Unmanned swarm system is regarded as a multi-agent system. At present, many kinds of research use deep reinforcement learning algorithms to solve the problem of multi-agent autonomous behavioral decision. The multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG) algorithm proposed by Google’s DeepMind team pioneered the application of multiple agents in collaborating and confronting complex scenarios, and can be used to solve the problem of generating an autonomous strategy for unmanned swarm in continuous action space. Experiments show that this algorithm has an unsatisfactory convergence and stability in a competitive environment. The key to multi-agent strategy optimization is the design of the reward function. Thus, the paper improves the algorithm of the reward model for multi-agent behaviors in the confrontational environment. First, the advantages of the MADDPG algorithm for implementing multi-agent behavioral decision in a confrontational environment and the training and execution framework of the reward function are introduced. Second, a per-distance reward mechanism and the addition of distance parameters are proposed to improve the efficiency of the agents’ behavioral decision and solve the delayed reward problem. The global sharing value reward strategy is changed to the experience pool sharing value reward strategy to avoid the phenomenon of lazy agents and improve the efficiency of the agents’ cooperation. Finally, after placing the improved reward mechanism into the MADDPG algorithm, experimental results show that the improved reward function has improved convergence, the algorithm training cycle is shortened, the function curve stabilizes faster, and multiple agents have better performance in the confrontational environment. Crowdsourcing software testing is a software testing model rising in recent years. Although many black box testing modes have achieved good results in crowdsourcing environment, few people try to migrate white box software testing to crowd-sourcing environment. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems of white box testing in crowdsourcing environment, that is, the contradiction between the sensitivity of intellectual property rights and the insecurity of crowdsourcing environment. Then we focus on the design of the go language unit crowdsourcing test task package. From the perspective of code security and meeting the test conditions, a go language unit crowdsourcing test task package division method based on static analysis is designed. Finally, the possible attack model in the unit crowd test scenario is assumed, and the risk resistance of our task package division method is analyzed.

The study of massive neutrinos and their interactions is a critical aspect of contemporary cosmology. Recent advances in parallel computation and high-performance computing provide new opportunities for accurately constraining Large-Scale Structures (LSS). In this paper, we introduce the TianNu cosmological N-body simulation during the co-evolution of massive neutrino and cold dark matter components via the CUBEP3M code running on the supercomputer Tianhe-2 and TianNu’s connected works. We start by analyzing 2.537 × 107 dark halos from the scientific data of TianNu simulation, and compare their angular momentum with the matched halos from neutrino-free TianZero, revealing a dependence of angular momentum modulus on neutrino injection at scales below 50 Mpc and around 10 Mpc. In the context of personalized learning, the recommendation method aims to provide appropriate exercises for each student. And individualized knowledge status may give more effective recommendation. In this study, a priority recommendation method based on cognitive diagnosis model is proposed, and cosine similarity algorithm is applied to improve the accuracy and interpretability of recommendation. Then the performance of the methods was compared under cognitive diagnosis models. The experimental results show that the method proposed achieves more accurate results and better performance.

Learning Coated Adversarial Camouflages for Object Detectors

An adversary can fool deep neural network object detectors by generating adversarial noises. Most of the existing works focus on learning local visible noises in an adversarial "patch" fashion. However, the 2D patch attached to a 3D object tends to suffer from an inevitable reduction in attack performance as the viewpoint changes. To remedy this issue, this work proposes the Coated Adversarial Camouflage (CAC) to attack the detectors in arbitrary viewpoints. Unlike the patch trained in the 2D space, our camouflage generated by a conceptually different training framework consists of 3D rendering and dense proposals attack. Specifically, we make the camouflage perform 3D spatial transformations according to the pose changes of the object. Based on the multi-view rendering results, the top-n proposals of the region proposal network are fixed, and all the classifications in the fixed dense proposals are attacked simultaneously to output errors. In addition, we build a virtual 3D scene to fairly and reproducibly evaluate different attacks. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of CAC over the existing attacks, and it shows impressive performance both in the virtual scene and the real world. In the experiment teaching of Web application security course, we introduce a teaching assistant system -DVWA, which is vulnerable to the most common types of web application. We design the experiment cases for each Web application vulnerability from two aspects of attack and defense based on DVWA, and apply the multi-round progressive attack-defense confrontation mode to organize the experiment teaching. Teaching practice shows that the method increases the interest of students' learning and improves their ability of Web attack-defense. © 2019 IEEE.

