On the Differential Realization of a Second-Order Bilinear system in a Hilbert Space

We study the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a nonlinear differential realization of a continuous infinite-dimensional behaviorist system in the class of nonstationary second-order bilinear ordinary differential (in particular, hyperbolic) equations in a separable Hilbert space. The obtained conditions rely upon the tensor products of Hilbert spaces. In passing, we analytically justify some topological-metrical continuity conditions for the projectivization of the Rayleigh—Ritz operator with the calculation of the fundamental group of its image. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Monitoring the distribution of vehicle exhaust emissions within the city is a very challenging problem since it is affected by many complex factors, such as spatial-temporal correlation and the other environment conditions. In addition, the technology of using sensors to directly monitor vehicle exhaust emissions is still in the initial stage, and it is hard to implement direct monitoring in a large area. Thus, we use the existing environmental theory to measure the distribution of vehicle exhaust emissions in cities by traffic volume. In this paper, the problem we need to solve is how to use the data of sparse monitoring stations and inherent traffic network to infer the spatial-temporal distribution of traffic volume. In order to solve this problem, we propose a graph convolutional network model to extract the characteristics of traffic data and other features. We have done a lot of experiments on real traffic data sets. The experimental results show that the proposed method performs better than the existing methods. © 2021 for this paper by its authors. The problem of software modeling having various models as sources and its transformation based on logical inference is considered. Source models are converted into graphs of RDF and then processed with knowledge based system organized in a network of objects. Various notation can be used to represent models, such as UML, SysML, CMMN, BPMN2.0, as well as RDF graphs and analyzed source code, having implemented a corresponding converter. The objects are represented in the LogTalk programming language. Objects query graphs and other objects implementing a scenario of a software system synthesis within Model Driven Architecture paradigm. Usage of such kind of transformation approach allows us to develop software system carcasses on the level of abstract models, involve various sources of model data in the transformation, define and structuring conversion knowledge as objects. An example of a dataflow environment synthesis encapsulating Mothur library for new generation sequencing is presented. © 2019 IEEE.

Forecasting of air pollutant concentration, which is influenced by air pollution accumulation, traffic flow and industrial emissions, has attracted extensive attention for decades. In this paper, we propose a spatio-temporal attention convolutional long short term memory neural networks (Attention-CNN-LSTM) for air pollutant concentration forecasting. Firstly, we analyze the Granger causalities between different stations and establish a hyperparametric Gaussian vector weight function to determine spatial autocorrelation variables, which is used as part of the input feature. Secondly, convolutional neural networks (CNN) is employed to extract the temporal dependence and spatial correlation of the input, while feature maps and channels are weighted by attention mechanism, so as to improve the effectiveness of the features. Finally, a depth long short term memory (LSTM) based time series predictor is established for learning the long-term and short-term dependence of pollutant concentration. In order to reduce the effect of diverse complex factors on LSTM, inherent features are extracted from historical air pollutant concentration data meteorological data and timestamp information are incorporated into the proposed model. Extensive experiments were performed using the Attention-CNN-LSTM, autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA), support vector regression (SVR), traditional LSTM and CNN, respectively. The results demonstrated that the feasibility and practicability of Attention-CNN-LSTM on estimating CO and NO concentration. © 2021 for this paper by its authors. The paper addresses the relevant problem related to the development of scientific applications (applied software packages) to solve large-scale problems in heterogeneous distributed computing environments that can include various infrastructures (clusters, Grid systems, clouds) and provide their integrated use. We propose a new approach to the development of applications for such environments. It is based on the integration of conceptual and modular programming. The application development is implemented with a special framework named Orlando Tools. In comparison to the known tools, used for the development and execution of distributed applications in the current practice, Orlando Tools provides executing application jobs in the integrated environment of virtual machines that include both the dedicated and non-dedicated resources. The distributed computing efficiency is improved through the multi-agent management. Experiments of solving the large-scale practical problems of energy security research show the effectiveness of the developed application for solving the aforementioned problem in the environment that supports the hybrid computational model including Grid and cloud computing. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Organization of digital monitoring of the Baikal natural territory

