With the development of Internet of Vehicles (IoVs), data sharing has become a crucial means to improve driving safety and travel efficiency. In the process of data sharing, ensuring the security of the sharing process is of paramount importance. Using blockchain technology to ensure the security of data sharing in vehicular networking scenarios is a promising approach. However, there are some issues in applying blockchain to data sharing in vehicular networking scenarios. On the one hand, the consensus of blockchain requires multiple full network broadcasts, and as the number of nodes in the network increases, system overhead will grow rapidly. On the other hand, malicious nodes in blockchain may affect system security. To address these problems, we propose a hierarchical blockchain framework with selectable consensus scope. We dynamically select the consensus scope of data according to its impact range, avoiding consensus on the entire network. In addition, we propose a trust model to compute the reliability of Roadside units (RSUs) in the area, assigning different permissions to different RSUs in the system. We also improve the PBFT algorithm based on this reputation model, further reducing the cost of consensus. Simulation results show that the proposed approach can reduce consensus consumption and identify malicious nodes more quickly, ensuring the efficiency and security of the data sharing process. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)of purely organic materials is easily quenched with unexpected purposes because the excited triplet state is extremely susceptible to external *** to stabilize the RTP property of purely organic luminogens is still challenging and considered as the bottleneck in the further advancement of the bottom-up ***,we describe a gated strategy that can effectively harness RTP by employing complexation/dissociation with *** to the order-disorder transition orientation of intermolecular packing,the RTP of organic molecules 2,4,6-tris(4′-bromo-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-1,3,5-triazine(Br-TRZ)will easily vanish upon mechanical ***,by enhancing its intramolec-ular charge transfer effect,the protonated Br-TRZ stubbornly possesses an obvious RTP under external grinding,whatever in the ordered or disordered intermolec-ular arrangement ***,the“Lock”gate of RTP was achieved in the protonated Br-TRZ *** with theoretical calculation analy-sis,the enhanced charge transfer effect can narrow the energy gap singlet-tripletsignificantly,and stabilize the RTP property of triazine derivative ***-thermore,the locked RTP can be tuned via proton and counterions repeatedly and show excellent *** gated RTP concept provides an effective strategy for stabilizing the RTP emission of purely organic systems.

Seawater electrolysis,especially in coastlines,is widely considered as a sustainable way of making clean and high-purity H2 from renewable energy;however,the practical viability is challenged severely by the limited anode durability resulting from side reactions of chlorine ***,we report an effective Cl^(−) blocking barrier of NiFe-layer double hydroxide(NiFe-LDH)to harmful chlorine chemistry during alkaline seawater oxidation(ASO),a pre-formed surface-derived NiFe-phosphate(Pi)***,the PO_(4)^(3−)-enriched outer-layer is capable of physically and electrostatically inhibiting Cl−adsorption,which protects active Ni^(3+)sites during *** NiFe-LDH with the NiFe-Pi outer-layer(NiFe-LDH@NiFe-Pi)exhibits higher current densities(j)and lower overpotentials to afford 1 A·cm^(−2)(η1000 of 370 mV versusη1000 of 420 mV)than the NiFe-LDH in 1 M KOH+***,the NiFe-LDH@NiFe-Pi also demonstrates longer-term electrochemical durability than NiFe-LDH,attaining 100-h duration at the j of 1 A·cm^(−2).Additionally,the importance of surface-derived PO_(4)^(3−)-enriched outer-layer in protecting the active centers,γ-NiOOH,is explained by ex situ characterizations and in situ electrochemical spectroscopic studies.

The current single-cell analysis technologies such as fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS)and fluorescence-activated droplet sorting(FADS)could decipher the cellular heterogeneity but were constrained by low sorting performance and cell ***,an ultra-sensitive single-cell sorting platform has been developed by integrating the FADS technology with Tetramer-HCR-EvaGreen(THE)fluorescence signal *** THE system produced much higher fluorescence signal than that of the single Tetramer or Tetramer-HCR signal *** application to target MCF-7 cells,the platform exhibited high efficacy and selectivity while maintaining more than 95%cell *** THE-FADS achieved sorting efficiencies of 55.5%and 50.3%with purities of 91%and 85%for MCF-7 cells in PBS solutions and simulated serum samples,*** sorted MCF-7 cells showed similar proliferation together with CK19 and EGFR mRNA expression compared with the control *** established THE-FADS showed the promising prospects to cellular heterogeneity understanding and personalized medicine.

