As Android operating system and applications on the device play important roles, the security requirements of Android applications increased as well. With the upgrade of Android system, Android runtime mode (ART mode) has gradually become the mainstream architecture of the Android operating system. ART introduces several improvements in Android, but it also introduces new ways to enhance malicious activities. This paper proposed a confidential finer granularity protection scheme for application programs under ART mode of ROOT Android devices. Taking Java method as the protection granularity, the protection scheme increased the accuracy of protecting targets. In addition, the protection scheme provided a more thorough protection for applications by combining dynamic loading technology and encryption technology in ART mode, and improved the security of Android applications. Experiments showed that the proposed protection scheme is effective. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2018.

The method of health status cognition and decision on satellite constellation network based on complex network algorithms is proposed in this paper. Firstly, we describe the satellite network as a complex network, which is comprised of satellites, ground stations and links. We will prove that the satellite constellation networks have the characters of small world. Secondly, we will search for the key nodes of satellite constellation networks with evaluating algorithm of node importance. Thirdly, the health status of satellite constellation network could be evaluated according to real time operating state and decision criterion. Finally, take China’s environmental and disaster monitoring and forecasting satellite constellation for example, we make the experimental analysis in order to verify the correctness of ideas proposed in this paper. © 2018, American institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Inc, AIAA. iSplit LBI: Individualized partial ranking with ties via split LBI

Due to the inherent uncertainty of data, the problem of predicting partial ranking from pairwise comparison data with ties has attracted increasing interest in recent years. However, in real-world scenarios, different individuals often hold distinct preferences. It might be misleading to merely look at a global partial ranking while ignoring personal diversity. In this paper, instead of learning a global ranking which is agreed with the consensus, we pursue the tie-aware partial ranking from an individualized perspective. Particularly, we formulate a unified framework which not only can be used for individualized partial ranking prediction, but also be helpful for abnormal user selection. This is realized by a variable splitting-based algorithm called iSplitLBI. Specifically, our algorithm generates a sequence of estimations with a regularization path, where both the hyperparameters and model parameters are updated. At each step of the path, the parameters can be decomposed into three orthogonal parts, namely, abnormal signals, personalized signals and random noise. The abnormal signals can serve the purpose of abnormal user selection, while the abnormal signals and personalized signals together are mainly responsible for individual partial ranking prediction. Extensive experiments on simulated and real-world datasets demonstrate that our new approach significantly outperforms state-of-the-art alternatives. An improved Chinese text multi-label classification method based on CNN

Text multi-label classification technology can accurately and quickly classify text information into related categories or topics, and help people quickly locate the required content in massive information resources, which is of great significance in application. As the traditional classification algorithm is faced with the problems of low classification accuracy due to the low correlation of data labels, unbalanced label data and few short text feature words, this paper firstly performs hierarchical pre-processing on label data to transform multi-label classification into hierarchical text multi-classification. At the same time, an improved multi-label classification algorithm Multi-label Convolutional Neural Networks (ML-CNN) is proposed. Based on the TensorFlow framework, a CNN model is designed and different training models are constructed for each level of label classification. According to the number of classification levels, the output of the upper level label is stitched to the original input tail as the next level of input. Experiments on the description information of 500,000 Chinese products with labels, show that the improved algorithm will significantly improve the classification accuracy and the accuracy of each level can reach more than 88%, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.

In this White Paper we present the potential of the Enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for determining the nature of dense matter; neutron star cores host an extreme density regime which cannot be replicated in a terrestrial laboratory. The tightest statistical constraints on the dense matter equation of state will come from pulse profile modelling of accretion-powered pulsars, burst oscillation sources, and rotation-powered pulsars. Additional constraints will derive from spin measurements, burst spectra, and properties of the accretion flows in the vicinity of the neutron star. Under development by an international Consortium led by the institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020 s.

The Novel Sensor Network Structure for Classification processing Based on the Machine Learning Method of the ACGAN

To address the problem of unstable training and poor accuracy in image classification algorithms based on generative adversarial networks (GAN), a novel sensor network structure for classification processing using auxiliary classifier generative adversarial networks (ACGAN) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the real/fake discrimination of sensor samples in the network has been canceled at the output layer of the discriminative network and only the posterior probability estimation of the sample tag is outputted. Secondly, by regarding the real sensor samples as supervised data and the generative sensor samples as labeled fake data, we have reconstructed the loss function of the generator and discriminator by using the real/fake attributes of sensor samples and the cross-entropy loss function of the label. Thirdly, the pooling and caching method has been introduced into the discriminator to enable more ekective extraction of the classification features. Finally, feature matching has been added to the discriminative network to ensure the diversity of the generative sensor samples. Experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm (CP-ACGAN) achieves better classification accuracy on the MNIST dataset, CIFAR10 dataset and CIFAR100 dataset than other solutions. Moreover, when compared with the ACGAN and CNN classification algorithms, which have the same deep network structure as CP-ACGAN, the proposed method continues to achieve better classification effects and stability than other main existing sensor solutions. © Sensors (Switzerland) 2019. Sparse code multiple access (SCMA) is a promising non-orthogonal air-interface technology for its ability to support massive connections. In this paper, we design the multiuser codebook and the advanced decoding from the perspective of the theoretical capacity and the system feasibility. First, different from the lattice-based constellation in point-to-point channels, we propose a novel codebook for maximizing the constellation constrained capacity. We optimize a series of 1-D superimposed constellations to construct multi-dimensional codewords. An effective dimensional permutation switching algorithm is proposed to further obtain the capacity gain. Consequently, it shows that the performance of the proposed codebook approaches the Shannon limit and achieves significant gains over the other existing ones. Furthermore, we provide a symbol-based extrinsic information transfer tool to analyze the convergence of SCMA iterative detection, where the complex codewords are considered in modeling the a priori probabilities instead of assuming the binary inputs in previous literature. Finally, to approach the capacity, we develop a low-density parity-check code-based SCMA receiver. Most importantly, by utilizing the EXIT charts, we propose an iterative joint detection and decoding scheme with only partial inner iterations, which exhibits significant performance gain over the traditional one with separate detection and decoding. © 2002-2012 IEEE.

Learning neural models for end-to-end clustering

We propose a novel end-to-end neural network architecture that, once trained, directly outputs a probabilistic clustering of a batch of input examples in one pass. It estimates a distribution over the number of clusters k, and for each 1 ≤ κ ≤ κmax, a distribution over the individual cluster assignment for each data point. The network is trained in advance in a supervised fashion on separate data to learn grouping by any perceptual similarity criterion based on pairwise labels (same/different group). It can then be applied to different data containing different groups. We demonstrate promising performance on high-dimensional data like images (COIL-100) and speech (TIMIT). We call this "learning to cluster" and show its conceptual difference to deep metric learning, semi-supervise clustering and other related approaches while having the advantage of performing learnable clustering fully end-to-end. Within an improved transport model, we examine effects of the high momentum tail of the nucleon momentum distribution induced by short-range correlations on the proton-proton momentum correlation function in 197Au+197Au collisions at 400 MeV/nucleon. It is found that the proton-proton momentum correlation function from preequilibrium emissions responds sensitively to the presence as well as fraction of nucleons in the high momentum tail of the nucleon momentum distribution, but is almost robustly insensitive to other factors including the symmetry energy and the uncertainty of cutoff value of nucleon effective high momentum. In terms of the sensitivity and clearness, we propose that the proton-proton momentum correlation function from preequilibrium emissions can be as an effective probe of the high momentum tail of the nucleon momentum distribution.
