Robust Stability and Stabilizability Conditions for Time-Delay systems Under Stochastic Uncertainties

This study first explores the mean-square robust stability problem of stable continuous-time linear time-invariant systems subject to stochastic multiplicative uncertainties with prescribed variance bounds. The internal structures of uncertainties, however, are not presumed to cope with diverse random noises and errors arising from networked channels. A necessary and sufficient mean-square stability condition is obtained involving a novel small-gain type characterization. Next, we consider the output feedback controller synthesis problem of networked control systems facing stochastic multiplicative uncertainties and intrinsic channel-wise time delays simultaneously. Based on the obtained mean-square stability condition, further, we develop a fundamental necessary and sufficient condition of mean-square stabilizability explicitly. Such a condition equivalently determines that an open-loop unstable system can be stabilized by output feedback in the mean-square sense. Finally, an analysis of delay robustness is elaborated, in which the mean-square stabilizability condition is extended to the case tolerating uncertain but upper-bounded time delays. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the robust mean-square stability and mean-square stabilizability of time-delay systems under stochastic uncertainties, which can have practical implications for networked control systems. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

The integrated calibration method of micro-nano satellite attitude benchmark is studied. Considering the magnetic effects and residual magnetism caused by the complex magnetic environment of the satellite, an accurate measurement model for magnetometers was adopted. By using the relationship between the measured and theoretical values of the geomagnetic field, the residual magnetism and magnetic sensitivity coefficients in the magnetometer measurement model were calibrated, through the least square method of uncertain parameters of the calibration. After modeling the installation error of the solar sensor, the calibration of the solar sensor is completed, so as to realize the integrated calibration of the attitude benchmark of the micro-nano satellite. Finally, this article conducted ground experiments using telemetry data from an in orbit satellite. The experimental results showed that the proposed method reduced sensor measurement errors, improved sensor benchmark consistency, and improved attitude determination accuracy from around 10 degrees to better than 0.2 degrees, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

Plant diseases are a serious threat toworld agriculture, resulting in lower agricultural yields and financial losses. This study examines how machine learning methods could revolutionize the identification of plant diseases. The shortcomings of conventional approaches and suggest combining machine learning models with cutting-edge imaging and data processing technologies to improve the diagnosis's speed and precision. This research demonstrates how well machine learning methods, such as CNN and SVM, can distinguish between healthy and unhealthy plants. Also gone through how transfer learning can be used, especially when data is scarce, to modify previously trained models for illness detection. © 2024 IEEE.

For a low-cost micro-nano satellite that uses magnetometer as the core sensor of attitude determination system, a calibration method of relative reference between multiple magnetometer is proposed. The influence of satellite magnetic environment on magnetic field intensity measurement is studied. After considering remanence, induction and installation deviation, an accurate measurement model of magnetometer is proposed. Without introducing other high-performance attitude sensors, the relative relationship between the measurement data of different magnetometer is derived, and a magnetometer relative reference calibration method based on the least square method is proposed. Mathematical simulation shows that the proposed method reduces the relative measurement error of the magnetometer from 2000 nT to 50 nT, and then uses the telemetry data of the satellite in orbit to calibrate several magnetometer of the satellite. After injecting new parameters, the attitude difference of satellites with different magnetometer as the reference decreases from 16 degrees to less than 2 degrees, indicating that the consistency of the magnetometer reference has been significantly improved, which verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

Switching power supplies are widely used in aerospace, new energy and many other fields. During long-term operation, various electronic components in these supplies experience performance degradation due to continuous electrical and thermal stress, leading to changes in output characteristics. This is the fundamental reason affecting the reliability of switching power supplies. However, the current combination of physics of failure (PoF) models and simulation technique is imperfect, and most methods cannot achieve batch injection of multiple device failures. This paper proposes a reliability prediction simulation method for switching power supplies based on PoF model injection. By focusing on a switching circuit, the approach involves digital twin modeling and validation, failure mechanism and sensitivity analysis, key failure components degradation modeling, and batch degradation simulation. This method achieves continuous degradation data of multiple components based on the PoF model through batch injection, improving the efficiency and accuracy of reliability prediction for switching power supplies. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to effectively utilize the dielectric response characteristics of transformers to diagnose the insulation state,this paper proposes a two-level hybrid optimization method for analyzing time-domain dielectric response *** optimization algorithm is based on the combined statistical indicators(CSI)and random forest(RF)*** initial feature space set is formed with 23 time-domain *** the first-level stage,statistical indices correlation,distance,and information indicators are integrated to assess the synthesis score of the characteristics,while highly redundant and lowclass discrimination characteristics are eliminated from the initial space *** the second-level stage,the Random Forest based outside bagging data theory is introduced to evaluate the least important characteristics,and the characteristics with low importance indices are excluded to obtain the final optimal feature space *** proposed method is carried out on 82 sets of data from actual dielectric response tests on oil-paper insulation ***,the final optimal feature space set,along with several other data sets,is tested via different diagnosis *** results show that the optimal feature space set obtained via the proposed method outperforms other feature space sets in terms of better adaptability and diagnosis accuracy.

A Pango FPGA-based solution for merging and processing multiple independent video streams and reconstructing a real-time display system is presented. The system handles each video stream individually, then produces a combined video output in HDMI format. To ensure high efficiency and low latency, a parallel processing scheme and a hardware-oriented architecture are employed. The Pango PG50K FPGA board acts as the central hardware for managing inputs, reconstructing video, and producing outputs. Rapid-access DDR3-SDRAM ensures efficient data caching and signal integrity. This system is ideal for applications requiring rapid response, such as traffic monitoring and industrial automation, and supports quick algorithm iteration and optimization, enhancing performance and adaptability. © 2024 IEEE.
