The identification of protein sequences depends on the effective selection of an optimized set of features. Traditional algorithms prioritize global feature importance, often overshadowing the significance of local metrics. Addressing this imbalance, we introduce an innovative algorithm that fuses feature ranking with an advanced weight quantization technique. This algorithm unfolds in two pivotal stages: initially, it generates a weighted directed graph based on normal distribution metrics; subsequently, it employs the HodgeRank algorithm to amalgamate these rankings. Specifically, the algorithm evaluates feature score normality by employing z-scores for skewness and kurtosis, resulting in a graph that quantitatively reflects both local and global feature contributions. HodgeRank then translates this graph into a Laplacian matrix, enabling the calculation of a comprehensive scoring function for each feature. We refine the initial rankings by incorporating weights during the integration phase, capturing a holistic view of feature significance. The proposed method, termed HodgeRankWeight, showcases superior performance, achieving accuracy rates of 87.02%, 92.84%, and 74.51% across different datasets. In head-to-head comparisons, HodgeRankWeight outstripped existing models, achieving an overall accuracy of 82.6923% and setting a new benchmark for precision in protein sequence identification. We also offer a complimentary web server for related research.

data transactions based on smart contracts effectively overcome the problems of centralization, single point of failure and transaction opacity in traditional transactions, and significantly improve transaction efficiency. However, smart contracts throughout the transaction process also face a number of potential threats due to their central position. Firstly, this paper outlines the data transaction process and existing detection methods of contract vulnerabilities, and then reclassifies contract vulnerabilities according to the interaction between the three entities of data owner, data requester and data trading platform in data transactions. The tools are divided into smart contract vulnerability detection tools and smart contract vulnerability repair tools, and the tools are compared and analyzed from the aspects of language support, platform compatibility and tool performance. Dual consistent constraint via disentangled consistency and complementarity for multi-view clustering

Multi-view clustering can explore common semantics from multiple views and has received increasing attention in recent years. However, current methods focus on learning consistency in representation, neglecting the contribution of each view’s complementarity aspect in representation learning. This limit poses a significant challenge in multi-view representation learning. This paper proposes a novel multi-view clustering framework that introduces a disentangled variational autoencoder that separates multi-view into shared and private information, i.e., consistency and complementarity information. We first learn informative and consistent representations by maximizing mutual information across different views through contrastive learning. This process will ignore complementary information. Then, we employ consistency inference constraints to explicitly utilize complementary information when attempting to seek the consistency of shared information across all views. Specifically, we perform a within-reconstruction using the private and shared information of each view and a cross-reconstruction using the shared information of all views. The dual consistency constraints are not only effective in improving the representation quality of data but also easy to extend to other scenarios, especially in complex multi-view scenes. This could be the first attempt to employ dual consistent constraint in a unified MVC theoretical framework. During the training procedure, the consistency and complementarity features are jointly optimized. Extensive experiments show that our method outperforms baseline methods.

Anomaly detection aims to find outliers data that do not conform to expected behaviors in a specific scenario, which is indispensable and critical in current safety environments related studies. However, when performing outlier detection on a large-scale multidimensional dataset, most of the traditional methods make no distinctions between classes of outliers and lack the reasoning ability and the explainability of the analysis results, which leads to the low accuracy of global outlier detection and the inability to effectively identify local outliers. In this paper, we propose a fine-grained anomaly detection method which well utilizes isolation forest and knowledge graph reasoning tactics. First, a better extracting data feature method and a more reasonable weighted strategy are used to find global outliers based on the traditional isolation forest algorithm, and then we construct a custom rule base according to the in-depth research and analysis of global abnormal data, and at last the ontology knowledge is reasoned based on such rule base to achieve the detection of local outliers. Through analysis of extensive experiment results, our method could effectively discover more abnormal data without big loss of time costs, has strong generalization, and correspondingly improves the performance for abnormal detection. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

A short-term output power prediction model of wind power based on deep learning of grouped time series