The Baikal Natural Territory includes Lake Baikal, its water protection zone, the basin within the territory of the Russian Federation, adjacent specially protected natural areas, and also the territory adjacent to the lake up to 200 kilometers wide to the west and northwest of it. The development of decisions to solve environmental problems of Baikal Natural Territory should be based on a comprehensive analysis of the monitoring data. The monitoring data and analysis methods are distributed among participants (organizations and departments). But data and analysis methods exchange is very low. An approach is proposed for the introduction of digitalization in the environmental monitoring of the Baikal natural territory, based on the integrated implementation of cyber-physical systems, the digital method of data transmission, as well as the use of digital ecosystems and platforms using the service-oriented paradigm, OGC standards, end-to-end and WEB technologies, cloud and distributed computing, large amounts of spatio-temporal data. Based on service-oriented paradigm digital resources and processing services implementing REST or WPS standard should be created by the monitoring participants. Requirements for digital resources have been defined. Infrastructure components have been developed to simplify development of digital resources, processing services and to organize interaction among participants.

In this paper we give some observation of applying modern optimization methods for functionals describing digital predistortion (DPD) of signals with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation. The considered family of model functionals is determined by the class of cascade Wiener-Hammerstein models, which can be represented as a computational graph consisting of various nonlinear blocks. To assess optimization methods with the best convergence depth and rate as a properties of this models family we multilaterally consider modern techniques used in optimizing neural networks and numerous numerical methods used to optimize non-convex multimodal functions. The research emphasizes the most effective of the considered techniques and describes several useful observations about the model properties and optimization methods behavior. This paper addresses a nonlinear partial differential control system arising in population dynamics. The system consist of three diffusion equations describing the evolutions of three biological species: prey, predator, and food for the prey or vegetation. The equation for the food density incorporates a hysteresis operator of generalized stop type accounting for underlying hysteresis effects occurring in the dynamical process. We study the problem of minimization of a given integral cost functional over solutions of the above system. The set-valued mapping defining the control constraint is state-dependent and its values are nonconvex as is the cost integrand as a function of the control variable. Some relaxation-type results for the minimization problem are obtained and the existence of a nearly optimal solution is established. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The paper provides further development of the authors' original approach to the representation and properties checking of discrete event systems. The approach suggested is based on the automated inference in the calculus of positively constructed formulas (PCF). Discrete event system is supposed to be modeled in the form of finite automata within the framework of Ramage-Wonham supervisory control theory. It is shown how constructive inference helps to build the product of two finite automata which results in the automaton with accessible states only. Based on the nonmonotonic logical inference of PCF, a new method is presented for checking the controllability of formal languages describing specifications on the functioning of discrete event systems.

Within the framework of the Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau (DKP) formalism with a deformation, an approach to the construction of the path integral representation in parasuperspace for the Green’s function of a spin-1 massive particle in external Maxwell’s field is developed. For this purpose a connection between the deformed DKP-algebra and an extended system of the parafermion trilinear commutation relations for the creation and annihilation operators a±k and an additional operator a0 obeying para-Fermi statistics of order 2 based on the Lie algebra so(2M + 2) is established. On the strength of this connection an appropriate system of the parafermion coherent states as functions of para-Grassmann numbers is introduced. The procedure of the construction of finite-multiplicity approximation for determination of the path integral in the relevant phase space is defined through insertion in the kernel of the evolution operator with respect to para-supertime of resolutions of the identity. The representation for the operator a0 in terms of generators of the orthogonal group SO(2M) correctly reproducing action of this operator on the state vectors of Fock space is obtained. A connection of the Geyer operator a20 with the operator of so-called G-parity and with the CP T -operator η5 of the DKP-theory is established. In the basis of parafermion coherent states a matrix element of the contribution linear in covariant derivative Dµ to the time-dependent Hamilton operator Ĥ(τ), is calculated in an explicit form. For this purpose the matrix elements of the operators a0, a20, the commutators [a0, a±n ], [a20, a±n ], and the product Â[a0, a±n ], where Â ≡ exp（−i23π a0) were preliminary defined.
