The usage of machine learning and deep learning algorithms have necessitated Artificial Intelligence'. AI is aimed at automating things by limiting human interference. It is widely used in IT, healthcare, finance, and agriculture. It is achieved through several deep learning algorithms that reflect the human brain's intelligence. These AI algorithms can be manipulated according to changing needs and improved efficiency. This paper tries to utilize the developments made in AI technology to classify the images and recognize the objects present in them. One widely used AI algorithm is CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). The CNN is a deep learning-based algorithm that consists of various layers that extract and filters the parameters present in the images. Some additional layers of ResNet50 and the CNN algorithm are used to extract the parameters to improve image recognition accuracy. The image dataset taken for training and testing the proposed model is imageNet. The images are initially processed before sending them to the proposed model. The proposed model is trained, validated, and tested through the images obtained after the initial processing. The same process is repeated several times until getting the maximum accuracy. The accuracy of the proposed model in terms of image recognition is recorded. The obtained results are compared with other image classification algorithms like VGG16 and VGG19. It is concluded that the proposed model outperforms other traditional methods in terms of accuracy. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Due to the fact that a memristor with memory properties is an ideal electronic component for implementation of the artificial neural synaptic function,a brand-new tristable locally active memristor model is first proposed in this ***,a novel four-dimensional fractional-order memristive cellular neural network(FO-MCNN)model with hidden attractors is constructed to enhance the engineering feasibility of the original CNN model and its ***,its hardware circuit implementation and complicated dynamic properties are investigated on multi-simulation ***,it is used toward secure communication application *** it as the pseudo-random number generator(PRNG),a new privacy image security scheme is designed based on the adaptive sampling rate compressive sensing(ASR-CS)***,the simulation analysis and comparative experiments manifest that the proposed data encryption scheme possesses strong immunity against various security attack models and satisfactory compression performance.

In the era of digital transformation, trust and security are paramount in ensuring the integrity of various online transactions and processes, including voting systems. Traditional centralized trust management and voting systems have faced challenges related to security, transparency, and accountability. To address these issues, this research introduces a novel Blockchain-Enabled Decentralized Trust Management and Secure Voting System. It leverages blockchain technology, a decentralized and immutable ledger, to enhance trust, transparency, and security in trust management and voting processes. This system combines several key components, including smart contracts, cryptographic techniques, and distributed ledger technology, to create a robust and tamper-resistant infrastructure. In the trust management aspect, the proposed system employs a decentralized reputation system where individuals and entities can build trust through transparent and verifiable interactions. Smart contracts automate trust-building processes and provide a reliable mechanism for dispute resolution. This system allows for trust to be quantified and established in a trustless environment. The secure voting component introduces a tamper-proof and transparent voting system. Through the use of cryptographic keys and digital signatures, voters can securely cast their votes while ensuring anonymity and integrity. All voting transactions are recorded on the blockchain, providing a permanent and auditable record of the election process. Verification of election results becomes accessible to all stakeholders, enhancing transparency and trust in the electoral process. The Blockchain-Enabled Decentralized Trust Management and Secure Voting System represents a significant step towards enhancing trust and security in critical online processes, such as voting. Secure communication routing and attack detection in UAV networks using Gannet Walruses optimization algorithm and Sheppard Convolutional Spinal Network