The output power prediction of wind power plants is an important guarantee to improve the utilization rate of wind energy and reduce wind curtailment. However, due to the strong randomness of wind energy, the ultra-short-term prediction accuracy of wind power output is poor. In view of the problem above, a prediction model based on deep learning of grouped time series (LW-CLSTM) was proposed in this paper. Based on this model, the authors attempted to explore a prediction method of wind power output. For this, first the multivariate data of wind power was fused, cleaned, dimension-reduced, and standardized, and the time period characteristics of the output power itself were extracted. Afterwards, it proposes a time sliding window (TSW) algorithm, and constructs a neural network input data set. Then a deep neural network prediction model combining the Convolutional Neutral Network (CNN) and Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) was established, and the regression evaluation criteria for output power forecast accuracy in wind power production were designed, to compare the proposed model with four other prediction models. Finally, the experiments on the TensorFlow platform using real data show that this model has better prediction accuracy than the other four models, reaching a prediction accuracy rate of 92.5%, which verified the effectiveness of this prediction method. © 2020 International Information and engineering technology Association. Anomaly detection refers to the identification of data objects that deviate from the general data distribution. One of the important challenges in anomaly detection is handling high-dimensional data, especially when it contains a large number of redundant attributes. Although traditional Isolation Forest (iForest) and Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) have performed well in anomaly detection, the detection accuracy is still extremely influenced by redundant attributes. In this paper, we propose a two-tier architecture named RS-EIF, to alleviate the negative impact of redundant attributes. Specifically, the RS-EIF combines the rough set theory and EIF algorithm and provides an effective basis for the EIF-based anomaly detection method by removing redundant attributes with rough set theory. Experimental results show that the RS-EIF algorithm performs better than the iForest and EIF algorithms in terms of anomaly detection rate, and the results of the combination of rough set theory and EIF are more prominent compared to the other combination methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In a multi-cloud storage system, provenance data records all operations and ownership during its lifecycle, which is critical for data security and audibility. However, recording provenance data also poses some challenging security and storage issues. In this paper, we present a secure and efficient multi-cloud storage data source scheme, BMDP. We use blockchain technology to ensure the secure storage of provenance data and design a smart contract to utilize the provenance data to ensure the proper operation of the multi-cloud storage system. Finally, we analyze the scheme's safety and do simulation experiments to show that the scheme has practicality. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud storage services have been used by most businesses and individual users. However, data loss, service interruptions and cyber attacks often lead to cloud storage services not being provided properly, and these incidents have caused financial losses to users. Second, traditional and single-cloud model disaster recovery services are no longer suitable for the current complex cloud storage systems. Therefore, a scheme to provide disaster recovery for cloud storage services in a multi-cloud storage environment is needed in real production. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery scheme based on blockchain technology. The proposed scheme outlined in this study aims to address the issue of data availability within the cloud storage landscape. The proposed scheme achieves this goal by dividing data into hot and cold categories, verifying the integrity of copy data via blockchain technology, and utilizing blockchain networks to manage multi-cloud storage systems. Experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed scheme yields superior results in terms of computation and time overheads. © 2023 IEEE.

Knowledge Graph (KG) is an essential research direction that involves storing and managing knowledge data, but its incompleteness and sparsity hinder its development in various applications. Knowledge Graph Reasoning (KGR) is an effective method to solve this limitation via reasoning missing knowledge based on existing knowledge. The graph Convolution Network (GCN) based method is one of the state-of-the-art approaches to this work. However, there are still some problems, such as the insufficient ability to perceive graph structure and the poor effect of learning data features which may limit the reasoning accuracy. This paper proposes a KGR architecture based on a graph sequence generator and multi-head self-attention mechanism, named GaM-KGR, to improve the above problems and enhance prediction accuracy. Specifically, the GaM-KGR first introduces the graph generation model into the field of KGR for graph representation learning to obtain the hidden features in the data so that enhancing the reasoning effect and then embeds the generated graph sequence into the multi-head self-attention mechanism for subsequent processing to improve the graph structure perception ability of the proposed architecture, so that it can process the graph structure data more appropriately. Extensive experimental results show that the GaM-KGR architecture can achieve the state-of-the-art prediction results of current GCN-based models. © 2023 IEEE.
