In response to the increasingly complex fault location problem caused by more and more access of distributed power sources to distribution networks, this paper proposes a fault location method based on the distribution characteristic of fault zero-sequence voltage. This method only requires the position of detection points and the zero-sequence voltage information at these points to construct reliable functions for the upstream and downstream sections. The fault location can be determined by the intersection point of these two reliable functions. This method has a simple principle, is economically practical, does not require the addition of extra equipment, and is adaptable to networks with distributed power sources. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of stable payload transport and payload swing suppression of the quadrotor suspended system with variable rope length under external disturbances, a compound control scheme based on extended state observer and anti-swing feedforward control is designed. Firstly, a separation modeling method is adopted to establish the mathematical model of the quadrotor suspended system with variable rope length, which is convenient to realize payload loading and unloading. Secondly, an extended state observer is constructed by using the statics equation of swing angle to estimate the swing angle in real time, and then the anti-swing feedforward controller is used to suppress the payload swing. PD control is adopted in both position and attitude control loops to realize trajectory tracking and attitude convergence of the quadrotor. Simulation results show that the designed control scheme can effectively suppress payload swing and the quadrotor can track the reference trajectory quickly and accurately. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

The current mainstream aspect level sentiment analysis methods focus on modeling the relationship between word representations in text and their context, fail to fully utilize the syntactic structure information of the *** paper proposes a sentiment triplet extraction model IS-ASTE(Integrating with Syntactic information model for Aspect Sentiment Triplet Extraction, IS-ASTE).Firstly, the graph attention layer is employed to obtain contextual context ***, based on the syntactic dependency tree to obtain the text element's dependency, lexical and distance information, which is combined with the attention mechanism to augment the sentiment ***, graph convolutional neural networks are integrated to aggregate the feature information of nodes for sentiment *** experimental results indicate that, across four representative datasets, the F1 values are all better than those of the baseline model, demonstrating better performance in sentiment analysis. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). The rational dispatch and steady supply of natural gas resources can be effectively supported by accurate forecasting of the natural gas load. The accuracy of natural gas load forecasting is, however, low due to the fundamental characteristics of the non-stationary and non-linear natural gas load. Based on this, this paper proposes a new natural gas load forecasting model based on the fusion of VMD-SE and CNN-BiLSTM-Attention. First, the average instantaneous frequency method is used to determine the optimal K value of VMD, and then the sample entropy method is introduced to reconstruct the sub-sequence of VMD decomposition, which effectively reduces the computational overhead of the algorithm. Then, using CNN to mine the level information of multi-dimensional time series variables, using BiLSTM to mine the time series feature information, and introducing the Attention mechanism to give corresponding weight to different feature factors, highlighting the influence of key factors, the anticipated values of each reconstructed sub-series are superimposed to provide the final predicted value of the natural gas load. The model proposed in this paper has lower error than other forecasting models, can effectively improve the precision of natural gas load forecasting, and has a better forecasting effect, according to the results of establishing various forecasting models using the natural gas load data of one region of China as an example. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

DCNNs have shown remarkable results in the task of image deraining. However, many existing methods for single image deraining do not take into account the restoration of edge textures in the image. Some approaches use a backbone network to handle both image deraining and detail restoration. To overcome these limitations, We created a dual-branch structure named Multi-Scale Edge-Guided Context Aggregation Network (MSEGCA-Net) that utilizes a coarse-to-fine approach. This allows us to attain excellent deraining performance while maintaining image resolution. Firstly, we present a main image deraining branch to obtain coarse deraining information from the rainy image, as well as an auxiliary edge texture detection branch to obtain edge texture information. Then, different from previous methods relying on direct guidance from the edge textures, We introduce a new connection block, Edge-Guided Context Aggregation Block (EGCAB), that combines coarse deraining information with edge texture details. This aggregated information guides the primary image deraining branch to produce the ultimate derained image. Our method was evaluated on three datasets: Rain200L, Rain1200, and Rain1400. Both quantitative and qualitative comparisons indicate that our approach excels over current leading deraining methods, showcasing superior robustness against rain and accuracy in preserving image details. © 2023 IEEE.

Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl (FE) is one of the typical aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides. FE has been widely applied in agriculture in recent years. Human health and aquatic ecosystems are threatened by the cyanobacteria blooms caused by Microcystis aeruginosa, which is one of the most common cyanobacteria responsible for freshwater blooming. Few studies have been reported on the physiological effects of FE on M. aeruginosa. This study analyzed the growth curves, the contents of chlorophyll a and protein, the oxidative stress, and the microcystin-LR (MC-LR) levels of M. aeruginosa exposed to various FE concentrations (i.e., 0, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5 mg/L). FE was observed to stimulate the cell density, chlorophyll a content, and protein content of M. aeruginosa at 0.5- and 1-mg/L FE concentrations but inhibit them at 2 and 5 mg/L FE concentrations. The superoxide dismutase and catalase activities were enhanced and the malondialdehyde concentration was increased by FE. The intracellular (intra-) and extracellular (extra-) MC-LR contents were also affected by FE. The expression levels of photosynthesis-related genes psbD1, psaB, and rbcL varied in response to FE exposure. Moreover, the expressions of microcystin synthase-related genes mcyA and mcyD and microcystin transportation-related gene mcyH were significantly inhibited by the treatment with 2 and 5 mg/L FE concentrations. These results might be helpful in evaluating the ecotoxicity of FE and guiding the rational application of herbicides in modern agriculture. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.

When it comes to amplidyne electrical systems (AESs), signals are transmitted through the network transmission channels, inevitably generating time-varying delay. When assessing the stability of such AESs with respect to the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, the quadratic polynomial function is always generated that takes into account the time-varying delay. This paper presents an approach for segmenting delay intervals by proposing a method for tangent intersection. The method utilizes the cross point between every two tangent lines to produce negative-definiteness conditions for the generalized quadratic function. This reduces the conservatism of existing conditions without the need for unexplained adjustable parameters or additional decision variables. Additionally, a less conservative approach is used to derive the stability criterion for AESs with time-varying delay. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

The widespread application of distributed generator (DG) in distribution networks can improve the quality of electrical energy and ensure the stability of power supply, but at the same time, it raises the electricity network's complexity and fault rate, which has a significant impact on the power network's ability to operate safely, reliably, and effectively. Consequently, in order to assure the safety, dependable, and effective functioning of distribution network systems, it is crucial to minimize the hazards that DG pose to their operation. To successfully use DG to address the issue of single-phase ground fault location in distribution networks, this paper elucidates the transient energy and the polarity value comparison fault location method, proposes a distribution network fault location method based on fusion of transient energy and polarity value comparison. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper designs a data-based optimal tracking control policy for the unknown nonlinear systems with constrainedinput by using integral reinforcement learning(IRL) method,which is implemented by echo state network(ESN).An augmented system is firstly generated by combining the tracking error and the desired *** the system dynamics are unknown,the IRL method is designed to obtain the optimal tracking control policy by using the system *** ESN is employed to approximate the critic and actor function,which the hidden layers do not require elaborate *** reduce the approximation error,the output weights are tuned by using the least squares and only system *** last,a nonlinear system tracking task is simulated to verify the availability of the proposed method.
