An iterative method for bilinear systems identification by means of Walsh functions is presented. The precision of estimation can be fairly improved by this modified method. Various input signals used for identification are compared. It is verified by digital simulation that this method is efficient not only for deterministic bilinear systems, but also for cases with a certain noise-to-signal ratio. The application of this method to a real heat-exchanger identification demonstrates that this method is feasible for practical industrial processes.

In this paper, the distributed consensus control of multiple Euler-Lagrange dynamics under digraphs via the dynamic event-triggering mechanism is studied. By designing the upper-level reference model and introducing an auxiliary variable, a novel distributed dynamic event-triggered consensus control protocol is proposed, which allows to separate neighboring information interaction from local dynamics control and thus simplifies the design process. Owing to this treatment, consensus of agents can be reached without continuous state transmission and Zeno behavior. Finally, numerical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.

In the paper three different methods of diagnostic reasoning with application of fuzzy sets theory were briefly presented and discussed. Fuzzy logic application gives the opportunity of introducing diagnostic signal certainty degrees what is particularly important when taking into account industrial applications. The considerations were done under assumption of single faults. Fault symptom dynamic is not directly considered here. Time-to-diagnose and applicability aspects were chosen as a key factors for the comparison of the presented reasoning approaches. The advantages of serial-parallel diagnostic reasoning over either parallel or serial reasoning were underlined. Comparative examples of serial, parallel and serial-parallel reasoning were presented.

Circuit design of pulse-potential ADC with a small quantity of passive and active components is worked out for mixed-signal SoC. The main error convention fractions of that kind are examined and it is shown that potential accuracy surpasses traditional ADC. The appropriateness of using a multidifferential operational amplifier in such interfaces is shown.
