The integrated management information system gathers all kinds of data on a unified storage, management and application platform. Establish strict data classification and hierarchy mechanism and corresponding access control methods to ensure the security of data access. This paper proposes a policy-based access control mechanism for data classification and hierarchy. It uses the attributes of the subject and object, environment variables, and related information to control the access of resources. Aiming at the specific problems faced by the traditional circuit simulation model in the performance prediction of energy assembly of laser devices, such as the difficulty of accurate calculation of xenon lamp coefficient and additional impedance, and the difficulty of accurate modeling of device performance degradation process, a regression analysis and prediction method based on neural network is proposed. This method does not depend on the physical elements such as circuit structure, device type and electrical parameters of energy assembly. Using the powerful nonlinear approximation ability of neural network, the complex mapping relationship between working voltage and output pulse current is fitted based on the measured data. The test results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is better than the traditional circuit simulation model. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The system concept of equipment modeling and simulation and the classification of equipment simulation system are introduced. According to the division of equipment simulation elements, the key technologies of equipment simulation are summarized to 6 aspects: military equipment combat theory, combat concept modeling, battlefield environment modeling, combat behavior modeling, command and information system modeling, and data simulation results visualization. The development of equipment combat simulation is prospected from four aspects: integration of equipment combat simulation, distributed simulation, big data and intelligent simulation, and the development direction of future combat simulation system are pointed out. © 2023 SPIE.

The features extracted from traffic data can characterize the communication behavior and operational status of software. However, the accuracy of detecting abnormal host protection status of internal network terminals using only traffic data is not high. This article proposes a anomaly detection method based on multidimensional feature for host protection state detection. The method consists of two stages. In the first stage, a basic dataset is generated using traffic data, software logs, and login logs. In the second stage, a multilayer clustering method and a small amount of labeled data are applied to identify abnormal terminals. In practical applications, the proposed method can effectively detect abnormal terminals with software not installed and abnormal heartbeat. © 2023 IEEE.

The autonomous decision-making problem in the mixed process of medium-range and close-range confrontation stages of agents is studied in this paper, utilizing reinforcement learning theory. The complexity and intensity of the environment resulting from the integration of information technology and system-of-systems (SoS) support in the agent confrontation scenario, as well as the oversimplification of scenarios in traditional research on autonomous decision-making of agents, are taken into account. Firstly, a simulation platform is constructed based on the Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation (ABMS). Then, the state space, action space, and reward function are designed to adapt to the multi-stage confrontation scenario for agents. Finally, an autonomous decision-making method based on Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm for agent confrontation is proposed. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed decision-making algorithm can learn reasonable confrontation tactics in multi-stage confrontation scenarios, verifying the feasibility of studying the problem based on the above modeling and simulation framework. © 2023 IEEE.

Virtual machines in Infrastructure as a Service environment based on a shared responsibility model involves a lot of security vulnerabilities. Virtual machines communicate with others, after a single virtual machine is attacked, the software infrastructure will be threatened by malicious programs. We propose an anomaly detection method for virtual machine malicious processes based on GRU model. This method could collect system call information in the virtual machine in a no-agent way. This detection model is based on GRU, which can detect the abnormal behavior of processes in virtual machines and experiments prove that this method could have a good performance in malicious behavior detection. © 2023 SPIE.

china ADS front-end demo linac (CAFe) uses a distributed control system based on experimental physics and industrial control system (EPICS), and the EPICS software system Alarms is used to monitor the alarm states of process variable (PV) in real time. Alarms stores a large amount of alarm data of time series representing alarm events, and the cause of failure can be determined by analyzing the correlation between alarm events. The traditional association rule algorithm is limited by the minimum support and can only get the association rules among frequent alarm events. Therefore, this paper proposes a parallel association rules algorithm, called CApriori, based on Spark, the big data computing engine, for processing the large amount of time series alarm data to find the association rules between low-support alarm events. In the second stage of the CApriori, distance correlation is introduced to remove candidate sets that of high frequency but low correlation. The proposed algorithm is applied to the data generated by the CAFe alarm system, and the results show that CApriori can find the association rules between the alarm events with high correlation and low support, which provides a basis for the intelligent fault diagnosis of the accelerator. © 2023 IEEE.

Deep Learning as a Service (DLaaS) has become a remarkable trend in modern data-driven online services. Both data holders and service providers need to build on trust in third-party cloud infrastructure platforms. However, once the trust is broken, data holders’ sensitive data and service providers’ intellectual property rights will face significant security and privacy risks. In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient inference framework for deep learning in untrustworthy cloud platforms, termed Branchy-TEE, which aims to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data and models of multiple participating actors throughout the inference process using the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). Branchy-TEE dynamically loads the inference network into the TEE on-demand based on early-exit mechanism, expecting to break the hardware performance bottleneck of the TEE. Moreover, a joint training method based on knowledge distillation for multi-exit networks is proposed, by flowing"knowledge" from the final exit with high accuracy to the early branch exit with lower accuracy. Finally, the effectiveness and efficiency of Branchy-TEE are verified through extensive experiments in real environments, while achieving an optimal balance between performance and hardware resources. © 2023 Knowledge Systems institute Graduate School. Searching for novel ferromagnetic oxides with high Curie temperature(TC)has been one of the main goals for oxide *** well-known perovskite cobaltate LaCoO_(3) is a classical ferromagnet in its thin-film form;however,it suffers from a low TC(~85 K).Here we report a new type of ferromagnetic La-Co-O films with an ultrahigh TC of~820 *** are fabricated by pulsed laser deposition from a LaCoO_(3) target at low oxygen partial *** structural analysis indicates that they crystallize in terms of the Ruddlesden–Popper phase of La_(2)CoO_(4±x).In sharp contrast to the antiferromagnetism of bulk La_(2)CoO_(4),the strong ferromagnetism in the La_(2)CoO_(4±x) thin films is firmly demonstrated by magnetometry measurements,X-ray magnetic circular dichroism characterization,and magnetotransport *** importantly,density functional theory calculations indicate that the nonstoichiometric oxygen induces an antiferromagnetic-to-ferromagnetic phase transition,accompanied by the orbital reconstruction of Co 3d ***,our study provides an attractive strategy for designing or synthesizing exotic magnetic oxides with high ordering temperatures.
