The aim of this paper is to design a physical model of a hybrid control system, which will be used for a statistical analysis of stochastic emerging events in the hybrid control systems. Such stochastic events, which are occurring in the system, significantly affect the stability and overall behavior of the system. The designed physical model of a hybrid control system will lead to a complex methodology, which will help to design the structure and control algorithms of hybrid control systems.

An edge-coloring of a graph G with colors 1,..., t is an interval t-coloring if all colors are used, and the colors of edges incident to each vertex of G are distinct and form an interval of integers. A graph G is interval colorable if it has an interval t-coloring for some positive integer t. The set of interval colorable graphs is denoted by R. Recently, Toft has conjectured that all bipartite graphs with maximum degree at most 4 are interval colorable. In this paper we prove that: 1) if G is a bipartite graph with Δ(G) ≤ 4, then G□K 2 N R; 2) if G is a bipartite graph with Δ (G) = 5 and without a vertex of degree 3, then G□K 2 N R; 3) if G is a bipartite graph with Δ(G) = 6 and it has a 2-factor, then G□K 2 N N. In 1999, Giaro using computer-aided methods showed that all bipartite graphs on at most 14 vertices are interval colorable. On the other hand, the smallest known examples of interval non-colorable bipartite graphs have 19 vertices. In this paper we also observe that several classes of bipartite graphs of small order have an interval coloring. In particular, we show that all bipartite graphs on 15 vertices are interval colorable.

The paper provides a view of Material Resource Planning implementation. The authors describe the MRP II implementation techniques and define the necessary requirements for its successful implementation. Possible practical implementation doubts are being pointed out on an actual real-world example. Issues can appear especially in the warm-up period of implementation. The rapid grow of inventory levels issue is particularly analyzed by the authors, who point out the inaccuracy in data in the given bills of materials and in particular the production output data provided by the shop floor. The newly implemented MRP II system reacts to these inaccurate data by acquiring more manufacturing material for production, which leads to the grow of inventory levels in a factory.

Calculation of complex curves with high accuracy is challenging. The curve is approximated by segments of straight lines and carried out smoothing. A new method of analytic geometry to calculate the trajectories of mechatronic systems and CAD/CAM is offered. The theoretical basis of the method is symmetries in the Euclidean plane. The method can accurately calculate the trajectory for the centrally symmetric conic sections and, in some cases, arbitrary differentiable planar curves. The method gives an accurate analytical solution without using radicals. This allows you to find the formulaic dependencies for further calculations. The existence of Lissajous figures allows assuming the presence of a universal method of calculation of complex trajectories based on planar differentiable curves. Some examples of the design of the kinematic mechanisms are presents additionally.

In the paper, modelling and robust control of temperature fields of the casting mould in the benchmark casting plant is presented. Temperature fields are supposed as distributed parameter systems with dynamic described by partial differential equations. Based on finite element method modelling, models for control synthesis purpose in the form of lumped-input/distributed-output system are created. For this representation, uncertainty of the controlled system was considered and robust control synthesis with internal model control structure was designed. Robust control of the temperature fields in the casting mould was carried out using the Distributed Parameter Systems Blockset for MATLAB & Simulink.
