Cleaning of two mirrors in the first mirror unit using radiofrequency capacitively coupled plasma

First mirror(FM)cleaning,using radio frequency(RF)plasma,has been proposed to recover FM reflectivity in nuclear fusion reactors such as the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER).To investigate the influence of simultaneous cleaning of two mirrors on mirror cleaning efficiency and uniformity,experiments involving single-mirror cleaning and dual-mirror cleaning were conducted using RF capacitively coupled plasma in the *** the test and simultaneous cleaning of two mirrors,the FM and second mirror(SM),both measuring 110 mm×80 mm,were placed inside the first mirror unit(FMU).They were composed of 16 mirror samples,each with a dimension of 27.5 mm×20 *** mirror samples consist of a titanium-zirconium-molybdenum alloy substrate,a 500 nm Mo intermediate layer and a 30 nm Al_(2)O_(3) surface coating as a proxy for Be *** cleaning of a single first mirror(SFM)and the simultaneous cleaning of the FM and SM(DFM and DSM)lasted for 9 h using Ar plasma at a pressure of 1 *** total reflectivity of mirror samples on the DSM did not fully recover and varied with location,with a self-bias of−140 *** a self-bias of−300 V,the total reflectivity of mirror samples on the SFM and DFM was fully *** energy dispersive spectrometer results demonstrated that the Al_(2)O_(3) coating had been completely removed from these mirror ***,the mass loss of each mirror sample on the SFM and DFM before and after cleaning varied depending on its location,with higher mass loss observed for mirror samples located in the corners and lower loss for those in the *** with SM cleaning,the simultaneous cleaning of two mirrors reduced the difference between the highest and lowest mass ***,this mass loss for the mirror samples of the DFM facing the DSM was *** indicated that mirror samples cleaned face to face in the FMU simultaneously could influence each other,highlighting the need for special attention in

There are few data sources for fault diagnosis of stepper motor motion control systems, conventional voltage, current, vibration signals cannot well characterize stepper motor faults, and the fault diagnosis capabilities of stepper motor controllers on the market are limited. In view of the problem that the stepper motor data source is limited, this paper uses the stepper motor load value to provide an effective data source for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring. The time series decomposition of motor load value data is carried out, the time series data is analyzed by GRU recurrent neural network algorithm, fault classification is performed, and a GRU stepper motor fault diagnosis model is constructed to conduct online self-diagnosis of intermittent vibration, instantaneous overload and connection loosening fault, and fault prediction is carried out on motor overload stall fault. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

application of simulation had proven successful in many different areas. In the real world, most systems are complex and huge systems, which need more complete models. It makes modeling work much more complicated and difficult. This paper presents a component-based modeling method and the model data organization of a discrete event simulation system (DESS). Component-based modeling method deals with the complexity when modeling an entity. In detail, we decompose an entity model according to the process of simulation which guarantees the reusing of component models. Then, we introduce a model data organization that mapping to the structure of component-based modeling method. In this case, we can compose models in an efficient way. Format of files and interactions between models also essential parts of integrating an entity model in DESS. Finally, in a simulation case, the process and data file of component models are presented to demonstrate the application of this data organization. © 2022 SPIE.

Software failure mode analysis (SFMA) is an important process for analyzing failure propagation by identifying possible software failure points, and then summarizing software failure modes so as to improve software quality. However, the traditional SFMA is carried out mainly by software safety analysis method, which possesses heavy workload, low efficiency, and over-dependence on the experience of safety analysts. In this paper, a SFMA is proposed method based on knowledge graph. It collects the failure factors, failure mechanism and failure performance of the software under test into a fixed Resource Description Framework (RDF) triple store by establishing a knowledge graph of data assets in the software testing process. Then, the method of text clustering is applied to realize the automatic analysis of software failure mode. This method mainly covers three steps: 1) Extract failure factors - the RDF data of the descriptive text of various entity nodes related to software defect reports from the software test knowledge graph;2) Combine the RDF triples into a normalizing text in a unified format, an easy way of further natural language processing;3) Generate software defects with similar characteristics and similar failure behaviors into 'defect modes' or 'failure modes' by using clustering algorithms. The empirical study has proven that the SFMA proposed in this paper presents a novel, feasible solution for processing extremely large-scale data. © 2022 IEEE.

Navigating in an unknown area safely is counted as the underlying work which can support swarm agents for more complex tasks. When available information of search regions are lacking, agents make real-time action decisions according to surrounding environments they have perceived. For swarm agent system, connectivity maintenance and collision avoidance are both essential. Based on optimal Reciprocal Collision Avoidance (ORCA) algorithm, we proposed a method that agents can provide assistances to surrounding agents by spreading the status information of themselves, which is the neighbor reward method (NRM). This kind of status information contains ambient information and perceptions of the task which are transferred to reward data for convenient and uniform distributions. In other words, individuals utilize inter-neighbor interactions to achieve the same high-level goal, as well as result in an intelligent independent swarm agents system. This method solves the velocity selection problem of ORCA and optimizes the obstacle avoidance of the original NRM. The algorithm has been integrated in ROS framework and simulated on GAZEBO. In the tested scenario, our method is efficient for swarm agents collision avoidance in decentralized way. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

File transmission is a key concern of Intranet Security Monitoring. Compared with explicit file transmission within a single system, the implicit transmission of files across various business systems is a difficult problem in current Intranet Security Monitoring. In order to shield the differences of file operations in various business systems, explore the clues of implicit file transmission across different business systems, and realize the retrospective security analysis of complex scenarios related to file transmission, this paper proposes an effective technical framework. Firstly, it takes network flow as the main data source, aiming at different business applications and focusing on files, and extracts valuable business information from flow data. Secondly, it reorganizes key elements such as files, users, and terminals in business information, and uses the file transmission process as a link to form unified high-value clue data. Thirdly, it integrates multiple clues, designs and builds a unified file transmission graph data based on an open-source graph database. Finally, an example of security analysis on the implicit transmission of suspicious files based on the above is given, the results show that the organized file element graph data proposed in this paper can effectively describe the transmission of the same files across different business systems. © 2022 SPIE.

Effect of temperature on heavy ion-induced single event transient on 16-nm FinFET inverter chains

The variations of single event transient(SET)pulse width of high-LET heavy ion irradiation in 16-nm-thick bulk silicon fin field-effect transistor(Fin FET)inverter chains with different driven strengths are measured at different ***-dimensional(3D)technology computer-aided design simulations are carried out to study the SET pulse width and saturation current varying with *** and simulation results indicate that the increase in temperature will enhance the parasitic bipolar effect of bulk Fin FET technology,resulting in the increase of SET pulse *** the other hand,the increase of inverter driven strength will change the layout topology,which has a complex influence on the SET temperature effects of Fin FET inverter *** experimental and simulation results show that the device with the strongest driven strength has the least dependence on temperature.
