In the practice of Model-Based Systems engineering (MBSE), where SysML models serve as the foundation for system integration frameworks, the maintenance of consistency of shared information across system models and other models requires the use of data exchange methods. A range of data exchange methods are proposed to address different exchange scenarios. This study surveyed literature related to these methods and elaborated on the three accomplished forms of data exchange and the concept of transformation based on the survey results. Subsequently, from the perspective of exchange characteristics, the literature concerning data exchange was categorized into five typical scenarios: model exchange, model transformation, model generation, code generation, and document generation. For each scenario, the research findings on relevant exchange methods were presented, and detailed descriptions of the advantages and disadvantages of some methods were provided. The results of this review can be used to guide the selection and improvement of data exchange methods. © The Author(s) 2025.

The growth in data volume poses a challenge to query processing. On the other hand, advancements in technology have made multicore CPUs available in many inexpensive servers. so parallel query based on multicore CPU is undoubtedly a solution for query acceleration and cost reduction. In this paper, a parallel query method is proposed and implemented, which rewrites the query execution plan and replaces the original serial scanning operator with a parallel driver operator under the premise that most of the operators do not change, so as to maximize the utilization of CPU and disk resources. Experiments show that it can achieve approximately a 2x speed increase in query processing. © 2024 IEEE.

Graphs, as fundamental data structures, are indispensable for delineating intricate interrelations among entities, exhibiting utility across diverse domains within the realm of the information society. Traversal algorithms, including the pivotal breadth-first search, are keystones in the realm of graph theory, constituting essential elements within broader algorithmic frameworks. With the expansion of graph scale, the imperative for expedient processing of graph data becomes increasingly pronounced. This paper aims to meticulously examine the execution efficiency of three distinct breadth-first traversal methodologies across varying node magnitudes: the traditional queue-based sequential approach, CPU parallelization leveraging OPENMP and GPU parallelization harnessing CUDA. Each method possesses its distinctive array of advantages and disadvantages contingent upon the scale of nodes. Moreover, this study aims to delve into the nuanced effect of thread count on the efficacy of OPENMP-based CPU parallel traversal, elucidating an inversely proportional relationship in scenarios with fewer nodes. Finally, we investigate the influence of graph sparsity on the traversal methodologies, acknowledging its pivotal role in connectivity and traversal time. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology, its applications have permeated various aspects of life and multiple industry sectors, significantly enhancing convenience. However, the large-scale deployment of IIoT devices has also triggered numerous security issues, especially in enterprise-level applications. Although some current methods have alleviated these problems to a certain extent, they still face many challenges in practical applications. This paper proposes an improved solution based on asynchronous verification methods, integrating Risk Assessment Based on Security Baseline, Business Security Mechanisms, and Global Access Control List into the algorithms of the Verification Server. The aim of this method is to enhance internal traffic security by rejecting access from high-risk hosts, ensuring minimal API access authorization, and enforcing security policies, thereby avoiding the rapid depletion of resources at the Verification Server due to excessive malicious failed requests. © 2024 IEEE.

Nowadays, in order to solve the problem of information sharing in heterogeneous systems, federated database is a mature solution. However, the distributed database system also faces many performance bottlenecks. For example, a large amount of data is queried case, and the network transmission cost of data between nodes greatly affects the efficiency of the query. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of distributed query becomes a problem that needs to be solved. This paper presents a query optimization method based on computational push-down for join query in federated database. The method select a proper query optimization policy based on global statistics, reducing the amount of data transmitted between nodes and greatly improving query efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

