in node- and graph-level tasks, and analyze their performance in robust learning and model complexity. Further, to facilitate reproducible research, we have developed an easy-to-use library for training, evaluating, and visualizing different GSL methods. Empirical results of our extensive experiments demonstrate the ability of GSL and reveal its potential benefits on various downstream tasks, offering insights and opportunities for future research. This paper studies issues concerning the application of user configurable cooperative information agents for monitoring tasks in process automation. Within this application area the amount of information gathered from the processes has been growing vastly and the supervising personnel has been minimized in the production plants. As this trend seems to keep going further, the end users need more effective information handling tools. However, the information overflow problem has also shown up in other application domains, and it is useful to discuss the similarities and differences with solutions used in these areas. This paper proposes an agent-based architecture to support active monitoring of the changes in process related data situated in various heterogeneous information sources. This approach is based on a BDI agent model, where individual user-configurable information processing modules are flexibly linked. The approach is demonstrated with an industrially inspired test scenario

The article deals with the construction of intelligent flow meters, in which primary detector, sensors, analog-To-digital converters, and microprocessors for solving the problem of distribution of functions between the elements of measurement, conversion and calculation systems are integrated. The flow meter contains a jet generator, which is an acoustic multivibrator. Jet generator converts the flow rate into acoustic vibrations, which are converted into a polyharmonic electrical by piezoelectric transducer. An adaptive line enhancer contains an electronically controlled filter on the varicap and allocates an informative first harmonic and functionally processes it in accordance with the analytical expression of the flow rate from the frequency. The microprocessor processes all information from the adaptive line enhancer and measurement channels from the inert gas concentration sensors, which are impedance biological sensors, and from the integral temperature sensor. The measurement results are displayed on the flow meter display and transmitted via digital communication channels to the dispatcher console. © 2019 IEEE.

Based on the analysis of the existing schemes and measuring instruments of high temperatures GTE, the article proposes an intelligent system using the developed design of a thermistor made of tungsten-rhenium wire, allowing its installation on the jacks of previously used thermocouples. The calculations of the thermistor, taking into account the dependence of the resistivity change and temperature coefficient of resistance on temperature. Using the conversion functions, the optimal value of the output frequency of the measurement system for transmission over a two-wire communication line with high noise immunity is calculated. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper presents a distributed multi sensor data processing and fusion system providing sophisticated surveillance capabilities in the urban environment. The system enables visual/non-visual event detection, situation assessment, and semantic event-based reasoning for force protection and civil surveillance applications. The novelties lie in the high level system view approach, not only concentrating on data fusion methodologies per se, but rather on a holistic view of sensor data fusion that provides both lower (sensor) level and higher level (semantic) fusion. At the same time, we concentrate on easy and quick extensibility with new sensors and processing capabilities. The system also makes provisions for visualizing and processing space-time alerts from sensor detections up to high level alerts based on rule-based semantic reasoning over sensor data and fusion events. The proposed architecture has been validated in a number of different synthetic and live urban scenarios. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

This article presents the formal definition and description of popular topics on the Internet,analyzes the relationship between popular words and topics,and finally introduces a method that uses statistics and correlation of the popular words in traffic content and network flow characteristics as input for extracting popular topics on the *** on this,this article adapts a clustering algorithm to extract popular topics and gives formalized *** test results show that this method has an accuracy of 16.7%in extracting popular topics on the *** with web mining and topic detection and tracking(TDT),it can provide a more suitable data source for effective recovery of Internet public opinions.

Considering the parameter setting process is complicated in the design process of the current Composite Nonlinear Feedback Control law,this paper proposed an Enhanced CNF（Composite Nonlinear Feedback） controller based on Genetic *** the time multiplied by the absolute error of the integral as a performance indicator,the parameter tuning problem is turned into a minimization *** Genetic Algorithm is used to set all the design parameters of the Enhanced CNF controller at one *** proposed controller is introduced into the set-point control of the torsional micromirror,the simulation results demonstrate that the system can achieve the desired performance efficiently and accurately with the proposed controller.

There are an increasing number of Narrow Band IoT devices being manufactured as the technology behind them develops *** high co‐channel interference and signal attenuation seen in edge Narrow Band IoT devices make it challenging to guarantee the service quality of these *** maximise the data rate fairness of Narrow Band IoT devices,a multi‐dimensional indoor localisation model is devised,consisting of transmission power,data scheduling,and time slot scheduling,based on a network model that employs non‐orthogonal multiple access via a *** on this network model,the optimisation goal of Narrow Band IoT device data rate ratio fairness is first established by the authors,while taking into account the Narrow Band IoT network:The multidimensional indoor localisation optimisation model of equipment tends to minimize data rate,energy constraints and EH relay energy and data buffer constraints,data scheduling and time slot *** a result,each Narrow Band IoT device's data rate needs are met while the network's overall performance is *** investigate the model's potential for convex optimisation and offer an algorithm for optimising the distribution of multiple resources using the KKT *** current work primarily considers the NOMA Narrow Band IoT network under a single EH ***,the growth of Narrow Band IoT devices also leads to a rise in co‐channel interference,which impacts NOMA's performance *** simulation,the proposed approach is successfully *** improvements have boosted the network's energy efficiency by 44.1%,data rate proportional fairness by 11.9%,and spectrum efficiency by 55.4%.

In this paper we present robust statistical methods for segmentation and preprocessing of time-multiplexed videos. We will present hidden Markov and hidden semi-Markov model based real-time detectors and their usage for video segmentation and anomalous event detection. We demonstrate the high performance of our detectors with real-life outdoor videos from low-quality cameras.
