By comparing the predicted number of defects with the number found in crowdsourced test in real time, people can dynamically assess the progress of crowdsourced test tasks. In this paper, we propose a cross-project dynamic defect prediction model (CPDDPM) for crowdsourced test to predict the number of defects in real time. In the construction of training dataset, we use density-based clustering method to select instances from the multiple source project datasets and build the initial training dataset. In the dynamic correction, CPDDPM iteratively corrects the prediction model using crowdsourced test reports and ability attributes of the crowdsourced testers until the predicted results converge. We collected project defect datasets on the crowdsourced test platform, and evaluated prediction accuracy of CPDDPM by using relative error and prediction at level l. The results show that CPDDPM can greatly improve the prediction performance of defect number.

The Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK–STAT) control natural killer (NK) cells development and cytotoxic functions, however, whether long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in this pathway remains unknown. We found that miR155HG was elevated in activated NK cells and promoted their proliferation and effector functions in both NK92 and induced-pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)-derived NK (iPSC-NK) cells, without reliance on its derived miR-155 and micropeptide P155. Mechanistically, miR155HG bound to miR-6756 and relieved its repression of JAK3 expression, thereby promoting the JAK–STAT pathway and enhancing NK cell proliferation and function. Further investigations disclosed that upon cytokine stimulation, STAT3 directly interacts with miR155HG promoter and induces miR155HG transcription. Collectively, we identify a miR155HG-mediated positive feedback loop of the JAK–STAT signaling. Our study will also provide a power target regarding miR155HG for improving NK cell generation and effector function in the field of NK cell adoptive transfer therapy against cancer, especially iPSC-derived NK cells. © 2025 The Author(s)

Radioactive iodine poses a significant risk for cancer and genetic diseases due to its high toxicity and environmental mobility. In this study, we designed a composite material, δ-Bi2O3/MOF-808 (Bi/M), featuring a double Z-scheme interface, for the removal of iodide ions (I-) via photo-oxidation-adsorption synergy. The 60-Bi/M composite achieved an I- removal efficiency of 287 mg/g, with photo-oxidation contributing 33.4% of the total removal. The I- removal efficiency of 60-Bi/M was 1.7 times higher than δ-Bi2O3 and 4.1 times higher than MOF-808. This enhancement is attributed to the uniform distribution of δ-Bi2O3 and the presence of oxygen vacancies (OVs) on the surface, which provide ample adsorption sites. Additionally, the oxidation of I- is facilitated by various reactive oxygen species (•O2-, •OH, and H2O2) and the Z-scheme interfaces between MOF-808/δ-Bi2O3 and δ-Bi2O3/Bi4O5I2. The photo-oxidation-adsorption mechanism was thoroughly investigated through adsorption experiments, product analysis, and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Furthermore, 60-Bi/M demonstrated rapid removal kinetics, high selectivity, and excellent acid resistance. This work offers systematic insights into designing effective adsorbents for radioactive iodide removal that incorporate photo-oxidation processes. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The watermarking detection algorithm for vector geographic data was designed based on the detected watermark bits characteristic. Firstly, the statistical characteristic of extracted watermark bits was analyzed;the probability-distribution function of detected watermark bits corresponding to the certain index was established on the condition that there was no watermark in detected data. And then a watermarking self-detection algorithm is present for vector geographic data. Finally, the experiments were made to verify the robustness and detection efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The experimental results show that we can judge whether there is watermark in detected data or not without the participation of the original data and the original watermark, and the proposed watermarking detection is more efficient than the common watermarking detection. The proposed algorithm has good performance in the aspects of self-detection, robustness and detection efficiency. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Existing multi-label learning algorithms mostly assume that all class labels in an obtained data set are completely accurate. This assumption is rarely valid. As the scale of the label space increases, owing to limited domain knowledge and differences among methods of data acquisition, some examples will be unlabeled or mislabeled. The introduction of such noise results in the poor performance of trained multi-label classifiers. This paper proposes a new method for multi-label learning with label noise, called low-rank-constraint-based multi-label learning with label noise (ML-LRC), by incorporating low-rank matrix recovery and features selection into the learning process. First, we assume that two strongly correlated labels share more samples than two weakly correlated labels. Based on this assumption, the ML-LRC applies low-rank constraints to the label matrix to mine the local correlations of class labels and remove noise from the observed label matrix. Second, we believe that each class label only correlates to some features. So we control the sparsity of the coefficient matrix to filter out label-specific features, which can reduce the complexity of the model and greatly improve the performance of the classifier. The accelerated proximal gradient method and alternating direction method of multipliers are adopted to solve the problem. Experiments conducted on four benchmark multi-label datasets demonstrate the competitive performance of our proposed method compared with several state-of-the-art methods.