Effect of Room Temperature Ultrasonic Vibration Compression on the Microstructure Evolution and Mechanical Properties of AZ91 Alloy

To investigate the potential of direct ultrasonic vibration on improving the performance of magnesium alloys,this study first employed the ultrasonic vibration compression(UVC)on the solid solution treated AZ91 alloy,and explored its microstructure evolution and mechanical properties under *** only two seconds,the UVC alloys showed large deformation strains of 34.8–54.4%,and sudden increase of sample temperature to 243℃.Microstructure characterizations proved that UVC promoted the formation of abundant shear bands,fine grains,and the bimodal distribution of Mg17Al12 precipitates consisting of submicron particles located within the shear bands and nano-sized ones within the *** to the unique microstructure,the micro-hardness(and nano-hardness)value of UVC alloy was increased by 37.7%(35%)when compared with the solution-treated ***,the nano-modulus of the developed AZ91 alloy was also significantly increased to 62 GPa by statistical nanoindentation tests,which could be ascribed to increased Mg_(17)Al_(12) precipitates and decreased c/a value to some *** general,this work provides a new insight into the design and preparation of high-performance magnesium alloys by UVC at room temperature.

To address the practical problems of algorithm inference timeliness and the complex environment in industrial settings, The presented dissertation introduces a comprehensive human-object interaction recognition technique, leveraging the attention-based architecture of the Transformer model. By sampling key features at different scales from the industrial complex environment and using Transformer's attention mechanism to aggregate global information, the algorithm achieves accurate detection of targets in complex environments while eliminating post-processing processes such as non-maximal value suppression to achieve real-time detection. Moreover, a deformable attention module is used to optimize small target detection and the multi-headed attention mechanism of Transformer, which adaptively adjusts the position and shape of the feature extraction window, reducing the computational effort of the attention computation process and accelerating the model training time. The investigation outcomes reveal that the introduced HOI-centric technique for identifying mobile phone infractions within industrial safety contexts exhibits superior accuracy in detection and notable enhancements in computational efficiency when benchmarked against other sophisticated algorithms in the expanded mobile phone category within the HICO-DET dataset. © 2024 IEEE.

Night-time warming is vital for human production and daily *** methods like active heaters are energy-intensive,while passive insulating films possess restrictions regarding space consumption and the lack of heat *** this work,a nanophotonic-based night-time warming strategy that passively inhibits thermal radiation of objects while actively harnessing that of atmosphere is *** using a photonic-engineered thin film that exhibits high reflectivity(~0.91)in the atmospheric transparent band(8-14μm)and high absorptivity(~0.7)in the atmospheric radiative band(5-8 and 14-16μm),temperature rise of 2.1℃/4.4℃compared to typical low-e film and broadband absorber is ***,net heat loss as low as 9Wm-2 is experimentally observed,compared to 16 and 39Wm-2 for low-e film and broadband absorber,*** strategy suggests an innovative way for sustainable warming,thus contributes to addressing the challenges of climate change and promoting global carbon neutrality.

Haptophytes(Eukaryota,Hacrobia)play a crucial role in the energy budget and element cycling of diverse aquatic ecosystems due to their ability to engage in both phototrophic and mixotrophic nutritional ***,there is a significant lack of knowledge regarding the short-term variations,such as diel dynamics,of their ecological *** a short time frame in the summer of 2018,samples were collected from three distinct water layers in the South China Sea,including surface water,the deep chlorophyll maximum(DCM)layer,and 200 m *** in situ hybridization coupled with tyramide signal amplification was used to quantify haptophyte cell *** haptophyte communities in all three water layers were composed of cells 2-5μm in size,while the proportion of cells<2μm increased with water ***-throughput sequencing of the V4 hypervariable regions of the SSU rRNA revealed that Chrysochromulina and Phaeocystis predominated the community,and the former was more abundant in the surface water and 200 m depth and the latter was more abundant in the DCM *** abundance of small cells(<2μm and 2-5μm)during the night was found compared to the day time,whereas large cells(5-10μm and 10-20μm)were more prevalent during the day *** results of correlation analyses showed that haptophyte abundance was possibly impacted by both environmental biotic(heterotrophic nanoflagellates,heterotrophic bacteria,and viruses)and abiotic(temperature,salinity,and nutrients)factors.
