Policy Optimization Study Based on Evolutionary Learning

Optimization of Network Security Intelligent Early Warning System Based on Image Matching technology of Partial Differential Equation

In order to effectively avoid network information leakage and computer network paralysis, and improve the ability of computer network security early warning, it is necessary to design a computer network security intelligent early warning system based on network behavior. Security warning is considered as the second defense mechanism behind the firewall. It can monitor and warn the network without affecting the network performance, so as to provide real-time protection for external attacks, internal attacks and misoperations, and improve the network security. This paper designs an intelligent early warning system for network security based on partial differential equation image matching technology. The system adopts B/S development mode, and the server and browser are located in the campus network. Data fusion technology is used to assess network security, predict potential threats, and add new intrusion features to the feature database for subsequent use. In this paper, a target matching algorithm based on partial differential equation is proposed by using partial differential equation. The algorithm calculates the phase difference through the algebraic combination of orthogonal filter outputs. For scenes with continuous disparity changes, the error matching rate of this algorithm is lower than that of Michael Bleyer algorithm and vertical constraint algorithm. In general, the disparity map generated by this algorithm has high matching accuracy. The results show that the distribution of alarm information is reasonable and in line with the actual situation. © 2024 River Publishers.

Sentiment analysis is a crucial task in natural language processing. While unimodal sentiment analysis relies on one modality, multimodal sentiment analysis combines features from various modalities to improve accuracy. However, many current models emphasize complex fusion techniques and neglect the importance of enhancing modality feature extraction. They also often overlook the interaction between modalities. In response, we introduce the DualStreamAttentionNet(DSAN), an innovative model tailored for joint text and audio sentiment analysis. Our architecture employs a Transformer encoder for robust textual feature extraction and processes audio using 1D convolutions followed by a bidirectional LSTM for enhanced audio feature representation. Crucially, by leveraging self and cross-attention mechanisms, our model not only amplifies the intrinsic features of each modality but also effectively captures the interrelated dynamics between text and audio. This dual-focus approach leads to a synergistic fusion of features, resulting in heightened emotion classification accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Cognitive load exist in any mode of study, it is a very important factor in the affection on the learning effect. By comparison to other learning style, the cognitive load of the students who study online seemed heavier. According the character of online study, to avoid the unconcerned information processing, to spiriting the leaning motivation, the memory activities' transferring and the cognitive activities' transferring are four strategies that can be used to relieve the cognitive in online leaning and increase the leaning efficiency. © 2010 IEEE.

Based on Claude Shannon’s information theory, this paper proposes the guideline and principle for the preliminary design of anti-online learning anomie behavior system. This framework includes three stages, which are registration, learning process, and examination. The methods of monitoring and intervention during learning and invigilation during examination are discussed in this paper. Behavior analysis is an important research direction in the field of social computing. With the future vision of autonomic computing, policy-based management becomes a promising solution, but its static policy configurations can not accord with the target of self-management. Inspired by classical conditioning, the basic learning mode of biological system, we presented a dynamic policy adaptation framework, which is founded with several simple building blocks composing a complete reflex arc, and it is an extension of Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) framework for policy-based management. In order to learn the most suitable configuration policy from system behavior, network rules specified within our framework are dynamically triggered by comparing training stimulus of the experiments. Some typical examples are introduced to testify how network management policies cater for the dynamic management of network security, and the selected network security policy is varied with changing environment at run-time. Our approach provides the flexibility of adapting to the changed network environment and the ability of simulating some typical experiments of classical conditioning. Furthermore, the major advantage of this procedure is that the framework could successfully realize the self-learning process of classical conditioning and achieve an adaptive network policy management.
