Artificial intelligence is being used in a variety of ways by those trying to address variants and for data management. AI, on the other hand, not only uses historical data, it makes assumptions about the data without applying a defined set of rules. This allows the software to learn and adapt to information patterns in more real time. Numerous sources of medical images (e.g., X-ray, CT, and MRI) make deep learning a great technique to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. Motivated by this fact, a large number of research works have been proposed and developed. Chest CT is an emergency diagnostic tool to identify lung disease. Artificial intelligence (AI) gives big guidance in the rapid analysis of CT scans to differentiate variants of COVID-19 findings. This work focuses on the recent advances of COVID-19 drug and vaccine development using artificial intelligence and the potential of intelligent training for the discovery of COVID-19 therapeutics. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The real estate industry in India is a dynamic industry that contributes approximately 7-8% to the country's GDP. The market consists of various stakeholders namely developers, builders, real estate agents, financial institutions, government authorities, etc. The Indian real estate sector is increasingly embracing technology by welcoming real estate apps, online property listings, and virtual property tours. But this industry is still in its traditional form and still extensively relies on real estate agents. Real estate agents offer valuable market knowledge, networking opportunities, and negotiation skills which can save a lot of time for buyers as well as sellers. However, they charge commissions which leads to conflicts of interest and limited transparency. To find real estate brokers or properties in India, you can utilize property websites like Magicbricks, ***, and 99acres, seek referrals from your network, explore local real estate associations such as NAR India, conduct a Google search for local agents, attend property exhibitions or look for local advertisements. The spectrum of technology in the real estate market is still in its budding stage, though it is rapidly growing. Despite its significance in the global economy, the real estate market has not yet taken advantage of the full range of possibilities offered by technological progress. Our review explores how this need for technology in real estate is driving the industry forward. We examine how innovations are changing the way properties are bought and sold, making transactions smoother and property evaluations more accurate. © 2023 IEEE.

The traditional method of problem solving involves the problem and a practise area, but there is no room for one-on-one communication in which one can teach or learn from another person. This is no longer sufficient because one-on-one communication has become the standard while solving problems nowadays. And while solving each problem, the user must search for the optimal solution if they don’t have the problem solution, thus finding the solution for the problem takes a considerable amount of time. If one person wants to teach the other, they both must be on a video/audio call in order for them to communicate and work together to understand the problem. They also need to share the screen so that both can able to view the code and can able to debug it. This entails a lot of frantic work. In this project, we propose a solution using a webapp for problem solving practise that includes features such as code collaboration, peer-to-peer audio and video interaction, allowing two or more people to work on the same problem while the editor is shared among all the connected members. Interviewers can also use this collaborative coding platform to conduct a coding interview with a candidate for a problem-solving round. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

In today's world, web application attacks have become a major concern as they can lead to unauthorized access to important information and even disruption of online services. In the context of web application attacks, one example is XSS (Cross-site Scripting) attack. These attacks are dangerous because they can steal important information like passwords and credit card details or take users to harmful websites without their knowledge. Therefore, in this paper, a plugin has been designed to classify the websites as vulnerable and alert users on not giving data to the respective page to prevent any data loss or potential cyber-attack. This method produces a true negativity of 74.49%, a true positivity of 8.16%, false negativity of 2.04%, and false positivity of 15.31%. © 2023 IEEE.

Telemedicine is a service provided by healthcare providers to patients seeking medical attention remotely. This paper explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning in enhancing the quality of telemedicine services. AI which includes deep learning, data science, and machine learning, enables the development of smart applications that can assist both patients and medical professionals in a more efficient way. Deep Learning is a subset of machine learning. This paper explores the related works, and smart AI models to help physicians to improve telemedicine services. This paper explores the implementation of AI in healthcare services. In this research paper, we propose the implementation of our Heart Attack Risk Predictive model to overcome the challenges in telemedicine services, achieving 98% accuracy. The traditional healthcare process involves multiple steps, scheduling an appointment with the cardiologist undergoing prescribed tests, collecting the test results, and finally receiving a recommendation for the treatment. A theoretical approach of deploying a model within a web portal to eliminate the frictions is discussed in this paper which has the potential to revolutionize remote medical treatment. © 2024 IEEE.

Handwritten character recognition plays an important role when the handwritten text on paper, postcards, etc. requires conversion of the handwritten text into digitized form. The difference between a digitized handwritten document and a scanned document is that the prior one can be edited, and the latter cannot. Significant developments have been made on the handwritten character recognition of widely used languages like English. India is a multilingual country where there exist multiple regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and other Dravidian Languages with complex scripts. Kannada is spoken in most of the regions of Karnataka State, which is one of the southern regions of India. In the proposed research, a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) is practiced to recognize Kannada handwritten Characters. The research employs densely connected-convolutional networks or DenseNet variant of CNN to recognize handwritten Kannada characters. DenseNet is preferred in this research for its known advantages such as enhanced feature propagation, improved feature reuse, and minimized vanishing gradient problem. The dataset used in the experimentation is a standard Char74k dataset. The prime objective of this research is to devise a machine learning based application to recognize Kannada handwritten characters with high accuracy and convert them into digitized characters. Digitized documents promote the growth of several other major applications like speech conversion, language translation and conversion of medieval documents. A testing accuracy of 93.87% is observed for 3285 images of handwritten Kannada characters with 5 images from each of the 657 classes. This machine learning model can also be trained to recognize characters of different Indian languages. © 2023 IEEE.

In the realm of precision agriculture, successful plant growth monitoring plays a pivotal role, and it is greatly aided by advanced deep learning techniques utilizing data from various sensors. The key objective of the paper is to develop a model to monitor the growth of the radish plant through the integration of multi-modal data, specifically RGB and Depth (RGB-D) images. Plant growth can be modeled based on many parameters, for example, the height of the plant, the environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity, and light intensity), nutrient levels in the soil, leaf count, and the presence of pests or diseases, etc. The proposed study estimates the age of the radish plant with an end-to-end deep-learning model. We developed a Fused Image Transformer (FIT) model to estimate the age of the plant in weeks. The FIT uses a self-attention mechanism to estimate the essential features of the images which will help to complete the objective. The proposed method is compared with the state-of-the-art models for regression problems. We have also validated the FIT model with or without depth information. The Mean squared loss with and without depth information is found to be 0.025 weeks and 2.059 weeks respectively which shows a significant improvement by using the depth information. © 2023 IEEE.

Image captioning is the process of generating a textual description that accurately represents the features of an image. In the realm of deep learning, this task is of utmost significance and has a wide range of uses. Image captioning involves converting an image, represented as a sequence of pixels, into a sequence of words that are relevant to the image. It can be seen as an end-to-end and sequence-to-sequence challenge, as both the language and visual aspects need to be processed. In this regard, recurrent neural networks are employed for the language processing, while convolutional neural networks are used to extract feature vectors from the images. The findings of this study highlight the effectiveness of this method and show how diverse applications in image processing and description generation are possible. This work promotes the incorporation of these methods into actual image captioning systems in order to provide more precise and contextually appropriate image descriptions. © 2023 IEEE.