Unmanned Aerial vehicles (UAV) are high-speed moving machines that attained rapid growth in various activities and are considered an integral component in the Satellite-Air -Ground-Sea (SAGS) incorporated network. However, UAVs are affected by communication delays and malicious attacks. Therefore, an adequate and secure communication routing and attack detection model is necessary for UAV communication networks. This research described a novel approach for initiating secure communication in UAV networks namely Gannet Walruses Optimization Algorithm + Sheppard Convolutional Spinal Network (GWOA + ShCSpinalNet). Initially, the UAV network is simulated, and the data packets are transmitted among the nodes using optimal routing paths. An optimal routing path is computed using the Gannet Walruses Optimization Algorithm (GWOA) by considering some multi-objective functions through the Deep Recurrent Neural Network (DRNN). The developed GWAO integrates Gannet Optimization (GOA) and Walruses Optimization (WaOA). The data communication is done through monitoring agents. The newly devised Sheppard Convolutional Spinal Network (ShCSpinalNet) is utilized as a decision-making agent for malicious attack detection. The attributes considered for decision-making are round trip time, packet delivery ratio, the strength of the signal, the size of the packet, and the number of incoming packets. Once the SpinalNet categorizes the normal and attacked nodes the defense agent is implemented for attack migration. The ShCSpinalNet is devised by the combination of the Sheppard Convolutional Neural Network and Spinal Network. The GWOA + ShCSpinalNet accomplishes a diminished delay of 0.614 s, an increased detection rate of 0.930%, an energy of 0.439 J, and a Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) of 0.749. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Cryptocurrency is becoming more mainstream, and experts predict that its market size will reach dollar 2.2 trillion by 2026. However, it's also an intangible and highly volatile asset that poses significant challenges for governments, anti-money laundering analysts, and financial crime investigators. Compliance with strict regulations is also a challenge facing virtual asset service providers. The price of Bitcoin hit an all-time high in January 2021, making headlines worldwide. As the popularity of cryptocurrency continues to grow, AML analysts and financial crime investigators face tougher challenges. VASPs are under pressure to comply with tighter regulations, and both parties need to take a proactive approach. Bitcoin visualization is a solution that involves visualizing a Bitcoin block, enabling analysts to clarify complex and dense blocks of transaction data quickly to identify high-risk activity. Instead of looking at historic Bitcoin transactions, analysts can now examine Bitcoin activity in real-time using a powerful Bitcoin network visualization chart showing key connections, combined with a dedicated Bitcoin timeline view featuring precise transaction details as they occur. We conducted a thorough and quantitative assessment of 76 analytics tools, including those proposed in academic research and those endorsed by professionals and blockchain enthusiasts online, to provide a comprehensive analysis of the facets of blockchain data that have been thoroughly investigated. We also identified areas that warrant further exploration in future research. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud computing has been a considerable way to store and share data among different communities in the past few decades. However, it has always been a challenge to ensure that the data is secured during cloud data transfer. The proposed paper resolves the major challenges being faced in cloud data sharing with the new approach of Accountable Proxy-ReEncryption (APRE). The proposed paper deals with protocols and anticipates cryptography measures, namely homomorphic encryption, by ensuring two things: confidentiality and integrity. Both work on the shared data of the cloud. The major aspect of homomorphic encryption is that it has an inbuilt feature of function execution over the encrypted data without decryption. So, it communicates the data confidentially by maintenance. Thus, re-encryption of the proxy used in this research would also allow for safe delegation to the proxy servers. The APRE protocol brings about different accountability mechanisms. In this case, it deals with the aspect of transparency and data supervision in communication. The homomorphic signatures in the paper enable the data owner to monitor and audit the proxy functions. It strictly enforces the decryption policies and minimizes the rate of mishandling of shared information. In so doing, this layer boosts the trust of cloud data sharing, especially in terms of provision of confidentiality, preservation of privacy, and the allowance of the robustness of behaviour in verifying and tracking data access. Finally, this proposed system uses a comprehensive assessment framework to check the effectiveness and efficiency of the APRE protocol. It can, therefore, be inferred that from the outcome obtained from the results, this proposed system outperforms the other existing systems in security, performance, and effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

Using a pure electric current to control kagome noncollinear antiferromagnets is promising in information storage and processing, but a full description is still lacking, in particular, on intrinsic (i.e., no external magnetic fields or external spin currents) spin-orbit torques. In this work, we self-consistently describe the relations among the electronic structure, magnetic structure, spin accumulations, and intrinsic spin-orbit torques in the magnetic dynamics of a noncollinear antiferromagnet driven by a pure electric current. Our calculation can yield a critical current density comparable with those in the experiments, when considering the boost from the out-of-plane magnetic dynamics induced by the current-driven spin accumulation on individual magnetic moments. We stress the parity symmetry breaking in deterministic switching among magnetic structures. This work will be helpful for future applications of noncollinear antiferromagnets.

This paper addresses the accurate and early prediction of the onset and progression of diabetes, an important aspect in the management of this chronic metabolic disease given a variety of information like the history of the diseased person and his day-to-day routine factors by using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to obtain predictive dynamic models. The proposed work not only demonstrates the effectiveness of different algorithms but also highlights the importance of feature engineering to refine predictions. This work uses ensemble classifiers and voting classifier algorithms to develop better accuracy for diabetes prediction. Combining the results of multiple base classifiers like KNN, SVM, RFC, and decision tree ensemble methods aims to enhance the predictive ability and chances of improvement in the patient. The treatment adopted is different from patient to patient based on the result of the treatment. In this research, we utilize a combination of ensemble techniques and a voting classifier to construct a comprehensive diabetes prediction model. This model is evaluated using real-world data. Our findings reveal the exceptional effectiveness of ensemble classifiers and the voting classifier, underscoring their potential to achieve precision and the possibility of recovery and probability. These outcomes not only enable early intervention but also offer valuable insights into the care of individual patients. © 2024 IEEE.
