The automatic programming system has been considered by means of which it becomes easier to carry out traditional programming stages. There is discussed both recursive forms: parallel, interrecursion and recursion of high level that exist for functional programming languages and induction methods for the purpose of their verification. The way how to present imperative languages easy and double cycles by means of recursion forms is shown, the possibility of verification has been studied for each recursion form.

An overview of existing urban software mobile applications of the transport and economic direction is given. A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. The prospects of further improving the SM FRCB are considered.

The increasing prevalence of botnet attacks in IoT networks has led to the development of deep learning techniques for their detection. However, conventional centralized deep learning models pose challenges in simultaneously ensuring user data privacy and detecting botnet attacks. To address this issue, this study evaluates the efficacy of Federated Learning (FL) in detecting IoT malware traffic while preserving user privacy. The study employs N-BaIoT, a dataset of real-world IoT network traffic infected by malware, and compares the effectiveness of FL models using Convolutional Neural Network, Long Short-Term Memory, and Gated Recurrent Unit models with a centralized approach. The results indicate that FL can achieve high performance in detecting abnormal traffic in IoT networks, with the CNN model yielding the best results among the three models evaluated. The study recommends the use of FL for IoT malware traffic detection due to its ability to preserve data privacy.

Its spectral filtering characteristics such as relationships between the radio-frequency (RF) driving frequency and the output central wavelength the output bandwidth and the central wavelength its typical spectral point spread function (PSF) and so on are studied systematically. The preliminary measurement results of AOTF spectrometer show that it is a solid-state high-speed easily controllable by computer-programming rugged and compact spectroscopic device in comparison with a conventional grating spectrometer and has the potential for widespread spectrometric applications.

The bipolar fuzzy set and interval-valued bipolar fuzzy set efficiently analyse real-world problems where for each input of an object, there has counter information. This study's main objective is to lay a foundation for considering a new approach to the bipolar fuzzy hybrid operators tool applied in a realistic frame that contains uncertainties. In this view, some mixed aggregation operators, namely, the hybrid bipolar fuzzy weighted averaging geometric (H-BFWAG), hybrid bipolar fuzzy order weighted averaging geometric (H-BFOWAG), hybrid interval-valued bipolar fuzzy weighted averaging geometric (H-IVBFWAG), and hybrid interval-valued bipolar fuzzy order weighted averaging geometric (H-IVBFOWAG) operators are generated in bipolar fuzzy environment. A decision making approach is developed to build the multi-criteria decision making model. A numerical example is considered to study the different effects on various Indian economic sectors in the COVID-19 environment. Managerial implications are highlighted in between many industrial sectors on which the Indian economy depends and the country's gross domestic product depends on their inter-relationship. This study investigates COVID-19's impact on society and the economy in the Indian context. A comparative investigation is introduced with some pre-existing operators and the TOPSIS (technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution) approach to justify the proposed method. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

This article presents a comprehensive methodology for enhancing the capabilities of conversational AI systems, focusing on ChatGPT, through the integration of ontology-driven structured prompts and meta-learning techniques. The proposed approach, exemplified by the RDWE OntoChatGPT system, demonstrates significant potential for improving productivity and expanding knowledge bases in specific subject domains and languages. By formalizing methods for creating and configuring structured prompts and context ontologies, the system enables ChatGPT to provide specific information using selected contexts, thereby enhancing its performance in handling data across diverse linguistic and domain contexts. Through empirical testing, the study evaluates the system’s effectiveness in providing accurate responses while also highlighting areas for further refinement. The methodology’s adaptability to other conversational AI systems based on large language models underscores its potential for broader application in natural language processing and dialogue systems. Future enhancements aim to refine structured prompts and incorporate additional input data to further improve system performance and accuracy. Overall, this research contributes to advancing the capabilities of conversational AI systems, paving the way for more sophisticated and effective human-computer interactions in various domains. © 2024, CC BY-SA.

The first summer school is moved due to the Corona pandemic. It is now scheduled for July 2022 in Rijeka, Croatia. This summer school will consist of lectures and practical work for master and PhD students in the area of computing science and closely related fields. There will be contributions from Plovdiv University, University of Ko\v{s}ice, University of Coimbra, University of Minho, E\"otv\"os Lor\'and University, University of Rijeka, Radboud University Nijmegen, University of Pula, University of Amsterdam and Babe\c{s}-Bolyai University. To prepare and streamline this summer school, the consortium organized a teacher training in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This was an event of five full days on November 1-5, 2022 organized by Ingrid Berenbroek, Mart Lubbers and Pieter Koopman on the campus of the Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Stewart McDowall was born in Dublin Republic of Ireland in 1967. He received the M. Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Queen's University of Belfast in 1990. In the same year he was presented with a Distinction Award from the Departmnet of Education of Northern Ireland and he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the Microwave Research Group at Q.U.B. His principal research area is the electromagnetic field mapping of microwave systems using concurrent programming. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. Vincent F. Fusco was educated at the Queens's University of Belfast where he obtained the degree of Ph.D. in 1982. He has worked as a research engineer on short-range radar and radio telemetry systems. Currently he is a reader in Microwave Communications in the School of Electrical engineering and Computer Science the Queen's University of Belfast. His current research interests include non-linear microwave circuit simulatino and concurrent programming techniques for electromagnetic field problems with particular emphasis on EMC applications. He has published numerous research papers in these areas. He is the author of the bookMicrowave Circuits Analysis and Computer Aided Design Prentice-Hall 1987. Dr Fusco is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

This paper details the use of a circuit-based EM modelling technique combined with a harmonic balance simulator used to model the radiation from the microstrip bodies comprising an active antenna circuit. The modelling approach adopted for the planar bodies in the circuit will be shown to allow the use of concurrent algorithms in order to reduce overall computational time.

This report discusses the enhancements and extensions included in SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0. The updates in SCIP 9.0 include improved symmetry handling, additions and improvements of nonlinear handlers and primal heuristics, a new cut generator and two new cut selection schemes, a new branching rule, a new LP interface, and several bugfixes. SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0 also features new Rust and C++ interfaces for SCIP, new Python interface for SoPlex, along with enhancements to existing interfaces. SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0 also includes new and improved features in the LP solver SoPlex, the presolving library PaPILO, the parallel framework UG, the decomposition framework GCG, and the SCIP extension SCIP-SDP. These additions and enhancements have resulted in an overall performance improvement of SCIP in terms of solving time, number of nodes in the branch-and-bound tree, as well as the reliability of the solver.
