Multi-view based molecular properties prediction learning has received widely attention in recent years in terms of its potential for the downstream tasks in the field of drug discovery. However, the consistency of different molecular view representations and the full utilization of complementary information among them in existing multi-view molecular property prediction methods remain to be further explored. Furthermore, most current methods focus on generating global level representations at the graph level with information from different molecular views (e.g., 2D and 3D views) assuming that the information can be corresponded to each other. In fact it is not unusual that for example the conformation change or computational errors may lead to discrepancies between views. To addressing these issues, we propose a new Cross-View contrastive unification guides Generative Molcular pre-trained model, call MolCVG. We first focus on common and private information extraction from 2D graph views and 3D geometric views of molecules, Minimizing the impact of noise in private information on subsequent strategies. To exploit both types of information in a more refined way, we propose a cross-view contrastive unification strategy to learn cross-view global information and guide the reconstruction of masked nodes, thus effectively optimizing global features and local descriptions. Extensive experiments on real-world molecular data sets demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach for molecular property prediction task. © 2024 ACM.

Among the many numerical calculation methods for thermal analysis, the finite element method has become the most versatile numerical calculation tool due to its good simulation capability for complex geometric boundaries and inhomogeneous material properties. In this paper, we propose a fast finite element solution method for transient thermal analysis of microwave tubes, which adopts a post-Eulerian time iteration format for finite element time discretization to ensure the stability of the time iteration algorithm. Based on the theory of fast finite element for thermal analysis of microwave tubes, the transient thermal analysis module in TS[1], a thermal analysis simulation design software with full intellectual property rights is developed. By modelling the transient thermal analysis of microwave tubes and comparing with the commercial software ANSYS, the computational accuracy and computational performance of TS are verified. © 2023 IEEE.

Nine-steam-nine-bask is a traditional method for the processing of polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,which is a homology plant of medicine and food,but why is nine cycles of steam-bask needed is still not *** study aims to investigate the changes of functional components caused by each processing cycle and optimize the best number of processing cycles for the preparation of *** was found that the content of total polysaccharide decreased with the increase of processing cycles and stabled at about 5.2 g/100 g,which was reduced by 45.81%compared with raw polygonatum(10.899 g/100 g,p<0.05).However,the contents of saponins,phenols and flavonoids as well as the in vitro antioxidant activity of polygonatum showed an increasing trend,which had slight fluctuations after the fourth processing ***,a total of 48 volatile components and 221 non-volatile components were identified by GC-MS and UPLC-Q Exactive MS/MS,*** them,2,3-butanediol was the major numb-taste component in polygonatum which could be eliminated by processing and 113 differential non-volatile components were *** sum up,the four processing cycles could be sufficient for edible and medicine without the need of nine-steam-nine-bask.

The traditional physical optics (PO) method is faced with the difficulty of dividing light regions and dark regions for the electrically large scattering problem. To compensate for these shortcomings, an improved PO method is presented in this paper, including multiple shielding or oblique incidence at different angles. Compared with the traditional PO method, this paper provides an important technology on multiple shielding or oblique incidence by three-layer nesting steps. Combining with coarse mesh, refined mesh, and some key projection techniques, this method can effectively deal with the object occlusion. Especially for the complex physical model, the radar cross section can be quickly and accurately solved. As a result, it's helpful to simulate and design different electromagnetic problems. © 2023 IEEE.

Present study describes the homology modeling and molecular dynamics simulation study of COI gene of a hill stream loach,Balitora brucei. The barcoded sequences of the selected fish species (KY800366;KY867680) were processed by Modeler and 38 related homologs were obtained. Based on the lowest E-Value, 3AQ2A was selected as the best template for the analysis. Among the five models that obtained from the analysis, AQP2.B7777906 was found to be the best model with the smallest DOPE value. ERRAT score of the generated model was found to be 86.818%. The ProQ result shows the LG score of the model as 3.708 which signifies that the model lies in good-quality protein model range. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In this paper, a novel low-loss, low-cost air-filled post-wall waveguide (PWWG) based on the column grid array (CGA) packaging is proposed for millimeter-wave (mm-W) applications. The CGA-PWWG consists of the upper and lower metal plates and copper columns stacked up using a metal bonding process. The dimensions and spacings for the copper column grid array are optimized in the V-band. The electromagnetic waves can propagate through the air-filled CGA-PWWG without leakage. According to the simulated and measured results, it is verified that an extremely low loss of 0.0032 dB/mm was achieved in the V-band CGA-PWWG, which has the features of low cost, low loss, and high applicability for mm-W communication systems. © 2023 IEEE.

The single-stage multiport inverter (SSMPI)-fed motor drives enable direct connection from the dc-side energy sources to the ac motor without utilizing any dc/dc converters, which feature high power density and high efficiency of the overall system. However, the output power of each source is highly coupled with the motor control in this topology, which provides poor flexibility of power control. To address this problem, a decoupling control strategy is proposed in this paper. First, an asymmetrical carrier-based modulation strategy is adopted to ensure the high performance of the motor control by fully considering the voltage variation of sources. Then, injecting different values of the zero-sequence voltage adds a degree of freedom for controlling the output power of sources. With the proposed method, the flexible power control is realized without affecting the performance of the motor control. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified through experiments on a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)-based laboratory prototype. © 2023 IEEE.

A 132GHz frequency tripler in 65-nm CMOS with low power consumption is proposed in this paper. The design includes a balanced frequency tripler and two driving amplifier(DA). This design integrates transformer and current reuse structures in the inter-stage matching between the frequency tripler and the driving amplifier, significantly decreasing DC power consumption. The 3dB bandwidth of the tripler is 123.3 GHz ∼ 139.2 GHz(12.11%), the peak conversion gain(CG) is 2.1 dB at 132GHz and the harmonic rejection ratio in operating band is higher than *** frequency tripler consumes 19.9 mW DC power, and the size of the chip is 0.12 mm2 © 2024 IEEE.

On the Internet, for the stealthy link flooding attack, a defender needs to accurately identify the victim persistent routes (PRs) out of links. However, such an issue is unconcerned and challenged by the difficulty in precisely distinguishing the flood flow features in time series from the benign ones. To address the issue, we propose a novel PR identification mechanism (PIM). PIM periodically extracts the flow features of each link, and then identifies each PR by determining the flood proportion in the link via our classification model. The model is LSTM or RNN with customized inner layer parameters, efficiently trained in offline. To evaluate the accuracy, we simulate LFA in a synthesized topology, with benign flows reproduced from the real traces. The results demonstrate that, compared with RNN, PIM with LSTM is more effective in identifying PRs with 99.0% accuracy and 0.991% loss rate, in one epoch convergence time on average. © 2023 IEEE.
