Effect of temperature on heavy ion-induced single event transient on 16-nm FinFET inverter chains

The variations of single event transient(SET)pulse width of high-LET heavy ion irradiation in 16-nm-thick bulk silicon fin field-effect transistor(Fin FET)inverter chains with different driven strengths are measured at different ***-dimensional(3D)technology computer-aided design simulations are carried out to study the SET pulse width and saturation current varying with *** and simulation results indicate that the increase in temperature will enhance the parasitic bipolar effect of bulk Fin FET technology,resulting in the increase of SET pulse *** the other hand,the increase of inverter driven strength will change the layout topology,which has a complex influence on the SET temperature effects of Fin FET inverter *** experimental and simulation results show that the device with the strongest driven strength has the least dependence on temperature.

Dense image matching plays a important role in stereo vision and remote sensing. Semi-global matching (SGM) is a widely used dense image matching framwork, which uses dynamic programming calculation strategy to optimize the global energy function. SGM has the problem of wrong disparity accumulation along the path. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a new dense image matching method based on feature matching and SGM. First, the feature matching is used to extract the reliable reference points. And then, reference points are used as additional constraints in matching cost aggregation to cut off the wrong disparity delivering along the path. In order to evaluate our method, qualitative and quantitative experiments are carried out on three stereo image pairs. The experimental results show that our method can achieve high matching accuracy by effectively reducing the error propagation. © 2023 IEEE.

Mesh models from various numerical simulation programs have great diversity in the data formats and structures, leading to difficulties in sharing and reusing of mesh data for collaborative simulations between commonly used commercial programs and in-house codes. To break the barrier against the free exchange of mesh models, in this work a unified mesh model with full coverage of simulation-related data is deliberately designed. Based on such mesh model and the open source mesh data management framework MOAB (Mesh-Oriented data-base), a generic mesh model converter is developed, enabling the high-efficient conversions of mesh models between various simulation programs. The converter could be easily extended for conversion between new pair of mesh models by integration of the corresponding IO interfaces. Image classification and unsupervised image segmentation can be achieved using the Gaussian mixture *** the Gaussian mixture model enhances the flexibility of image segmentation,it does not reflect spatial information and is sensitive to the segmentation *** this study,we first present an efficient algorithm that incorporates spatial information into the Gaussian mixture model(GMM)without parameter *** proposed model highlights the residual region with considerable information and constructs color ***,we incorporate the content-based color saliency as spatial information in the Gaussian mixture *** segmentation is performed by clustering each pixel into an appropriate component according to the expectation maximization and maximum ***,the random color histogram assigns a unique color to each cluster and creates an attractive color by default for segmentation.A random color histogram serves as an effective tool for data visualization and is instrumental in the creation of generative art,facilitating both analytical and aesthetic *** experiments,we have used the Berkeley segmentation dataset BSDS-500 and Microsoft Research in Cambridge *** the study,the proposed model showcases notable advancements in unsupervised image segmentation,with probabilistic rand index(PRI)values reaching 0.80,BDE scores as low as 12.25 and 12.02,compactness variations at 0.59 and 0.7,and variation of information(VI)reduced to 2.0 and 1.49 for the BSDS-500 and MSRC datasets,respectively,outperforming current leading-edge methods and yielding more precise segmentations.

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)***,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class ***,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)*** establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class ***,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,*** results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.

Software defect prediction is a key aspect of software quality assurance that involves the use of historical data and a variety of analytical techniques to estimate which parts of the code are most likely to contain errors. Not only can software defects lead to system failure, but they can also have serious economic and social consequences. Most of the current methods rely on a single type of feature and fail to explore the multiple information in the code fully. Meanwhile, manually tuning hyperparameters is both time-consuming and difficult to achieve optimal results. Based on the encoder architecture, this research proposes an enhanced software defect prediction model, which combines the self-attention mechanism and particle swarm optimization (PSO-BiEncoders-SelfAttn). This model achieves efficient feature extraction, dynamic adjustment of feature fusion weights, and automated optimization of hyperparameters. This study trained and tested the model on five different publicly available datasets and evaluated it using metrics including precision, recall, and F-measure. The proposed PSO-BiEncoders-SelfAttn model improves the state-of-art, achieving an average F-measure improvement of 7.92% according to the experimental result.

Oriented to the demands of Measurement control system(MCS) security risk assessment, in order to further improve the accuracy and rationality of the assessment results. Aiming at the problems of traditional Industrial control system (ICS) security risk assessment in which subjective intention has a large impact on the results, the impact of security events on assets is calculated without considering the decision-makers security demands on the system, and the MCS has new security characteristics. In this paper, a security risk assessment of MCS for equipment based on attack tree and Common Vulnerability Scoring System v3.1(CVSS3.1) is proposed. First, an attack tree model of MCS is constructed by analyzing the potential attack paths of MCS, and new security attributes are assigned to the leaf nodes according to the security characteristics of MCS, and the subjective-objective weighting design method is introduced to solve the occurrence probability of security events after the security attributes are quantified; Then, based on CVSS3.1 scoring and considering that the decision-makers have different security demands for assets in different scenarios and tasks, a method for calculating the security risk value of MCS assets is proposed. Finally, the method was verified by examples. The results show that the method proposed in this paper reduces the influence of subjective factors on the assessment results, and calculates the occurrence probability of asset security events accurately and effectively. At the same time, this method considers the security demands of the decision-makers for the system, scientifically and reasonably reflects the impact of the attack on the security state of the system, and can provide theoretical support for the formulation of system security protection strategies.
