The rapid development of information technology has a great influence on the future society. Future talents should have high-order thinking skills, such as adaptability, competence, and innovation, suitable for specific positions. Military universities undertake the important task of cultivating military talent. This work highlights the cultivation of students' computing thinking ability in the course "The Fundamentals of Computer."By carefully planning teaching time and content and using modern information technology and rich network teaching resources, the reform of online-offline blended teaching is practiced. The new teaching mode features high-order thinking skills training for students and realizes the transformation of the curriculum from knowledge output to high-order thinking ability orientation. © 2022 ACM.

As an introductory language required to learn programming, C language opens the door of programming world to students and improves their computational thinking ability. Under the guidance of OBE-BOPPPS teaching model, combined with the online teaching tools of rain classroom, the blended teaching model was explored in this study. The teaching practice indicates that the aforementioned teaching means, if comprehensively applied, can facilitate to cultivate students' high-order cognitive competence and further enhance their computational thinking ability. In the end, the teaching effect was assessed based on the performance comparison results. © 2021 IEEE.

From the perspective of blended teaching reform, the goal of teaching reform integrating OBE and classroom ideology is discussed, the supporting relationship between learning content and ability literacy is elaborated, and the teaching case design is carried out with rain classroom tools. Taking the "Huffman Tree"as an example, a hybrid teaching design based on OBE, curriculum ideology and rain classroom is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of teaching is evaluated from the results of performance comparison. © 2021 IEEE.

Computer practice teaching need efficient and lightweight online collaborative learning platform between teachers and students. Based on CSCL learning scenario, we propose a method of building online teaching platform of computer practice course by combining various lightweight mobile Internet tools, and conducts an empirical study in the course of 'Innovation engineering Practice'. The results show that lightweight online collaboration platform can promote efficient interaction between learners, improve self-management of learners, and improve learning effect and self-evaluation of learners. © 2021 IEEE.

With the development of deep neural network, especially the emergence of large scale pre-trained language model, methods based on deep learning have substantially advanced the state of the art across a variety of subtasks in natural language processing. Nevertheless, in order to get better performance, the increasing model parameters and exponential growth of training time become problems that can not be ignored. In this paper, inspired by the application of deep hashing in large-scale image retrieval, text representation learning based on deep hashing technology has been extensively explored. And we use three common subtasks in natural language processing to evaluate the proposed method. Experimental results show that deep hashing can greatly reduce the physical space cost by text representation under the condition of limited performance loss, which is of great significance in large-scale text representation, and is worthy of further exploration. © 2021 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of insufficient utilization of author information and low accuracy of the existing name disambiguation methods, a name disambiguation method based on commonly used author information entity relationship graph is proposed. The entity relationship graph is constructed according to the information of the co-authors and the authors’ affiliated institutions, years of birth, gender and degrees, and the edges in the graph is divided into two categories: the vertices in the first type edges are the authors, and the vertices in the second type edges must include any one of the affiliated institution, year of birth, gender and degree. The connection strength of two authors with the same name in the graph is calculated by following steps: first, the length of the paths is limited;second, the first type edges and the second type edges are searched respectively in the graph;then, the connection strengths of different types of paths are calculated and normalized according to the number and the length of paths, and weighted summed to obtain the connection strength between two authors;finally, the obtained connection strength is compared with the threshold to realize name disambiguation. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy than baselines. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Large Language Model-Based planning Agent with Generative Memory Strengthens Performance in Textualized World

Artificial Intelligence is increasingly being integrated into instruction-driven task planning within various external environments, such as games, compilers, and Application Programming Interfaces. Obtaining planning scenarios from Large Language Model(LLM) greatly mitigates the time and computational costs associated with rule-based and network-based approaches, but still suffers from limited contextual horizons and a lack of real-time cognitive and interactive capabilities with real environments. The engineering application point of this paper is: To address the challenges, we introduce a large language model-based task planning agent to facilitate human-computer interaction and application of LLMs in real-world task planning activities, which has a generative memory (GM-Agent) that responds to the textualized reality of planning events. The contribution in GM-Agent leverages the inherent rules and worldviews extracted from textual data, employing generative memory modules to assimilate planning knowledge from expert experiences. This framework has demonstrated state-of-the-art performance in four out of five tasks set by LandWar, matching the performance of the Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback(RLHF) model in knowledge quiz tasks, despite having an equivalent number of parameters. Additionally, we have performed comprehensive comparison and ablation studies involving LLMs and various configurations, providing a detailed analysis of performance influencers and highlighting areas requiring further exploration. © 2024, The Authors. In MEO-LEO satellite network, a MEO can establish connections with multiple LEOs at the same time. In order to maximize the use of satellite network resources, traffic allocation between MEO and LEOs is very important. This paper first describes the two-layer satellite network system model and point out the importance of traffic allocation among multiple LEO to MEO. Then, by quantifying the traffic resources that can be received by MEO and traffic requirements from multiple LEOs to MEO, and taking into account the remaining visible of MEO to LEOs, a traffic allocation strategy based on Q-learning in two-layer satellite networks was proposed, which aims to maximize the utility of LEOs to MEO in a given time. Then the paper grades the LEO traffic requirements to reduce the computational and storage complexity of the system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by simulation. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to improve the programming ability of students, teachers are actively seeking various new methods for research and practice. Based on the 'Data Structure and Program Design' course, we have carried out the exploration and practice of blended teaching, formulated instructional design based on OBE theory, constructed the teaching mode of online preview before class, offline class + online test in class, and online test after class. Practice shows that these measures improve the students' ability to analyze, express and solve problems. © 2021 IEEE.
