In this study, it is aimed to predict whether customers operating in the factoring sector will continue to trade in the next three months after the last transaction date, using data- driven machine learning models, based on their past transaction movements and their risk, limit and company data. As a result of the models established, Loss Analysis (Churn) of two different customer groups (Real and Legal factory) wascarried out. It was estimated by the XGBoost model with anF1 Score of 74% and 77%. Thanks to this modeling, it was aimed to increase the retention rate of customers through special promotions and campaigns to be made to these customer groups, together with the prediction of the customerswho will leave. Thanks to the increase in retention rates, a direct contribution to the transaction volume on a company basis was ensured.

In this paper, the authors investigate the current state of the lighting design and control sector in Thailand’s creative industry. The government aims to promote the creative industry as a key source of income, but there needs more skilled professionals in the industry. The authors have found that successful cases have used the Internet for remote controlling in the creative industry in other countries. Therefore, the paper will explore the potential of using technology to improve professional efficiency and assess the feasibility of implementing remote lighting control systems via the Internet with Thai lighting designers and lighting console operators. Data will be collected through qualitative in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys. The results have shown a promising acceptance rate of wireless devices for lighting control due to their mobility, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and positive attitudes toward adopting Internet technology. The authors have also proposed a concept design for an internet-based control system tailored to Thai users, focusing on simplicity, ease of connection, and user-friendliness to accommodate those with limited network configuration knowledge. The proposed system aims to reduce professionals, save time, and increase convenience, leveraging Thailand’s extensive wireless internet coverage. These systems could significantly benefit Thailand’s creative industry by addressing the shortage of skilled professionals and improving efficiency.

The purpose of this research is to produce a design and implementation of a prototype smart system for Ornamental Fish Aquarium management that can monitor water conditions ($\mathbf{p H}$ and water temperature). this research method is a development method by first identifying then conducting a literature study to find out the technology of renewable technology, then designing and modeling the system which is then carried out in the Development process for the components used in this research are ESP32 to send data to the server, Arduino nano to retrieve sensor data, $4502 \mathrm{C} \mathbf{~ p H}$ sensor to retrieve sensor data and DS18b20 Temperature Probe Waterproof Sensor to retrieve water temperature data. After the device is completed, system testing is carried out where testing is carried out to ensure the device runs according to the system flow, so that the data fails and can be concluded. In implementing the prototype of a smart Ornamental Fish Aquarium management system that can monitor water conditions (pH and water temperature) the pH sensor model used in this study is not suitable for continuous use (submerged) in the aquarium.

The healthcare industry uses AI, because it is more efficient. In Indonesia, the accuracy of measurements and transmission of children's growth and development is often wrong. Many small hospitals usually don't have length measuring equipment, so the results are inaccurate. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the stunting prevention program in Indonesia using an information system. The methodology used is a qualitative method, to conduct subjective research and analysis. The results of the research are to improve the website/mobile application information system which can display a child's growth and development history and simple educational information related to nutrition. Digital recording methods can speed up the process of updating data with a central database in real time. The value of this research is to reach the public to utilize technology and obtain personalized and interactive information directly to individuals. The theoretical implications of this research focus on information dissemination and understanding how chatbots influence knowledge acquisition and behavior change in the context of stunting prevention can contribute to advancing these theories in the field of public health. Managerial implications can provide cost effectiveness as Chatbots offer potentially cost-effective solutions and data-driven insights where managers can leverage chatbot analytics.

The study explores various 2D feature representations including spectrogram, MFCC spectrogram, log Mel-spectrogram, and the perceptual weighted log Mel-spectrogram (PW-LMSP) for acoustic scene classification (ASC). These 2D feature representations were classified using a bottom-up broadcast neural network (BBNN). The experimental results have shown that PW-LMSP outperforms other 2D representations. Further, the proposed method (PW-LMSP with BBNN) achieves accuracies of 91.2% and 91.6% respectively on the DCASE2018 and DCASE2019 development datasets, outperforming all the submissions in DCASE2018 and DCASE2019, as well as state-of-the-art approaches.

This paper applies ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm for the dual-pin flying probe circuit board inspection optimal path searching problem. First, the proposed approach creates a representation for circuit inspection path, which groups and encodes the measurement endpoints into a sequence. Moreover, the ant colony algorithm with the sequence can be used to solve the complex circuit optimal problem. The experimental results show that the best solutions of ACO are performed better than other algorithms.
