The wargame deduction is the application of wargame. It refers to the use of boards and wargame pieces representing the battlefield and its military power, or based on the virtual battlefield environment and force of the computer, based on military rules and probability theory, simulating war confrontation. The process deduction and evaluation optimization of the combat plan is an activity that uses wargame to simulate war and is a tool for combat simulation. In this paper, the actual or assumed situation is used to simulate the military actions of two or more opposing parties. The deep reinforcement learning and exploration strategy is used to improve the realistic function of the wargame simulation and the deductive pushability function, and systematically study the wargame technology. Advancing operational decision-making and military training has certain practical and strategic significance.

Wargame can effectively improve the fidelity and efficiency of combat deduction, and has the ability to solve complex military problems. It is theoretical and military significance to carry out the research on the development and application of computer wargame system. In this paper, the method of knowledge representation and reasoning of fuzzy Petri nets is applied to the strategy of wargame deduction. The characteristics of the graphs are used to represent different variables with different symbols, which can form a concise PN map. This PN map can be used for the force representation and reasoning strategy in the wargame system. The results show that the Petri net-based knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is very effective for the wargame strategy.

Metamorphic testing for oracle problem in integer bug detection

Integer defects are an important cause of software quality degradation. An explicit expected output plays an important role in the traditional theory of software testing, but it is very difficult for much software to get the expected output since ascertaining the validity of the actual output is very hard. Integer bugs are always ignored because of the Test Oracle problem. A metamorphic relationship that can find out the potential error is presented. The experimental results show that the mean of integer bugs detection based on the metamorphosis relation can detect the invisible unexpected output, which is unable to get in traditional means. In addition, the effectiveness of detecting integer defects is improved. © 2018 Totem Publishers Ltd. All rights reserved.

Earth stations(ES) play a vitally important role in satellite communication systems(SCS), and the evaluation of earth stations is in deadly need with the rapid development of SCS application market, but only a few researches have been done on it. In this paper, an earth station marking scheme based on TOPSIS, which is one of the most popular MCDM method, is proposed. By this scheme, the marking result is rational, comprehensive, interpretable and comparable. To take both people's preferences on criteria and objectivity of the result into account, pairwise comparison matrix method is used to calculate weights of criteria. Instead of constructing ideal solution from extreme criteria values of alternatives, fixed positive and negative ideal solutions(FPIS and FNIS) are proposed to avoid rank reversal and keep the result consistent.

Machine learning applications have achieved impressive results in many areas and provided effective solution to deal with image recognition, automatic driven, voice processing etc. problems. As these applications are adopted by multiple critical areas, their reliability and robustness becomes more and more important. Software testing is a typical way to ensure the quality of applications. Approaches for testing machine learning applications are needed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of several machine learning algorithms and concludes the main challenges of testing machine learning applications. Then, multiple preliminary techniques are presented according to the challenges. Moreover, the paper demonstrates how these techniques can be used to solve the problems during the testing of machine learning applications. © 2018 Totem Publisher, Inc. All rights reserved.

Noise is one of the most challenging tasks in medical images which is happening during transmission and acquisition, and as a result, it complicates a subsequent medical image analysis task. This paper proposes a novel local receptive field smoothing network (FS-Net) for medical image denoising by introducing smoothing priors of receptive field of intermediate CNN layers. First, for a receptive field of a CNN, each of its values smoothing properties are retained by weighting their local neighborhoods (i.e., after smoothing, each new neurons are the weighted average of its neighborhoods). The weights are calculated using the similarity of their corresponding receptive field (i.e., the similarity between the receptive field used to calculate a receptive fields value and the receptive field used to calculate their corresponding neighborhoods) and this keeps the smoothing properties. Second, by applying this smoothing prior on receptive fields of intermediate CNN layers, an end to end FSNet which directly approximate the latent clean images from its noisy version is designed. The receptive fields smoothing helps to train deeper architecture and improves the reconstructed image quality. Experimental results on Breast Mammography images reveal that the proposed method outperforms other states of the art denoising methods. © 2019 IEEE.

We report the generation of human ESC-derived,expandable hepatic organoids (hEHOs) using our newly established method with wholly defined (serum-free,feeder free) *** hEHOs stably maintain phenotypic features of bipotential liver stem/progenitor cells that can differentiate into functional hepatocytes or *** hEHOs can expand for 20 passages enabling large scale expansion to cell numbers requisite for industry or clinical *** cells from hEHOs display remarkable repopulation capacity in injured livers of FRG mice following transplantation,and they differentiate in vivo into mature *** implanted into the epididymal fat pads of immune-deficient mice,they do not generate non-hepatic lineages and have no tendency to form *** further develop a derivative model by incorporating human fetal liver mesenchymal cells (hFLMCs) into the hEHOs,referred to as hFLMC/hEHO,which can model alcoholic liver disease-associated pathophysiologic changes,including oxidative stress generation,steatosis,inflammatory mediators release and fibrosis,under ethanol *** work demonstrates that the hEHOs have considerable potential to be a novel,ex vivo pathophysiological model for studying alcoholic liver disease as well as a promising cellular source for treating human liver diseases.

Graphical user interface (GUI) testing is an important branch of software testing. Using capture-replay technology to automate GUI testing can effectively improve efficiency and save costs. However, most of the traditional capture-replay tools capture their GUI elements through the API of the SUT (System Under Test) and depend on the openness of the API;the generated scripts usually involve the internal code of the GUI elements, and the readability is not good. In this article, we proposed a capture-replay technology based on the open source tool-Sikuli, which can generate scripts with good readability based on the testers' operations and can record and playback any visual interface. © 2018 IEEE.

Autonomous process collaboration framework for C4ISR system interoperation

Interoperability plays an important role in the joint command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance(C4 ISR) operations. Coordinating and integrating operational processes to fulfill a common mission are challenged by the ever-changing battlefield and hence requires a cross-organizational process management that produces an autonomous, flexible and adaptable architecture for collaborative process evolution. The traditional business process collaboration pattern is based on the predefined "public-view" perspective and cannot meet the requirement of the joint task operations. This paper proposes a flexible visibility control mechanism and a dynamic collaboration framework for modeling and generating collaborative processes. The mechanism allows collaborators to define a set of visibility rules to generate different views of the private processes for different collaborations, which gives a great flexibility for the collaboration initiator to decide on an appropriate collaboration pattern. The framework supports collaborators to dynamically and recursively add a new process or even a new organization to an existing collaboration. Moreover, a formal representation of the processes and a set of generation algorithms are provided to consolidate the proposed theory.

A Watermarking Detection Algorithm Based on Statistical Properties for Vector Geographic Data

The watermarking detection algorithm for vector geographic data was designed based on the detected watermark bits characteristic. Firstly, the statistical characteristic of extracted watermark bits was analyzed; the probability-distribution function of detected watermark bits corresponding to the certain index was established on the condition that there was no watermark in detected data. And then a watermarking self-detection algorithm is present for vector geographic data. Finally, the experiments were made to verify the robustness and detection efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The experimental results show that we can judge whether there is watermark in detected data or not without the participation of the original data and the original watermark, and the proposed watermarking detection is more efficient than the common watermarking detection. The proposed algorithm has good performance in the aspects of self-detection, robustness and detection efficiency.
