Automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems play a pivotal role in modern communication technology by enabling computers to convert human speech into written form. The Whisper model has demonstrated remarkable performance in ASR, leveraging advanced deep learning techniques and training on extensive multilingual datasets. However, applying the Whisper model to Persian ASR presents unique challenges due to the Persian language’s complex phonological features and non-Latin Persian script. This paper aims to maximize the performance of the Whisper model in Persian ASR by fine-tuning the model and adjusting parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other approaches significantly. Indonesia Skill Competition, also known as "Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS)", is a vocational student skill competition program for students in 10th-12th grade. Students competes in a variety of competition categories. In the 2020 to 2022 academic year, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Committee designed an innovative and novel IT Network System Administration using Cloud Computing rather than cancelling the National Competition. The purpose of this paper is to show how to designed, implemented Virtual Laboratory using Cloud implementation. Competitor from their respective regions is connected via the Internet with Virtual Private Network access to computer and Server Infrastructure that has been prepared by the committee according to the needs of the Test Project. During the competition, the competitor made configurations or settings directly on all servers and computers in Cloud Computing. Thus, even though the competition is held from their respective provinces, they can still maintain honesty and fairness because the competitor completes their work on a centralized cloud infrastructure under the supervision of the central committee.

In the Peruvian financial sector, the quality of customer service and the training of advisors are essential. If a gamified system is used, it can face failures or disasters that affect its availability, and recent studies indicate a lack of understanding and integration of continuity plans. This study proposes a model to implement a continuity plan for a gamified training system for advisors, utilizing ITIL V4 practices. It implemented the best practices of ITIL 4: (1) incident management, (2) problem management, (3) change management, (4) service level management, (5) security management, and (6) availability management. In (1) incidents are resolved quickly and effectively; in (2) the cause of the incident is investigated and the impact of the problem is mitigated; in (3) changes with the greatest benefit and least risk are maximized; in (4) service contracts establish minimum availability levels; in (5) company activities are monitored to protect the most important data; in (6) the maximum availability of the system is ensured. Additionally, a record and management system was implemented, and incidents were prioritized based on their urgency and impact. The results indicated that, after a comparative evaluation, Jira stands out for its intelligent analysis capabilities and automated incident comparison. Furthermore, the implementation of this continuity plan improves operational resilience and customer confidence, ensuring the quality and availability of the service in a market highly dependent on reliable informationsystems.

This paper reports the initial findings of the first part of the two-part study which investigated the qualities of online programming teachers. The first part was a qualitative design that employed a grounded theory approach. Ten students were interviewed about the qualities of teachers they like and dislike. Another group of students (n = 58) were asked the same question using an open-ended questionnaire. Thematic analysis of the data collected from two sets of participants revealed that desirable characteristics of teachers were mainly attributed to their delivery skills. The personality of teachers is another aspect of their desirability or undesirability. Thus, the initial attributes of qualities of good online programming teachers are mainly attributed to their extrinsic (e.g., delivery skills) and intrinsic (e.g., personality) qualities. The plan for further research is also discussed.

As an indispensable key network service in blockchain systems, digital wallet service is crucial for promoting the widespread application of blockchain technology and the development of the digital economy. However, with the increasing popularity of blockchain technology, the scale of the Unspent Transaction Output (UTXO) dataset continues to increase. A significant number of low-value UTXOs occupied the main dataset space, leading to blockchain dataset expansion. This has affected the performance of digital wallet service and the overall system performance. To address this issue, this paper proposes a Space-Efficient Digital Wallet (SEDW) service in blockchain systems. This strategy employs a Multidimensional Space Simulated Annealing (MSA) algorithm to obtain transaction input UTXOs. MSA can be combined with the UTXO dynamic adjustment mechanism, achieving the rapid consumption of low-value UTXOs without increasing the transaction fees. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed SEDW strategy effectively optimized the selection of UTXOs in blockchain systems. It alleviated the expansion issue of the UTXO dataset, and controlled the generation of transaction fees, thereby achieving performance enhancement of digital wallet service.
