A Novel Method for Aging Prediction of Railway Catenary Based on Improved Kalman Filter

The aging prediction of railway catenary is of profound significance for ensuring the regular operation of electrified ***,in real-world scenarios,accurate predictions are challenging due to various *** paper addresses this challenge by proposing a novel method for predicting the aging of railway catenary based on an improved Kalman filter(KF).The proposed method focuses on modifying the priori state estimate covariance and measurement error covariance of the KF to enhance accuracy in complex *** comparing the optimal displacement value with the theoretically calculated value based on the thermal expansion effect of metals,it becomes possible to ascertain the aging status of the *** improve prediction accuracy,a railway catenary aging prediction model is constructed by integrating the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy neural network(FNN)and *** this model,an adaptive training method is introduced,allowing the FNN to use fewer fuzzy *** inputs of the model include time,temperature,and historical displacement,while the output is the predicted ***,the KF is enhanced by modifying its prior state estimate covariance and measurement error *** modifications contribute to more accurate ***,a low-power experimental platform based on FPGA is implemented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** test results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the compared method,showcasing its superior performance.

Nuclearmagnetic resonance imaging of breasts often presents complex *** tumors exhibit varying sizes,uneven intensity,and indistinct *** characteristics can lead to challenges such as low accuracy and incorrect segmentation during tumor ***,we propose a two-stage breast tumor segmentation method leveraging multi-scale features and boundary attention ***,the breast region of interest is extracted to isolate the breast area from surrounding tissues and ***,we devise a fusion network incorporatingmulti-scale features and boundary attentionmechanisms for breast tumor *** incorporate multi-scale parallel dilated convolution modules into the network,enhancing its capability to segment tumors of various sizes through multi-scale convolution and novel fusion ***,attention and boundary detection modules are included to augment the network’s capacity to locate tumors by capturing nonlocal dependencies in both spatial and channel ***,a hybrid loss function with boundary weight is employed to address sample class imbalance issues and enhance the network’s boundary maintenance capability through additional *** was evaluated using breast data from 207 patients at RuijinHospital,resulting in a 6.64%increase in Dice similarity coefficient compared to the *** results demonstrate the superiority of the method over other segmentation techniques,with fewer model parameters.

In the high-stakes domain of air defense, resource allocation is a challenging optimization problem that involves many constraints and requires fast solutions. Previous work mainly addressed the single-intercept sensor-weapon-target assignment problem, which assigns missiles and radars to targets without optimizing the launch time. However, this problem can become large-scale and difficult to solve when saturation attack tactics are employed. Therefore, we propose a more realistic model that allows multiple missiles to intercept the same target and considers the launch time as a decision variable. We also incorporate radar relay guidance to maximize the interception probability and minimize the missile cost. To solve this model efficiently, we present a novel evolutionary algorithm with linear population size reduction (LPSR) and knowledge-guided strategies, called LKEA. Specifically, we design a heuristic method to quickly find the optimal launch time for each missile and a knowledge-guided strategy to use the radar channel collision information to guide the evolution. Experimental results show that LKEA is competitive in solving small/medium/large air defense resource allocation problems (ADRAPs). © 2020 IEEE.

Birds in nature exhibit excellent long-distance flight capabilities through formation flight,which could reduce energy consumption and improve flight *** by the biological habits of birds,this paper proposes an autonomous formation flight control method for Large-sized Flapping-Wing Flying Robots(LFWFRs),which can enhance their search range and flight ***,the kinematics model for LFWFRs is ***,an autonomous flight controller based on this model is designed,which has multiple flight control modes,including attitude stabilization,course keeping,hovering,and so ***,a formation flight control method is proposed based on the leader–follower strategy and periodic characteristics of flapping-wing *** up and down fluctuation of the fuselage of each LFWFR during wing flapping is considered in the control algorithm to keep the relative distance,which overcomes the trajectory divergence caused by sensor delay and fuselage ***,typical formation flight modes are realized,including straight formation,circular formation,and switching ***,the outdoor formation flight experiment is carried out,and the proposed autonomous formation flight control method is verified in real environment.

