In this paper, the circuitry of the AB class intermediate stage for fast-acting Op-Amps, including those on CMOS and arsenide-gallium transistors, which allows to significantly increase the SR of Op-Amos, is developed. The purpose and novelty of the present paper is to investigate new structures of intermediate stages (ISs), which complement known publications on problems of increasing the speed response of Op-Amps. To achieve the aim the drawbacks of a very popular in automation and measurement devices architecture of an operational amplifier (Op-Amp) with a IS based on a "folded" cascode have been considered. As an example, the paper gives one of them - a nonlinear mode of operation of the IS, which does not allow to provide a large current overcharge correction capacitor Op-Amp, which has a negative impact on the maximum rate of increase of the output voltage (SR). In conclusion of article, results of computer simulation of static modes and dependence of output currents of IS on input voltage in environment LTSpice are discussed, showing, that the relation of maximum output current of IS to its current in a static mode exceeds two orders, that has positive influence on SR.

A new structure of the third order low-pass RC-filter (ARCF-III) designed for practical use as a spectrum limiter at the input of various analog-to-digital converters of the A/D Interface of the instrumentation and control system is considered. It is shown that in the proposed ARCF-III the high guaranteed attenuation of the amplitude-frequency characteristic is provided outside the operating band. Three modifications of ARCF-III are developed for its implementation based on differential and differential difference operational amplifiers. Analytical expressions defining the conditions for the synthesis of ARCF-III are presented. The results of computer simulation of the amplitude-frequency characteristic are discussed.

A method is proposed for increasing the guaranteed attenuation of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the active RC filter (ARCF) for processing piezoelectric signals of sensors outside the band-pass of the desired signal. This effect is provided by the balanced differential input of the ARCF and the original circuit design of its basic functional units. The results of computer simulation and experimental research of the ARCF in the structure of the measuring system of the machine for dynamic of rotors are given, which show that the modified ARCF enable to improve the metrological characteristics of electromechanical balancing systems of this class.

We present studies of metamaterials consisting of soft magnetic wires embedded in a polymeric matrix. The combination of two effects, namely, a strong dispersion of the effective permittivity in metallic wire composites (resonance or plasmonic type) and giant magnetoimpedance effect in wires results in unusual behavior of the developed metamaterials that is dependence of an effective dielectric response on the wire magnetization which can be changed with different external stimuli. We used Free-space method to investigate the magnetic field tuneabilty of composites containing Co-rich soft magnetic amorphous wires. © 2013 Advanced Electromagnetics Symposium. Optimization of low-pass filter parameters to reduce the delay time of sensor signals in automatic control systems

A study was made of ways to minimize the delay time of signals from sensors for which it is necessary to convert an alternating output voltage into a direct voltage proportional to it. It is shown that this delay can be reduced by optimizing the parameters of the low-pass filters, taking into account the given suppression of variable signals in the stopband. The circuits of Chebyshev and Butterworth filters from the first to the sixth order are investigated, their comparison with each other in terms of the delay of the main signal and the efficiency of suppression of its harmonics outside the operating frequency range is given. The results of modeling the amplitude-frequency and transient characteristics of a low-pass filter in the Micro-Cap 12 environment for the case of its use in a transformer angle sensor are presented. © 2022, CC BY-NC-SA.

Two modifications of the second-order multifunctional active filters (ARCF) with a minimum number of passive and active elements have been developed. The proposed ARCF circuits are implemented on differential difference operational amplifiers and have extended frequency range. The basic equations and the results of computer simulation are presented, showing that the first circuit implements realize rejected filter (RF), band-pass filter (BPF) and low-pass filter (LPF), the second circuit implements - high-pass filter (HPF), BPF and LPF.

Differential clock cross point correction method is presented in this paper. The proposed method provides differential clock with minimum crossing error over PVT, which is needed to improve noise immunity of Pipeline ADC. As Pipeline ADC work with differential clock, so crossing error of differential clock could decrease noise immunity. Cross point correction method also helps to avoid setup/hold violations in some systems. Proposed architecture can be used in different architecture of Pipeline ADCs, in the special input/output circuits of several standards such as Universal Serial Bus (USB) Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) and Double Data Rate (DDR).

Theeffect of 6 MeV fast electrons and 60 Co gamma radiation on the parameters of analog components of the structured array (SA) MH2XA010 - the reference voltage source (RVS) and the charge-sensitive amplifier (CSA) is compared. It is shown that at the absorbed dose of gamma radiation DG = 2.04 Mrad and the electron fluence 3.0×10 14 el/cm 2 the change in the RVS and CSA parameters doesn't exceed the norms established for the operating temperature range. SA MH2XA010 is recommended for the fabrication of analog sensor interfaces operating under hard operation conditions.

The paper presents SPICE models of nonlinear capacitors for analysis of ferroelectric circuits. The capacitors can be defined by either charge-voltage or voltage-charge closed form expressions. Additionally the model for series connection of any number of nonlinear capacitors is proposed. The model takes into account trapped charges of internal connections. Numerical experiments for ferroelectric circuits confirmed the correctness of the proposed approach.

The paper presents an algorithm of Reducing the Antenna Array Phase Shifters Errors (RAAPSE), caused by technological deviation of the phase shift of bits. The algorithm is based on preliminary measuring and permutation of phase values of PS, and using the nearest value to one, estimated by AA calibration algorithm. This allows to reduce the error in phase setting to the value of the least significant bit of the PS. The RAAPSE algorithm is used together with Antenna Array (AA) calibration algorithms, which estimate and compensate AA channel phase errors by PS. The RAAPSE algorithm increases AA calibration the accuracy or reduce the number of measurements during the calibration, ensuring the required calibration accuracy.