Novel Cosmological Joint Constraints in Multidimensional Observables Space with Redshift-free Inferences

Cosmology constraints serve as a crucial criterion in discriminating cosmological models. The traditional combined method to constrain the cosmological parameters designates the corresponding theoretical value and observational data as functions of redshift, however, sometimes the redshift cannot be measured directly, or the measurement error is large, or the definition of redshift is controversial. In this paper, we propose a novel joint method to constrain parameters that eliminates the redshift z and makes full use of the multiple observables {F1,obs, F2,obs, · · ·, FM,obs} spanning in M-dimensional joint observables space. Considering the generality of the mathematical form of the cosmological models and the guidance from low to high dimensions, we firstly validate our method in a three-dimensional joint observables space spanned by H(z), fσ8(z) and DA(z), where the three coordinates can be considered redshift-free measurements of the same celestial body (or shared-redshift data reconstructed model independently). Our results are consistent with the traditional combined method but with lower errors, yielding H0 = 68.7 ±0.1 km s−1 Mpc−1, Ωm0 = 0.289 ±0.003, σ8 = 0.82 ±0.01 and showing alleviated parametric degeneracies to some extent. In principle, our joint constraint method allows an extended form keeping the redshift information as an independent coordinate and can also be readilydegraded to the form of a traditional combined method to constrain parameters. Camouflage greatly reduces the probability of the target being discovered, detecting the camouflage object from background is very hard for former object detection methods because they are designed to detect the object in an ideal environment. It brings difficulties to subsequent applications such as battlefield information acquisition, precision guided weapons and object tracking. To deal with the problem, in this paper, a new complete camouflage people detection dataset is firstly constructed, then we propose strong semantic dilation network (SSDN), which is specially designed to detect camouflage people in an end-to-end architecture. SSDN makes full use of semantic information in CNN and dilated convolutions are also added to enlarge the receptive field to find camouflage people. Experiments demonstrate that SSDN perform well in camouflage people detection dataset compared with other object detection methods. © 2019 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Provable Convergence of Nesterov's Accelerated Gradient Method for Over-Parameterized Neural Networks

Momentum methods, such as heavy ball method (HB) and Nesterov's accelerated gradient method (NAG), have been widely used in training neural networks by incorporating the history of gradients into the current updating process. In practice, they often provide improved performance over (stochastic) gradient descent (GD) with faster convergence. Despite these empirical successes, theoretical understandings of their accelerated convergence rates are still lacking. Recently, some attempts have been made by analyzing the trajectories of gradient-based methods in an over-parameterized regime, where the number of the parameters is significantly larger than the number of the training instances. However, the majority of existing theoretical work is mainly concerned with GD and the established convergence result of NAG is inferior to HB and GD, which fails to explain the practical success of NAG. In this paper, we take a step towards closing this gap by analyzing NAG in training a randomly initialized over-parameterized two-layer fully connected neural network with ReLU activation. Despite the fact that the objective function is non-convex and non-smooth, we show that NAG converges to a global minimum at a non-asymptotic linear rate (1 − Θ(1/√κ))t, where κ > 1 is the condition number of a gram matrix and t is the number of the iterations. Compared to the convergence rate (1 − Θ(1/κ))t of GD, our result provides theoretical guarantees for the acceleration of NAG in neural network training. Furthermore, our findings suggest that NAG and HB have similar convergence rate. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments on six benchmark datasets to validate the correctness of our theoretical results. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Basalt ﬁber reinforced polymer (BFRP) bars can replace steel bars in concrete protective structures and have advantages in corrosion resistance and high load-bearing capacity. In this paper, the BFRP-bar reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels (BFRP-AACPs) were designed and prepared. Based on close-in explosion experiments, the dynamic responses and failure modes of the BFRP-AACPs were revealed. Through quasi-static four-point-bending experiments, the residual load capacity of each BFRP-AACP was evaluated, which quantitatively reveals the damage degree of the exploded BFRP-AACP. Combined with the equivalent static load method, the critical scaled distance of the designed panel is 2.08 m/kg 1/3 , which provides a basis for the application of the BFRP-AACP. © 2022, The Authors.