The analysis of dissolved gas in oil can provide an important basis for transformer fault *** order to improve the accuracy of transformer fault diagnosis,a method based on the relational teacher-student network(R-TSN)is proposed by analyzing the relationship between the dissolved gas in the oil and the fault type.R-TSN replaces the original hard labels with soft labels,and uses it to measure the similarity between different samples in the space,to a certain extent,it can obtain the hidden feature information in the samples,and clarify the classification *** the identification experiment,the effect of R-TSN diagnosis model is analyzed,and the influence of the compound fault of discharge and thermal on the diagnosis model is *** paper compares R-TSN with support vector machines(SVMs),decision trees and multilayer perceptron models in transformer fault *** results show that R-TSN has better performance than the above *** adding compound faults in the sample set,the accuracy rate can still reach 86.0%.

Given the resistance environment and rotation requirements of the satellite payload module, a horseshoe-shaped compression slider bearing method and a double-layer structure shear resistance method are proposed. A rotating avoiding type locking-releasing mechanism is designed, which has a large bearing capacity and reliable locking, and can leave a sufficient rotation avoidance gap for the payload module after release. Then, the analysis and design process of preload is given, and the axial tensile and transverse shear tests are carried out to verify the reasonableness and feasibility of the designing scheme, which solved the technical problem of rotating operation of the 2-ton payload module after enduring the harsh mechanical environment effectively, and can be applied to the task of locking and releasing the same kind of rotating type payload in the resistance environment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

At present,there are few studies on three-dimensional guidance laws with terminal angle constraints for maneuvering *** on Lyapunov stability theory and considering the coupling effect of yaw channel and pitch channel,this paper designed a nonlinear three-dimensional guidance law,which is suitable for stationary target,constant moving target and maneuvering target,and meets the constraints of miss distance and terminal impact *** guidance law has the advantages of simple structure,few parameters and easy engineering *** simulation results show that the proposed guidance law is effective in intercepting different targets at different attack angles,and the guidance law has higher accuracy and reliability than other guidance laws.

The rapid development of cyber technology and the increase of flexible resources have transformed the distribution network into a cyber-physical distribution system,while the accompanying multidimensional uncertainties have brought new planning *** this paper,an innovative approach is proposed to effectively leverage distributed resources while considering the impact of cyber-physical coupling in distribution network planning.A cyber-physical integrated planning model of the distribution network is proposed,considering the effects of spatial-temporal flexible resources and multi-network ***,a three-layer optimization model is established and analyzed by the simulate anneal-particle swarm optimization *** upper layer achieves the optimization of the location and configuration of energy storage systems and smart terminal *** middle layer optimizes the data load migration strategy using spatial-temporal flexible resources to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by high penetration of distributed power access,while the lower layer optimizes the cyber side communication topology,improving the convergence speed and control performance of the distribution ***,the optimization model is analyzed iteratively with objective functions including total planning cost,operation excess loss and distributed control ***,the effectiveness and economy of the proposed planning scheme is verified and compared to traditional methods.

With the development of power-by-wire technology for more electric aircraft,the electromechanical actuator(EMA)has the advantages to replace the conventional hydraulic servo actuator in some aerospace flight *** hydraulically powered trimmable horizontal stabilizer actuation(THSA)system is nowadays developed to be electrically *** their safety-criticality,no-back mechanism and redundant load paths are utilized to meet the flight control ***,rare literatures have introduced these functions and addressed the virtual prototyping activities from system-level point of *** paper proposed such a model of a THSA system with dual electric power sources and fault-tolerant mechanical load *** nonlinear effects of components are considered with realism,and system-level simulation test is conducted to support the model-based system engineering(MBSE)*** models are developed with a power view instead of a pure signal *** on the friction effect and compliance effect with backlash or preload,some improved and novel approaches are adopted for these crucial components and validated via experimental ***,the implemented systemlevel model enables injection of crucial ***,the simulation of the proposed model shows that it is an efficient resource to investigate the actuator’s dynamic performance,to virtually prove that the actuator meets the fail/safe constraint,and to demonstrate the soundness of the fault monitoring functions.
