In B5G networks, accurate symbol timing estimate and estimation of the carrier frequency offset are both absolutely necessary. Particularly in highly mobile and interference-ridden settings, these factors are of paramount importance for sustaining high-throughput, dependable wireless communication. Estimating symbol timing and carrier frequency offset in OTFS can be difficult due to factors including the time-varying nature of Doppler shifts and interference from surrounding cells as well as the non-stationary nature of wireless channels. In such changing settings, traditional algorithms often fail to produce reliable estimations. To account for frequency changes caused by things like Doppler effects and drift, this research uses Machine Learning-Based Carrier Frequency Prediction Analysis (ML-CFPA) to implement a dynamic carrier frequency offset estimation and correction system. To preserve signal coherence and lower interference in B5G settings, carrier frequency offset adjustment is essential. communication solutions with high performance are required for these applications to ensure they can function normally despite the complexity and changeability of their contexts. The outcomes demonstrate the higher performance of the algorithm in contrast to conventional approaches, highlighting its applicability to B5G networks. Its potential as a crucial enabling technology for the B5G future has been solidified by these simulations, which verify its capacity to maintain reliable communication under a variety of real-world conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

This study addresses the challenge of sentiment analysis in Bengali Facebook comments, where users express their opinions on various topics. Existing sentiment analysis techniques have difficulty achieving high accuracy in this situation, which has inspired the creation of a fresh methodology. To improve sentiment analysis of Bengali Facebook comments, we suggest a model that combines a hybrid convolutional neural network (CNN) and a long short-term memory network (LSTM). Our research adds to the expanding area of sentiment analysis, especially for languages with few resources, such as Bengali. The success of the Hybrid CNN LSTM model opens the door for more precise and context-aware sentiment analysis on social media platforms, allowing for a better understanding of user sentiments and boosting user experiences. Our study focused on dividing comments into five groups according to their emotional content: troll, not bully, sexual, religious, and threat. We carefully generated the handmade dataset and ensured the quality and relevance of a dataset of 50,000 Bengali comments before using it to train and test our algorithm. The Hybrid CNN LSTM model outperforms conventional approaches and achieves an outstanding accuracy rate of 92.09%, demonstrating amazing efficiency in sentiment recognition. This dramatic increase in precision indicates that machine learning techniques are successful in sentiment analysis of Bengali Facebook comments. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital transformation is about transforming processes, business models, domains, and culture. Studies show that the failure rate of digital transformation is quite high up to 90%. Studies show that the transformational leadership model has a significant impact on digital transformation adoption. This paper identifies the positive and negative attributes of transformational leadership including the components that support and are affected for successful adoption of digital transformation. Furthermore, the paper combines several findings related to the attributes and components in the form of a conceptual framework. In this paper, a wideband flat-gain Dense Dielectric Patch Antenna (DDPA) with filtering response is proposed. It consists of a stepped feedline, a double-layer printed circuit board (PCB), a cross-shaped ground, and a dense dielectric patch (DDP). The DDP is loaded with cylindrical vias, notches and metallic patches. The cross-shaped ground is used to restrain the unnecessary $T{M_{22}}$ mode. The $T{M_{10}}$ and $T{M_{12}}$ are effectively excited and fused by the notches and metal patches to form a passband with relative bandwidth of $22.57{{\% }}$ . The study also analyzes the impact of cylindrical via radius on bandwidth. Ultimately, the radiation pattern was revealed, the discrepancy between the co-polarization and cross-polarization surpasses 30dBi.

This research focuses on enhancing the spectral efficiency of 5G networks through the utilization of nonlinear stochastic precoding techniques. The proposed approach aims to mitigate the detrimental effects of channel impairments and noise by employing advanced precoding schemes that exploit the statistical properties of the wireless channel. By incorporating nonlinear precoding algorithms and stochastic optimization methods, the system can dynamically adapt to varying channel conditions, resulting in improved data transmission rates and overall spectral efficiency. Through extensive simulations and analysis, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated, showcasing its potential to significantly enhance the performance of 5G networks in real-world scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study, a multilayered botnet detection system for network-based botnet detection based on ANFIS is suggested. Two layers make up the suggested system, one of which is utilized for feature extraction and the other for botnet detection. Using mean and variance, the feature extraction layer pulls features from network traffic data. The botnet detection layer employs ANFIS to identify botnet activity based on the collected features. Using the CICIDS2017 dataset, the suggested system's performance is assessed. The experimental findings demonstrate that the suggested algorithm works better than other current botnet detection techniques regarding accuracy, precision, and recall. The proposed system obtained 99.83% accuracy, 99.75% precision, and 99.91 % recall. The proposed multilayered ANFIS-based botnet detection system offers an excellent way to identify botnet activity in a network. It can be utilized in various network security applications, such as threat intelligence, malware detection, and intrusion detection. © 2023 IEEE.