The existing research has shown that deep learning models are vulnerable to backdoor attacks, in which malicious actors can manipulate the model's predictions by embedding backdoors. As the stealthiness of these backdoor trigger mechanisms increases, traditional methods for detecting backdoors become increasingly inadequate. This paper presents a novel approach for detecting backdoors based on analyzing variations in model logits. Since the primary objective of a backdoor is to alter the model's prediction results, detecting backdoors through the analysis of logits variations offers a robust method for backdoor determination. To improve the accuracy of identifying backdoor models, our proposed method not only examines the logits variations of the model under investigation but also introduces an auxiliary normal model with a simpler structure. The presence of a backdoor in the model under investigation is determined by contrasting the differences in logits variations between the model under investigation and the normal model. Furthermore, to enhance detection speed, we introduce a dataset reduction mechanism to streamline the testing dataset. Experimental results demonstrate that our method successfully defends against high-stealth backdoor attacks such as WaNet and LIRA. Moreover, in terms of detection speed, our method outperforms mainstream methods like Neural Cleanse, which takes several hours for a single detection, by requiring only several minutes. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the current program change impact analysis methods have coarse calculation granularity and without considering the actual situation of program change, results in overstating the impact propagation range and inability to quantify the degree of change impact, this paper proposes a program change impact analysis method based on the software network. Firstly, by combining the complex network theory to characterize the structural attributes and evolution patterns of software system, we abstract the software network morphology of system;Secondly, basing on the type of program change and the actual propagation of change impacts, two concepts of impact propagation decay rate and minimum threshold for impact marking are introduced to construct the simulation sub-model of impact propagation processes, enabling the analysis of the propagation range of program impacts;Thirdly, according to the structural properties of software network and the intrinsic attributes of nodes, the ripple degree simulation sub-model is constructed, and five quantization factors of the node's influenced degree are given to complete the quantitative assignment of the node's influenced degree;Finally, several open source software is used for application verification. Experimental results show that the proposed method aligns with reality in analyzing the propagation range of program change impacts, thus scientifically and reasonably reflecting the ripple effects of change impacts within the software system. At the same time, the method accurately and effectively quantifies the impact of program changes on other parts, thereby providing theoretical support for change impact analysis in software engineering. © 2024 IEEE.

Few-shot semantic segmentation methods aim to segment new object categories with limited labeled samples. Existing approaches struggle to extract comprehensive semantic matching information from target regions and mitigate noise from complex backgrounds. To address background noise, this paper proposes a novel few-shot semantic segmentation approach using prototype generation and base class learning. A pyramid pooling convolutional layer extracts rich prototype vectors by discerning differences between the core mask and label mask. Additionally, a base class learning module captures semantic information from base class objects during training, effectively suppressing interference from background regions and aiding in background semantic matching. Comparative and ablation experiments demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed model. Evaluation on benchmark datasets shows its effectiveness, with results on Pascal-5i dataset surpassing the baseline model, achieving an average intersection over union of 67.15% in one-shot scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Performance prediction is a crucial aspect of ensuring optimal facility operation and maintenance across diverse fields. Although deep learning algorithms have found many applications in several industries, their applicability in tabular data mining that integrates multiple parameter types has remained somewhat limited. To address this gap, this research proposes the introduction of an integrated learning model premised on practical business scenarios, featuring data cleaning, and well-grounded feature engineering methods. Specifically, the study employs the LightGBM and Tabnet fusion model to overcome inefficiencies associated with traditional integrated learning techniques like XGBoost and GBDT. Furthermore, a recursive feature elimination approach is implemented to reduce redundancy during model construction, culminating in the improved online performance prediction. The model developed in this study has demonstrated a 32.66% reduction in prediction deviation compared to traditional manual prediction methods in simulations on large laser facilities. These findings underscore the significance of this integrated learning model in enhancing predictive accuracy, which is a critical component of optimal facility management. © 2024 IEEE.

Hyperpolarized^(3)He nuclei have emerged as a significantly important approach in quantum precision measurement techniques,with extensive applications in fundamental physics,magnetometry,metrology,and *** this study,we report on the design and implementation of a^(3)He polarization system at the china Mianyang Research Reactor(CMRR),utilizing the metastabilityexchange optical pumping(MEOP)*** employed a Merritt coil system consisting of four square coils to furnish a uniform holding *** deployed a 2 W fiber laser to pump the metastable^(3)He atoms and conducted free induction decay(FID)detection of the polarized^(3)He nuclei using both pickup coil and optical *** the optical method,we used a50 m W linearly polarized distributed Bragg reflector(DBR)laser as the *** applied transverse light absorption polarimetry to measure the absolute nuclear polarization of the ground-state^(3)*** have developed cell fabrication capabilities at the CMRR,and cells at various pressures ranging from 100 to 1000 Pa have been fabricated and *** a typical borosilicate cell with 100 Pa pressure,the absolute polarization is measured as Pn≈70%,and the transverse relaxation time is estimated as T2≈0.5 ***,we constructed a few aluminosilicate cells,each carefully filled with pure^(3)He at a pressure of 100 ***,we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of their performance in the context of MEOP.
