It is well known that the ultrasound is used in various fields like medical applications, non-destructive inspection and many other manufacturing processes. Piezoelectric transducers are used most frequently to generate ultrasound. In particular, piezoelectric ceramic transducers like PZT are used most frequently. However, for the generation of high frequency ultrasound from 10 to 20 MHz, PZT transducer is difficult to handle because thickness is less than 0.2 mm. Therefore, our purpose of study is to form PZT piezoelectric films with hydrothermal method and to develop ultrasound sensors with resonant frequency of a few MHz to a few hundreds MHz. Ultrasound sensors with resonant frequency of a few MHz which were difficult to be fabricated by conventional hydrothermal method were manufactured and their performance in water was studied and reported. These results show the feasibility of the fabrication of ultrasound sensors of frequency from a few MHz to a few hundreds MHz by hydrothermal method.

Software testing is a very important phase for software project process. It is a very difficult job for a software manager to allocate optimally the financial budget to a software project during testing. This article considers the problem of optimal allocation of the software testing cost. There exist several models focused on the development of software costs measuring the number of software errors remaining in the software during testing. The purpose of this paper is to use these models to formulate the optimization problems of resource allocation: Minimization of the total number of software errors remaining in the system;On the condition of assuming that a software project consists of some independent modules, the presented approach extends previous works by defining new goal functions and extending the primary assumption and precondition.

In this paper, an explicit expression to compute H/sup /spl infin// norm, which is recently obtained for continuous-time state-space symmetric systems by using a particular solution of the bounded real lemma for a symmetric system, is extended to more general case of continuous-time symmetric systems and also to discrete-time symmetric systems. In this paper, a genetic algorithm based on Infeasibility Degree (IFD) selection is proposed for constrained optimization problems. Initial solutions and intermediate solutions are allowed to be feasible as well as infeasible as penalty function methods. The infeasibility degree of a solution (IFD) is defined as the sum of the square value of all the constraints violation and the infeasibility degree selection of the population is designed through checking whether the IFD of a solution is less than or equal to a threshold value or not to decide the candidate solution is acceptable or refusable. The method is divided into two stages: first, initial IFD selection is carried out to produce enough initial feasible solution;then the GAs based on Annealing IFD selection is applied to search for the feasible optimum solution. Two selected problems are used to test the algorithm performance.

Multi-process job schedule is a very difficult problem often faced by project managers. This study initially considers the problem of small-scale multi-process job schedule by using Stochastic Petri Nets (SPNs) technique. The SPNs model of multi-process job schedule is come up with in the paper, and then the basic steps of search algorithm for job schedule are put forward successively. On the bases of these works, the multi-process job schedule algorithm is given, and the schedule strategies are discussed at same time. For getting the optimal solution of the small-scale multi-process job schedule, the algorithm based on the random search strategy is proposed and the analysis of result believing rate is also discussed. The example of how using the search algorithm to plan the job based on SPNs is given at the last of paper.

This paper focuses on the knowledge reengineering and reusing in online organizational discussion in HWME To facilitate knowledge reengineering knowledge ontologies based on roles and functions in online organizational discussion is analyzed deeply. Then, a new method of knowledge reengineering and reusing based on roles and functions in online organizational discussion is proposed. To illustrate the structure of ontologies, we give a suppositional example of macroeconomics forecasting designed by economists.
