The paper provides an introduction into the area of inductive formation of knowledge bases. It presents traditional definitions of main problems in this area and highlights the current topical questions including the interpretability of the results. For solving of current problems in defined area the method of inductive formation of easily interpretable medical diagnostic knowledge bases is suggested. It includes the new definitions of classification and clustering problems for dependence models with parameters and the learning algorithm (solving mentioned problems in their new definitions) developed for the practically useful and easily interpretable mathematical dependence model with parameters which is a near real-life ontology of medical diagnostics (defined by a system of logical relationships with parameters). Also it includes the software package InForMedKB (INductive FORmation of MEDical Knowledge Bases) which implements above mentioned learning algorithm. InForMedKB allows to create training sets (consisting of clinical histories from various therapeutic areas) and to use them for inductive formation of medical diagnostic knowledge bases. These knowledge bases are presented in form accepted in the medical literature and contain descriptions of diseases (from specified therapeutic areas) as well as an explanation of these knowledge bases based on descriptions of clinical histories from used training sets. The formal representation of medical knowledge bases enables their usage for intelligent systems for medical diagnostics.

The investigation of dynamics behavior of population number and genetic structure has been conducted for a homogeneous limited population influenced by density-dependent selection in single di-allelic genetic locus. The detailed investigation of the mechanisms of the loss of stability in the considered model is carried out. It is shown that coexistence of several different asymptotic dynamic regimes (with own attraction basins) is possible in numerous enough parametric regions which are meaningful biologically.

A Laser adaptive microweighting system for measurement of molecules mass based on the principles of adaptive holog aphic interferometry is proposed and experimentally tested in task of gas concentration measurement. A sensitive element of the system is a microcantilever coated by a layer of chitosan, which can adsorb different molecules. Changes in gas concentration re ult in change in mass of molecules adsorbed in chitosan, and, as sequence, result in change in natural frequency of cantilever oscillations, which are measured by an adaptive holographic interferometer. The operation of the system has been experimentally demonstrated in measurement of water vapor concentration. The detected change in concentration of H2O molecules amounted to 125 ppm.

A one-atom-layer compound made of one monolayer of Tl and one-third monolayer of Pb on a Si(111) surface having 3×3 periodicity was found to exhibit a giant rashba-type spin splitting of metallic surface-state bands together with two-dimensional superconducting transport properties. Temperature-dependent angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy revealed an enhanced electron-phonon coupling for one of the spin-split bands. In situ micro-four-point-probe conductivity measurements with and without magnetic field demonstrated that the (Tl, Pb)/Si(111) system transformed into the superconducting state at 2.25 K, followed by the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless mechanism. The 2D Tl-Pb compound on Si(111) is believed to be the prototypical object for prospective studies of intriguing properties of the superconducting 2D system with lifted spin degeneracy, bearing in mind that its composition, atomic and electron band structures, and spin texture are already well established.

One approach allows deviation parameters sufficiently large set of parameters of the elements. A way of testing experiments organization with analog circuit is considered. It means that the different test modes of the target circuit are the connection passive elements with frequency depended parameters and the source frequency vary. Holographic gratings formation in polymethylmethacrylate doped with boron difluoride anthraceneacetonates was studied. It was shown, that the time dependence of refractive index (RI) modulation amplitude for recorded holographic gratings demonstrates M-shaped character, with the first (up to 0.5 × 10 −4 RI units) and the second (up to 0.2 × 10 −4 RI units) maxima of this dependence being caused by photodimerizability and postexposure diffusion of photoactive additive molecules. It was found that the material's resolution determined by competition of diffusion and photochemical processes for recorded gratings is about 1000 lines/mm. However, due to diffusion this value raises with time after the recording process end reaching 2500 lines/mm. It was shown that the optimal exposure time is inversely proportional to the grating spatial frequency and can be reduced by more than an order of magnitude by material heating from 25 °C to 75 °C.

The report presents and analyzes the experimental results luminescence study alumina and theoretical results showing that the dielectric nanoparticles have the exciton states of electrons with binding energy of several electron volts, which are excited by the weak optical laser radiation. Such materials with a wide spectrum of exciton states are important for creation: exciton lasers and optical emitters; receiving and emitting optical nano-antennas; control and processing information and signals; generation low-power optical solitons; optical computers etc.
