Ing. Dr. Ing. and Dr Ing. Habil. degrees from the Technical University of Warsaw Poland in 1972 1975 and 1981 respectively all in electrical engineering. At present he is a professor at the Institue of Theory of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Measurements Technical University of Warsaw.