Three-Dimensional Numerical Analysis of Natural Gas Diffusion Characteristics and Ventilation Strategy in Utility Tunnels

As a newly developed infrastructure, the utility tunnel has gained significant prominence in China. However, installing natural gas pipelines in utility tunnels poses considerable safety risks due to their inflammable and explosive nature. Currently, the specification only provides the lower limit value of the air change rate of the natural gas compartment, and the existing research does not combine the leakage with the air change rate. Therefore, in the actual project, if the natural gas pipeline leaks in the utility tunnel, there may be too much ventilation volume, causing severe energy consumption, or insufficient ventilation can not timely remove the danger of the natural gas compartment. A three-dimensional mathematical model of natural gas dynamic diffusion in utility tunnels is established based on the characteristics of gas jet diffusion in narrow and long confined spaces. The research reveals that pipeline pressure and leak hole size are the primary factors influencing ventilation control effectiveness in utility tunnels. The study identifies an effective air change rate for leak apertures of 4-8mm and pressures of 0.4-1.6MPa, and proposes a correlation formula between the effective air change rate and gas flow through the leak hole. These findings provide valuable insights for ensuring the safe operation of gas pipelines in utility tunnels and the standardization of accident ventilation *** a newly developed infrastructure, the utility tunnel has gained significant prominence in China. Spectrum-based security bug localization by analyzing error propagation

Software security bug is one of the key threats to the security of software systems. Isolating security bugs that may be potential security bugs is important. We formalize a program error propagation based model (PEP), which used to be applied to locate integer bug and our contribution are as follows: We formulate a theory model based on the mechanism of how the security bug triggers the program error propagation and propose a security bug localization approach by applying spectrum-based fault-localization (SFL) technique, a novel method to locate software fault to alleviate false negative and false positive problem. Our experimental results show that: 1)Our model is more effective than present ones to locate nearly 97% integer bug and buffer overflow which are the main security bugs by examining 50% codes on average;2) Compared with the traditional techniques, SFL can find 100% of integer bugs and buffer overflow so it is a promising, technology roadmap to reduce false negative and false positive for locating security bugs. © 2020 Totem Publisher, Inc.

Multi-unarmed aerial vehicle (UAV) collaborative mission planning is a key technology for the intelligent development of UAV clusters at this stage, where mission assignment under multiple constraints is a core part of UAV mission planning technology. The poor planning ability of an UAV swarm often leads to resource waste and revenue reduction during mission execution, while the adoption of task allocation in the multi-target tracking of UAV clusters guarantees the highest profit. Algorithms of traditional pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) and contract network protocol reflect defects of low timeliness and high time costs, respectively. Compared with these methods, the multilevel PIO algorithm maximizes the efficiency and profitability of the overall tracking task. A staged UAV cluster task allocation architecture was constructed to complete the global optimal initialization before tracking, and then a parallel auction contract network was employed to further perform the local optimal redistribution of each UAV. The simulation results suggest that this scheme not only guides cluster allocation in stages but also decreases the negotiatory time of a UAV cluster to in-crease the integral profitability under multiple constraints, such as prohibited areas. © 2023, The Authors.
