With the emerging technology for distributed generation and urge of improving quality of service of power supply for energy users, more and more Microgrids (MGs) are integrated into the distributed networks to serve the energy users. These Microgrids are gradually formulating a Multi-Microgrid System (MMGS, Multi-Microgrid System), which will play an important role for the future energy supply. Building a centralized control center not only increases the expense of investment, but also brings the issues of maintaining fairness among energy users. To address these problems, this paper proposes a peer-to-peer method for energy trading of MMGS, based on the idea of decentralized trading. An auction-based trading mechanism suitable for peer-to-peer energy trading is proposed first. For this mechanism, the MGs firstly declare their energy buying bids or selling quotations. Then, the market-clearing price is determined by using a unified weight clearing algorithm in a decentralized manner. By applying the edge technology of Blockchain, the implementation of the proposed peer-to-peer energy trading method, including the architecture, procedures, security check, etc., is also discussed. The proposed Blockchain-based energy trading platform can realize the decentralized and autonomous energy trading of MGs within an MMGS. A case study with an MMGS with 10 MG units is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Recently, many researchers multiplex binary infrared sensors in object tracking, habitat monitoring, and atypical behavior detection. Due to the binary digit output of binary sensors, multiplex binary sensors may lead to count the wrong number of targets when three or more targets present in the field of interest (FOI). We call this as the invisible targets' problem. To enhance the sensing results of sensors, a reference structure tomography technique is used to segment and code the FOI by modulating the sensing view of sensors. In this paper, we propose a subregion coding method to count targets moving in the FOI. Hexagon modulators are designed to make their projections segment the FOI into hexagon cells. We also propose a signature construct scheme to code cells and a encoder to count the number of targets in the FOI. Experiment results show that the accuracy to correctly count targets of our method is around 90% which is much better than 45% of a conventional method.

Research and Optimization of Conflict Search Algorithm for Multi-Agent Path Planning Based on Incremental Heuristic

Conflict Based Search(CBS) is used for multi-agent Pathfinding (MAPF) to enable each Agent to reach the target node. The CBS algorithm uses the heuristic algorithm A* search to calculate the MAPF solution, and the path planning uses forward search, which cannot explore the path of the unknown region. On this basis, this paper proposes that, in the case of unknown map and changing environment at any time, when encountering new obstacles, the information obtained from previous search should be used without completely replanning the path. Because of the idea of incremental programming, the number of reprogramming times and the number of affected nodes can be reduced. The optimized algorithm consumes less time and memory, and improves the efficiency of path planning.

Dense and accurate reconstruction plays a fundamental role in mobile robot's environment perception and navigation. It's also necessary for obstacle avoidance and path planning of mobile robots. We propose a method to incrementally reconstruct the scene from monocular sequence by fusing the depth from geometry computation and generative adversarial networks(GAN) prediction. The depth from geometry triangulation is precise but sparse, while the depth from GAN is dense but unscaled. In this paper, we combine the advantages from two methods with a linear model optimized by graph structure. Experiments showed that our proposed method gives precise dense reconstruction in real time.

Numerical P systems(for short, NP systems) are distributed and parallel computing models inspired from the structure of living cells and economics. Enzymatic numerical P systems(for short, ENP systems) are a variant of NP systems, which have been successfully applied in designing and implementing controllers for mobile robots. Since ENP systems were proved to be Turing universal, there has been much work to simplify the universal systems, where the complexity parameters considered are the number of membranes, the degrees of polynomial production functions or the number of variables used in the *** the number of enzymatic variables, which is essential for ENP systems to reach universality, has not been investigated. Here we consider the problem of searching for the smallest number of enzymatic variables needed for universal ENP systems. We prove that for ENP systems as number acceptors working in the all-parallel or one-parallel mode, one enzymatic variable is sufficient to reach universality; while for the one-parallel ENP systems as number generators, two enzymatic variables are sufficient to reach *** results improve the best known results that the numbers of enzymatic variables are 13 and 52 for the all-parallel and one-parallel systems, respectively.

Manifold learning now plays a very important role in machine learning and many relevant applications. Although its superior performance in dealing with nonlinear data distribution, data sparsity is always a thorny knot. There are few researches to well handle it in manifold learning. In this paper, we propose Hierarchic Neighbors Embedding (HNE), which enhance local connection by the hierarchic combination of neighbors. After further analyzing topological connection and reconstruction performance, three different versions of HNE are given. The experimental results show that our methods work well on both synthetic data and high-dimensional real-world tasks. HNE develops the outstanding advantages in dealing with general data. Furthermore, comparing with other popular manifold learning methods, the performance on sparse samples and weak-connected manifolds is better for HNE. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. To deal with the junk e-mail problem caused by the e-mail address leakage for a majority of Internet users, this paper presents a new privacy protection model in which the e-mail address of the user is treated as a piece of privacy information concealed. Through an interaction pattern that involves three parties and uses an e-mail address code in the place of an e-mail address, the proposed model can prevent the e-mail address from being leaked, thus effectively resolving the junk e-mail problem. We compare the proposed anti-spam method with the filtering technology based on machine learning. The result shows that 100% spams can be filtered out in our scheme, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed anti-spam method.

Road boundary line detection provides information of safe driving range and ensures the safety of the vehicles, which is an important part in the sensing system. Due to the mine roads are complicated and the road boundary lines are blurred, the existing road detection methods are not *** this paper, a real-time road boundary detection algorithm is proposed based on Lidar sensors. For the uneven ground of mine roads, this paper proposes a ground detection algorithm called Double Meshing. The elevated point is divided into beam areas after filtering the detected ground. Finally, the road boundary points are extracted in the beam area and the road boundary line is fitted. The performance of the proposed method is verified by experiments, which highlights its accuracy and real-time.

Catastrophic forgetting is a tough challenge when agent attempts to address different tasks sequentially without storing previous information, which gradually hinders the development of continual learning. Except for image classification tasks in continual learning, however, there are little reviews related to robotic manipulation. In this paper, we present a novel hierarchical architecture called Primitives Generation Policy Learning to enable continual learning. More specifically, a generative method by Variational Autoencoder is employed to generate state primitives from task space, then separate policy learning component is designed to learn torque control commands for different tasks sequentially. Furthermore, different task policies could be identified automatically by comparing reconstruction loss in the autoencoder. Experiment on robotic manipulation task shows that the proposed method exhibits substantially improved performance over some other continual learning methods.

The emergence of the Internet of things (IoT), web of things, when heterogeneous devices need to have access to the Internet, leads to the need to solve serious problems to ensure the reliable and security operation of such devices. Developing a model of the IoT system states in conditions of growing attacks on the IoT infrastructure, taking into account the energy spent on round-the-clock maintenance of the IoT system, and the timely installation of patches for the router's firewall software, will allow investigating the IoT systems availability from the point of view of providing their security and energy efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to improve the availability model of Smart Office (SO) and to investigate it in terms of server and router power modes, router and server faults and failures, successful cyber-attacks and timely installation of patches on possible router firewall vulnerabilities. © 2018 IEEE.
