Basalt ﬁber reinforced polymer (BFRP) bars can replace steel bars in concrete protective structures and have advantages in corrosion resistance and high load-bearing capacity. In this paper, the BFRP-bar reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels (BFRP-AACPs) were designed and prepared. Based on close-in explosion experiments, the dynamic responses and failure modes of the BFRP-AACPs were revealed. Through quasi-static four-point-bending experiments, the residual load capacity of each BFRP-AACP was evaluated, which quantitatively reveals the damage degree of the exploded BFRP-AACP. Combined with the equivalent static load method, the critical scaled distance of the designed panel is 2.08 m/kg 1/3 , which provides a basis for the application of the BFRP-AACP. © 2022, The Authors. A Heterogeneous Branch and Multi-Level Classification Network for Person Re-Identification

Convolutional neural networks with multiple branches have recently been proved highly effective in person re-identification (re-ID). Researchers design multi-branch networks using part models, yet they always attribute the effectiveness to multiple parts. In addition, existing multi-branch networks always have isomorphic branches, which lack structural diversity. In order to improve this problem, we propose a novel Heterogeneous Branch and Multi-level Classification Network (HBMCN), which is designed based on the pre-trained ResNet-50 model. A new heterogeneous branch, SE-Res-Branch, is proposed based on the SE-Res module, which consists of the Squeeze-and-Excitation block and the residual block. Furthermore, a new multi-level classification joint objective function is proposed for the supervised learning of HBMCN, whereby multi-level features are extracted from multiple high-level layers and concatenated to represent a person. Based on three public person re-ID benchmarks (Market1501, DukeMTMC-reID and CUHK03), experimental results show that the proposed HBMCN reaches 94.4%, 85.7% and 73.8% in Rank-1, and 85.7%, 74.6% and 69.0% in mAP, achieving a state-of-the-art performance. Further analysis demonstrates that the specially designed heterogeneous branch performs better than an isomorphic branch, and multilevel classification provides more discriminative features compared to single-level classification. As a result, HBMCN provides substantial further improvements in person re-ID tasks. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Efficient and fair material distribution is crucial in both supply chain management and emergency situations. Existing research is still immature in terms of issues such as the shortage of materials and uncertainty in customer *** paper proposes a new two-stage vehicle path planning method to address the imbalance between supply and demand of relief materials (e.g., food) and demand uncertainty in emergencies, such as war,public health crises, etc. Synergistic two-stage routing problem integrating automated mobile loading (AML) systems and trucks (A&V-TSRP) To optimize the fairness and efficiency of material distribution, a Mixed-Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) model has been *** study innovatively considers distance factors and demand uncertainties, proposing a fair and efficient distribution strategy. The improved algorithm combines adaptive large neighborhood search as well as not allowed search with enhanced operators, greedy selection, and an exchange strategy. An empirical study, based in Shanghai Pudong, verifies the model and algorithm's effectiveness, showcasing a total cost reduction of 18.73% compared to the Gurobi solver and reductions of 27.28%, 20.96%, and 28.58% compared to three other heuristic algorithms. In addition, AMLs combined with trucks reduced the total costs by 37% and saved 42% in delivery time compared to using a single truck. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Radioactive iodine removal continues to pose significant challenges. This study synthesizes six types of Cu2O nanocrystals with varying exposures of crystal facets and edges and an abundance of oxygen vacancies (OVs), leveraging the benefits of facet and defect engineering. Compared to pure {100} and {111} exposed Cu2O, {100}+{111} co-exposed Cu2O exhibited superior adsorption capacity and rate for iodide ions (I-), achieving a removal efficiency of 96% for trace I- (0.1 mg/L). Moreover, OVs significantly contribute to iodide ion (I-) adsorption. Experimental and DFT analyses confirmed that the active sites on {100}/{111} crystal edges possess the highest affinity for I-. The introduction of OVs disrupts the charge balance of the Cu2O surface and reveals unsaturated coordination sites of Cu, significantly increasing the affinity for I-. This research offers insights into the design of effective iodide ion (I-) adsorption materials using crystal facet and defect engineering strategies. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

With the rise of crowdsourced software testing in recent years, the issuers of crowd test tasks can usually collect a large number of test reports after the end of the task. These reports have insufficient validity and completeness, and manual review often takes a lot of time and effort. The crowdsourced test task publisher hopes that after the crowdsourced platform collects the test report, it can analyze the validity and completeness of the report to determine the severity of the report and improve the efficiency of crowdsourced software testing. In the past ten years, researchers have used various technologies (such as natural language processing, information retrieval, machine learning, deep learning) to assist in analyzing reports to improve the efficiency of report review. We have summarized the relevant literature of report analysis in the past ten years, and then classified from report classification, duplicate report detection, report prioritization, report refactoring, and summarized the most important research work in each area. Finally, we propose research trends in these areas and analyze the challenges and opportunities facing crowdsourced test report analysis.

in this paper, the availability of data in a big data environment is used as an application requirement. The general method of populating non-inferential missing values based on function dependencies on external data is improved. A method of using external data to fill in missing values is proposed. Types of network data to query, each query has a trust value, multiple queries may have the same result, a trust value combination mechanism is used to calculate the trust value of the query result according to the trust value of the query, and execute as few as possible The query will use the most likely correct (highest trust value) query result as the final fill value. The experimental results show that the query construction method proposed in this paper, as well as the optimization and strategy selection of the trust value calculation method, can effectively improve the efficiency of query based on a large amount of external data. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper studied and analyzed three algorithms which can be used to detect similar duplicate data records. Among them, the two commonly used duplicate data detection algorithms are basic sorted-neighborhood method (SNM) and priority queue algorithm. Both of them are based on sorting-merger thought. The third one is Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN). The paper also discussed some key problems in the application and implementation of algorithms, including how to choose the attributes of data records and calculate the similarity between these attributes of two records, the choice of the sort algorithm, the setting of sliding window size and queue length. The paper realized three algorithms by programming based on Matlab platform, as well as some technologies related to algorithms. The paper verified related conclusions and evaluated three algorithms by testing a lot of loaded data sets. The paper finally provided the instruction to apply these algorithms. © 2019 IEEE.

Online courses are short of face-to-face and direct communication compared with classroom teaching, and the in-depth communication between teachers and students can only occur in the environment of high level of teaching presence. Therefore, how to establish and evaluate the presence in online teaching is the research objective. For the evaluation of teaching presence of online teaching, two-level evaluation index system is set up in a hierarchical way in our research. The first-level evaluation indexes include design organization;facilitate discussion and direct guidance. The primary evaluation index is refined in the second level evaluation indexes. The SPOC course 'computer composition principle' is evaluated according to the two-level evaluation indexes. By analyzing the result, it can be concluded that the teaching presence evaluation indexes can provide effective references for teachers to improve teaching methods and teaching design, and form closed-loop feedback. © 2019 IEEE.

Aiming at the sparsity problem of data set in the field of information recommendation, a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on random forest filling is proposed. First, ID3 algorithm is adopted to construct the decision trees and the random forest is composed of the decision trees. Then, according to the steps of the proposed filling algorithm, the missing values of the data set are predicted using random forest and then be filled. Besides, the mean and the mode filling methods are used for a contrast. Finally, the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is tested for the datasets processed by different methods. Experimental results show that compared with the general recommendation algorithm and the recommendation algorithm based on the mean and the mode filling, the proposed recommendation algorithm based on random forest filling significantly improves the F value of the recommendation result and further guarantees the quality of the recommendation result. © 2019 IEEE.