Smart home technology has made daily life easier, automated, and managed. IoT devices like smart speakers, cameras, thermostats, and security systems are increasingly integrated, raising security and privacy concerns. This study examines smart home devices' energy consumption, use trends, device failures, and system efficiency. This research uses smart home devices to identify consumption trends and risks. To better understand smart home ecosystems, the study will evaluate energy consumption, device usage hours, and malfunctions that can affect functionality and security. Using predictive analytics and machine learning, the researchers predict excessive energy usage and device problems. These methods identify trends and irregularities in smart home device operation to improve performance, efficiency, and security. This study investigates how user decisions, usage hours, and device age affect energy consumption, as well as how to identify optimization opportunities. The data analysis study contains statistical summaries and visualisations of device type, usage hours, energy consumption, user preferences, malfunction incidents, and device age. Machine learning algorithms such as linear regression and anomaly detection predict energy usage and locate anomalies. The data illustrate energy and device efficiency trends and recommend improvements to smart home security and effectiveness. This study addresses smart home device vulnerabilities and inefficiencies to improve smart home system optimization. The results offer smart home technology manufacturers and customers ways to improve energy efficiency, device performance, and system security. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a wideband bandpass cavity filter using three $TM$ modes. A vertical short-circuit metal cylinder, a horizontal metal cylinder, and a vertical metal circular plate are loaded into a rectangular cavity. The horizontal metal cylinder is used to fix the metal circular plate. The short-circuit metal cylinder changes the electric field distributions of $TM_{110}$ mode and $TM_{130}$ mode, thereby changing their resonant frequencies. The two changed modes and $TM_{120}$ mode generate a wide passband. The center frequency of the presented filter is 3.24 GHz, with a relative bandwidth of 16.1%. The first resonant frequency and the high-frequency transmission zero of the presented filter can be independently adjusted to achieve bandwidth adjustment and good sideband selectivity.

The zero-trust concept of 'never trust, always verify' injected new vitality into the development of network security. However, the related research on zero trust is still preliminary, and the research on secure data transmission is relatively less. How to achieve secure data transmission in zero trust environment is a problem to be solved. Aiming the data transmission scenario of private data secret sharing among agents, this paper proposed a secure data transmission scheme based on multi-secret sharing to solve the problems of identity comparison confirmation of participants and adjust the access structure according to the security value of trust evaluation in existing secret sharing schemes. The proposed scheme adopts the secret sharing design without the trusted third party, which avoids the security risk of trusted third party disclosure in the traditional secret sharing scheme. Secondly, in the system parameter setting phase, the identity of participants and zero-trust identity database are compared to combine the characteristics of zero-trust 'identity authentication', to improve the security of secret sharing. Finally, during secret distribution, zero-trust trust evaluation security values are used to adjust the access structure based on zero-trust 'trust evaluation' to ensure secure data transmission. © 2023 IEEE.

The unipolar photocurrent in conventional photodiodes(PDs)based on photovoltaic effect limits the output modes and potential versatility of these devices in *** photodiodes with photocurrent switching are emerging as a promising solution for obtaining photoelectric devices with unique and attractive functions,such as optical logic ***,we design an all-solid-state chip-scale ultraviolet(UV)PD based on a hybrid GaN heterojunction with engineered bipolar polarized electric *** introducing the polarization-induced photocurrent switching effect,the photocurrent direction can be switched in response to the wavelength of incident light at 0 V *** particular,the photocurrent direction exhibits negative when the irradiation wavelength is less than 315 nm,but positive when the wavelength is longer than 315 *** device shows a responsivity of up to−6.7 mA/W at 300 nm and 5.3 mA/W at 340 nm,*** particular,three special logic gates in response to different dual UV light inputs are demonstrated via a single bipolar PD,which may be beneficial for future multifunctional UV photonic integrated devices and systems.
