The traditional charging transaction model between electric vehicles (EVs) and the grid has low transparency and difficult settlement. To address this problem, this paper designs a demand-side response charging right transaction mechanism based on blockchain technology. First, a trinity of blockchain transaction system of power distribution network (PDN)-charging station (CS)-EVs is constructed. Second, a charging reservation mechanism and a creditworthiness evaluation mechanism is established to schedule the power quota of CS. Finally, the test results show the fairness and efficiency of the proposed charging right trading model. © 2023 IEEE.

It is known that many structural schemes can be used to implement digital filters. Some structures of digital filters are characterized by low sensitivity of the characteristics to the accuracy of the representation of the coefficients. A separate group of methods for the structural synthesis of digital filters is based on the expansion of rational fractions, including transfer functions, into continued fractions. Because of this decomposition, ladder structures are obtained. The sensitivity of such ladder structures is analyzed in this paper. As a measure of the structure sensitivity, estimations of the partial derivatives of the transfer function coefficients with respect to the expansion coefficients in continued fraction were used. The analysis showed that the sensitivity of the transfer function coefficients to some expansion coefficients is very small. However, the presented examples show that the sensitivity to certain coefficients of expansion can exceed the sensitivity of the classical direct and the canonic forms. © 2018 IEEE.

Offline training for object tracking has recently shown great potentials in balancing tracking accuracy and speed. However, it is still difficult to adapt an offline trained model to a target tracked online. This work presents a Residual Attentional Siamese Network (RASNet) for high performance object tracking. The RASNet model reformulates the correlation filter within a Siamese tracking framework, and introduces different kinds of the attention mechanisms to adapt the model without updating the model online. In particular, by exploiting the offline trained general attention, the target adapted residual attention, and the channel favored feature attention, the RASNet not only mitigates the over-fitting problem in deep network training, but also enhances its discriminative capacity and adaptability due to the separation of representation learning and discriminator learning. The proposed deep architecture is trained from end to end and takes full advantage of the rich spatial temporal information to achieve robust visual tracking. Experimental results on two latest benchmarks, OTB-2015 and VOT2017, show that the RASNet tracker has the state-of-the-art tracking accuracy while runs at more than 80 frames per second.

The possibilities of data exchange between functions in the language of the Matlab system with applications in high-level languages are considered. Programs in high-level languages appropriately to use in conjunction with mathematical packages to collect data, control various technological processes, and perform other similar actions. The instrumental means of organizing such an exchange are characterized. It had been shown the feasibility of integrating applications in high-level languages and the M-function of the Matlab system, if necessary, to organize input / output of large amounts of data. Multi-hop Reasoning over Sparse Knowledge Graphs with Deep Reinforcement Learning

In recent years, knowledge reasoning has demonstrated substantial progress in inferring missing information, effectively alleviating the limitations caused by the incompleteness of knowledge graphs (KGs). Dealing with entities that have sufficient paths between them, multi-hop reasoning methods have achieved notable success and demonstrated interpretability, but they still exhibit deficiencies when dealing with sparse KGs. To overcome the insufficiency of edges in sparse KGs and the absence of effective guidance in multi-hop reasoning methods, a hybrid multi-hop collaborative Multi-Agent Sparse Knowledge Graph Reasoning model (MASKGR) is proposed. Attention-based dynamic completion (ADC) and variable rule guidance(VRG) are used to enhance the reasoning capability of deep reinforcement learning (RL) in sparse KGs. ADC focuses on high-value relations based on attention weights and combines embedding-based methods to predict the tail entities of these relations, expanding the original action space and improving the exploration capability of agents. Moreover, VRG greatly improves the ability of MASKGR to use rule-guided agent learning by utilizing the variable rule ratio and the variable loss reshaping. ADC can be applied to both single-agent and multi-agent in other models, while VRG is specifically designed for multi-agent. Comprehensive experiments have been conducted on four datasets: FB15K-237-10%, FB15K-237-50%, NELL23K, and WD-singer. Specifically, MASKGR achieves relative improvements of 1.3% in Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR) and 1.1% in the proportion of correct tail entity rankings in the top 3 (Hit@3) on the FB15K-237-10%, 2.4% in MRR and 1.3% in Hit@3 on the NELL23K, and 2.7% in MRR and 3.6% in Hit@3 on the WD-singer. The results indicate that MASKGR outperforms state-of-the-art multi-hop reasoning models based on reinforcement learning.

The security requirements specification (SRS) is an integral aspect of the development of secured information systems and entails the formal documentation of the security needs of a system in a correct and consistent way. However, in many cases there is lack of sufficiently experienced security experts or security requirements (SR) engineer within an organization, which limits the quality of SR that are specified. This paper presents an approach that leverages ontologies and requirements boilerplates in order to alleviate the effect of lack of highly experienced personnel for SRS. It also offers a credible starting point for the SRS process. A preliminary evaluation of the tool prototype - ReqSec tool - was used to demonstrate the approach and to confirm its usability to support the SRS process. The tool helps to reduce the amount of effort required, stimulate discovery of latent security threats, and enables the specification of good quality SR. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

A control method for small domestic power plants using renewable energy is described in this paper. This method is not only capable of optimizing the working point of the plant but also implements active power factor correction and lowers the extant harmonic distortion in the line. The novel element in the proposed complex controller structure is the upper harmonic controller that minimizes the amplitudes of the 3rd, 5th 7th, 9th, and the 11th upper harmonic component in the output voltage. The proposed controller has been investigated by simulation in Matlab environment, and as a result, substantial improvement of the output voltage and current waveform could be achieved. Robustness of the method against nonlinear loads has also been tested. 0 © 2010 IEEE.

As Industrie 4.0 (I4.0) technologies continue to advance, ensuring the reliability and robustness of emerging standards like Asset Administration Shells (AAS) becomes paramount. This paper introduces a comprehensive testing approach for reactive (a.k.a. Type 2) AAS implementations, addressing the challenges posed by their intricate and dynamic nature. Our methodology adopts a design-by-contract approach to formalize API behavior. We design the client as a test oracle, where code contracts extensively validate the AAS operations, their interactions and effects. The related test cases cover various operation chains, including superpaths, service specifications, and serialization modifiers. The objective of this approach is to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of testing in the evolving landscape of AAS Type 2 implementations. © 2024 IEEE.
